Cons: "A full flight in the midst of a pandemic. Totally unsafe! Safety first in the air and closed space vs how many you can pack in during a pandemic. Disgraceful! I have tried to avoid AA due to how they handle flying right now , I couldn’t today and they were just as bad as I imagined. Delta was so much safer and more protective of its customers . 50-60% full by design . Fly them and learn something."

Cons: "This new Basic Economy is really awful. You have to check any carry on and you cannot pick a seat. I’m 6’3” and to be stuck in a window seat with two next to me is painful. There is absolutely no leg room if you’re over 5’10."

Cons: "My flight out of Portland was canceled and it took hours to rebook. I had to fly American Airline to Washington DCA where I roamed the airport at 9pm looking for someone from United. The crew in Portland ME told me the gate person would have a hotel for me.... The baggage crew had to help me."

Cons: "delayed in piecemeal by 6 hrs before move to another gate. than mechanical delay and then cancelled. Arrived at hotel after midnight without food or drink. Substitute flight was next day noon - original offer was for late afternoon flight! That flight had poor service. Attendant dawdled so there were no drinks served."

Cons: "I had to rush across the airport to another terminal in order to not miss my flight. Gate attendant at upstairs desk could have been more helpful. The flight attendant appeared to be tired and not so patient. Could have asked the people who had not turned off electronic devices to do so individually instead of threatening to stall take off over the intercom."

Cons: "Plane was boarded and we were told it would be 15 min before the pilot would be there. We were on the ground for an hour and 20 minutes before we took off."
