It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
Original flight was delayed, then cancelled and the gate staff did not expedite rebooking. Also, no instructions were given that a ticket number was needed before being called to facilitate rebooking. This could have been much more organized.
Delta did an awful job w logistics at DTW. Missed connection. We were there an hour early. SUCKED
Flight was on time. Boarding was smooth and orderly. Flight attendants were friendly and professional. Bags came out soon after arrival.
Both directions of our trip were befuddled by massive delays, one of which led to our connecting flight being grounded mid air due to storms that we’d have missed if we were on time. The other our originating flight was delayed repeatedly until it arrived at our connecting airport later than our final leg was even supposed to have arrived. American cannot seem to manage rebooking s for a family party… both directions we had to come up with a plan to get to Boston stay overnight only one night each direction was covered by the airline -and take a bus to or from our destination. Missed an entire leg of our trip, hotel cancellation fees, expensive stay in Boston and bus ticket expenses are unlikely to be comped and the meal vouchers are worthless.
This flight was of course delayed because American cannot have flights that are not delayed.

The flight got delayed 2.5 hrs due to a maintenance issue that cause a domino effect. American should have spare planes for when something like this happens.
They changed our Gate 5 times, and concourse twice. Changed our seats twice.
The plane was probably full boarding was easy. We were able to check our carry-on luggage for free. It was a return flight through Philly to LA. Never saw a stewardess do a demonstration of emergency Procedures. I think my flight was pretty full
Despite my vow to never fly with American Airlines (AA) again following a disappointing experience in the summer of 2022, I found myself reluctantly booking a non-stop flight from Huntsville to Washington D.C. on AA, as it was the only airline offering this direct route. To my surprise, the entire process was seamless, from boarding to landing. The flights were punctual, eliminating any need for excuses or explanations. Based on this positive experience, I am pleased to say AA has regained my trust and will be considered for my future travel needs.
Flight was delayed after boarding and no idea when it would take off. Crew in Portland did arrange for transport to Boston for a different set of flights to my destination.
Seats are so close together. Middle seats should be discounted.
