I couldn’t give an honest evaluation, because the Houston airport has a problem and I was stand up for several hours and after a long trip from Munich I feel really very tired

A couple flight attendants in business class had bad attitudes and provided poor service. They did provide drinks or refill drinks. They talked to certain passengers for long periods of time and ignored others.

I especially enjoyed having a lightly packed flight which enabled me and my wife to occupy a three seat area with nobody in the middle seat.

Fantastic experience once again flying with United! There was great communication from the cockpit and one of the flight attendants went out of her way to get my two little kids some special treats which elevated our travel experience coming home.

Both my flight where delayed Had 25min to make it to my transfer flight

Terrible because it was cancelled due to volcanic ash clouds in Guatemala while all other airlines kept flying. Had to pay for a hotel to stay overnight in Houston and try to fly next day.

The Crew and the food was the worst I ever had in Business Class. First they told us there were no space for carry on. It was plenty of space over our 2 row seats, we had to ask to let us travel with it which was accepted. They were aware that we had to run for the connection due to the previous flight delay. Have us one hour waiting for more customers and not even offer a glass of water. Then started the service and they started to serve other passengers drinks in business and did not offer any drinks until they serve our pre ordered meal and I ask for something to drink. I had to wait until they finished to serve all passengers until Inget something. The crew was the worts I ever had for Business Class in my life.

I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.

Flight delayed over 2 hours . I was flying bussiness never got food cause they ran out of what i wanted

They changed my flight 5 hours before it took off and changed my connecting airport messing up my entire 1st day in Japan.
