Noting this only because it’s so unusual for delta: this was just an uncomfortable flight. The jet ridge was too hot and the plane wasn’t any better. By the time we got off the ground the AC was on but for such a short flight it was almost too late.
1) It was extremely hot in the cabin. All the passengers were sweating and it almost became suffocating 2) It was a 50 min flight but there was no service. How can a 50 minute flight not have any drink/snack service?
Very bad multiple confusion and miscommunication which i ended up missing my flight.
There was no food, so :( to that one. The flight was delayed by 3 hours. Not Delta's fault. Not the crew's fault. Considering how tired all us passengers were, everything went surprisingly well. The flight crew were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I always fly Delta.
Delta is a perfect partner, offering the gold standard across the board.
Our flight from Detroit to LaGuardia on Thursday 8/20 was delayed from 555 to 910 due to storms and a ground stop at LGA. It’s never fun to be stuck at the airport but I thought the desk crew and captain handled it well and kept us informed. I especially liked how they referred to us as their “LaGuardia family.” I am a loyal delta customer and this is one of the reasons why.
Terrible. Waited on runway for 1+ hour after landing and then was brought to wrong terminal
The flights were on time; all went as expected which is a big positive! No delays! There was no food or drink service in any legs, which I understand due to the short flight time.
Delta did an awful job w logistics at DTW. Missed connection. We were there an hour early. SUCKED
Not a United thing, but late afternoon departures from Denver with thunderstorms is always prone to delays.
Kayak booked this flight with only 1h 20min layover in Chicago. This made it impossible for me and several other passengers to reach this flight. Moreover, the gate closed boarding in spite of several passengers still on their way without waiting even one more minute. However, the plane departed with 20min (!) delay, i.e., there would have been at least 15 min time to let the delayed passengers board without causing any delays. I complained and as a "thank you" the attendent booked us on the last (!) flight to Indianapolis ~7h later! Thankfully, I caught the spitefulness and the United customer line rebooked the flight to an earlier flight. Although I can't grade this particular flight since I never had a chance to take it, Kayak made the mistake of a too short layover and the crew at the gate was awful.
A long delay. Don't travel late in the day.
The seat was comfortable. There was a lot of turbulence. If it weren't for that,it would have been okay.

Flight was great. Efficient boarding. Short flight. Early arrival. Friendly flight crew. The entertainment system did not work well. Could not access it until the aircraft reached 10K feet or more. Lots of glitches.
I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.
No food service almost missed because of first flight delays
They changed my flight 5 hours before it took off and changed my connecting airport messing up my entire 1st day in Japan.
Both directions of our trip were befuddled by massive delays, one of which led to our connecting flight being grounded mid air due to storms that we’d have missed if we were on time. The other our originating flight was delayed repeatedly until it arrived at our connecting airport later than our final leg was even supposed to have arrived. American cannot seem to manage rebooking s for a family party… both directions we had to come up with a plan to get to Boston stay overnight only one night each direction was covered by the airline -and take a bus to or from our destination. Missed an entire leg of our trip, hotel cancellation fees, expensive stay in Boston and bus ticket expenses are unlikely to be comped and the meal vouchers are worthless.
My flight was 4 hours delayed on departure at 6a causing me to miss my connection at DCA. I had to scramble to find a seat home on a later flight and instead of an exit seat, I was in row 30 on a flight getting me home 5 hours later than planned. The AA team on the ground did a fine job. AA continues to run the airline like the passengers are cargo.
The boarding by groups is pointless. The first two groups worked fine, but almost Noone boarded in goups three thru five leaving the vast majority boarding when group six was called. It defeated the purpose of spreading out the crowd.
The plane was probably full boarding was easy. We were able to check our carry-on luggage for free. It was a return flight through Philly to LA. Never saw a stewardess do a demonstration of emergency Procedures. I think my flight was pretty full
I blame kayak for my last trip to dca. Kayak cancelled my direct flight and put on a one stop flight and made lost whole day from my vacation and had not even refunded my ticket.
delayed multiple times. no resolution on anything from AA customer service. was put on hold in chat to talk to manager. was 6th in line to talk to manager for more than TWELVE HOURS - from sometime around 9AM until well after I had gone to bed that evening. no explanation, no attempt to make it right. just a five hour delay because of repeated maintenance claims
Was the most uncomfortable I ever had in the air. Felt like I was trapped in the seat legs cramped and was just horrible. The flight to DSM was a lot better. Even being on a smaller plane was better. Staff are outstanding. No complaints about the people.
Flight was delayed after boarding and no idea when it would take off. Crew in Portland did arrange for transport to Boston for a different set of flights to my destination.
Seats are so close together. Middle seats should be discounted.
It was exactly as I expected, on time, smooth flight, courteous staff.
