It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers

The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.

The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.

THI IS THE 3RD CONSECUTIVE FLIGHT FROM ORD TO MSP THAT HAS BEEN DELAYED 2+ HOURS. CRAZY

Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.

I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.

The Airline Attendant found us in flight and moved us to seats in the front of economy due to the short time we would have to make our connecting flight. We really appreciated it.

The ac must have died, it was way to hot on this flight. Boarding g was chaotic. The flight was delayed for boarding. Not a great experience.

Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.

Delta did an awful job w logistics at DTW. Missed connection. We were there an hour early. SUCKED

Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.

Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.

Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.

There could have been better food options in economy on the long 7hr trip from IAH to AM.

Great experience. Boarding was fast, staff were very nice and funny, everything at the seat worked well.

Both my flight where delayed Had 25min to make it to my transfer flight

I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.

They changed my flight 5 hours before it took off and changed my connecting airport messing up my entire 1st day in Japan.

Flying to anchorage would have been cool but the weather got in the way
