Cancelled my flight. Left me in airport for 12 hours. Rude gate attendants. Worst delta experience I’ve had. I hope they have a focus group and return to thinking about customer service.

One of the restrooms didn’t work. The ones that did never got replenished. Flight attendant just sitting there on their phone. No notification that the bathroom was broken so long lines. Apathetic crew.

Pushing back flight and ultimately cancelling it after multiple changes and hours of delays. Comm were terrible as to what was going on and what options were available.

Even though we arrived early and checked in, for some unexplained reason, our bags were removed from the plane and put on the next flight. It took over 12 hours after arriving to get our bags.

Stewardess was not accommodating when I requested a second drink.

Some of the passengers are coming on board with luggage so overstuffed and/or too large that have no business going into the overhead bins.

The ac must have died, it was way to hot on this flight. Boarding g was chaotic. The flight was delayed for boarding. Not a great experience.

Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.

Delta did an awful job w logistics at DTW. Missed connection. We were there an hour early. SUCKED

the seat has a problem. the back had a hole.

The back to back mechanical delays from Denver to San Diego and then on my return flight from Denver to Great Falls it added extra time both ways

Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.

Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.

There could have been better food options in economy on the long 7hr trip from IAH to AM.

Great experience. Boarding was fast, staff were very nice and funny, everything at the seat worked well.

Both my flight where delayed Had 25min to make it to my transfer flight

I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.

They changed my flight 5 hours before it took off and changed my connecting airport messing up my entire 1st day in Japan.

Flying to anchorage would have been cool but the weather got in the way
