Cons: "Flight was freezing. Crew was overly concerned about my tree nut allergy. Been flying for 40+ years and this was the first time any one has asked...appreciate it but they went overboard"

Pros: "With all the competition among airlines and the cutbacks we suffer as customers Delta manages to make you feel like you matter still. Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work."

The customer service person was not at all helpful, and told me there were no other flights available on any airline until the next day. However, I was able to go online and book another flight immediately...which means that she was either being disingenuous or actively undermining efforts to get me home in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans."

Will fly Delta going forward whenever I have a a chance (flew Southwest the rest of our trip - service, cleanliness, friendliness didn't compare)."

But from the moment we boarded the flight attendant was unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked for help putting a heavy bag in the overhead compartment. She half-heartedly tried and then told me it "didn't fit". By simply turning it on its side, I was able to easily make it fit, but it was uncomfortable for me to have to do so while also holding my baby! The flight attendant then commented that I couldn't have the child in a carrier during the flight (something I am well aware of!). She also neglected to offer us a snack later on. Overall, she was rude and inconsiderate and made a difficult trip more unpleasant."

WHEN I BOARDED THE PLANE I COUNTED 7 OVERHEAD STORAGE BINS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE TO MY AISLE WHERE I WAS SEATED WERE NOT FILLED AND THERE WERE SEVERAL SUCH BINS ON MY SIDE OF THE AISLE (I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO COUNT THEM BEFORE I SAT DOWN). I ASKED AN ATTENDANT WHY THIS WAS SO GIVEN WE WERE TOLD THE BINS WERE FILLED JUST AS WE BOARDING FROM THE DEPARTURE AREA. SHE WAS POLITE AND SAID SHE WASN'T SURE ABOUT WHO MADE THE ANNOUNCEMENT IN THE TERMINAL BUT THAT IN ANY EVENT MY CARRY ON WOULD ARRIVE SAFE AND SOUND IN VANCOUVER - IT DID BUT WITH MY BOOK FOOD SNACK WHICH i HAD INTENDED TO USE WHILE ON MY WAY TO CHI. AND VAN."

On my way to the airport in Portland I got a text from United that my flight to Newark had been cancelled and there was no way to fly me out of Portland to San Diego that day. My sister had to drive me to Boston so I could catch a flight to San Francisco, which took 6.5 hours because it flew over most of Canada for some reason AND had three babies that cried from start to finish. Oh and because I was a late addition, I had a middle seat. The second I turned my phone on after we landed I had another yet another text from United saying that my connection to San Diego had been delayed three hours and wouldn't take off until 11:15 pm."

Flight crew said 15 min and it was much longer. Crew seemed to be really confused."

It was chaos in departure terminal of people trying to rebook or refund"

Cons: "This flight was canceled at the last minute and all passengers were told they needed to find another flight because the airline didn’t have any to rebook them on. Passengers had to pay out of pocket for new flights. Frontier said they would reimburse but I haven’t seen anything yet."

Cons: "The very 1st words I heard out of the mouth from the very 1st frontier employee I met was "this is going to be a bad day". When they checked my bag they never said thank you, for us flying with frontier. When boarding, the "bad day" employee treated the customers as if they were cattle. Not one stewardess smile the entire flight. And when I asked to stretch after using the facilities only 1 time during the 4 hour flight, I was told (in a very sarcastic voice) "as long as you don't come into our area!" Followed by a faded whisper of "shiiiiiiit". All this, plus a 3 hour delay. What more could you ask for? Next time, I'll pay a little more for the customer service."

Cons: "Due to mechanical error, the flight was delayed, we missed our connecting flights, and customer service was rude. With all the added fees, my total flight round trip came out to $502.90, so the options given to me as partial refunds did NOT make sense ($180 if I refunded my entire return flight, which is way less than half my overall cost, or per customer service at my connecting location, “you’d be lucky if you got $80”, which is way less than a quarter of the overall cost). My connection was at Denver and my final destination was Seattle. My options were to fly to Portland, OR and figure out the rest on my own, at my cost. Or book the next flight to Seattle, which was 24 hours later. I got a voucher for up to $150 for hotel, but absolutely no assistance finding and booking a hotel, especially since they were sold out (I was looking for hotels just past midnight) or cost over twice the voucher. Am NOT flying Frontier again and I have shared my experience with friends, family, and co-workers and have strongly advised against this airline."

Cons: "Waiting in the same line for bag drop off with people that did not use the Kiosk. The restrictions on times to check in and when the last bags could be dropped off. I prefer to arrive early and go through the process before most people arrive. There should be a bag drop off line separate from the general line. The trays on the plane were too small for me to work. The space between the rows was too restricted to open my lap top."

Cons: "The boarding area was moved. No one was at the new gate to tell us we were at the right place. The monitor was not updated also so we would know we were at the right gate. I did not realize that not even a free beverage was provided on this over 3 hour flight. Everything had an extra charge."

Cons: "I wasn't expecting the seats to not recline at all unless you purchase a stretch seat. I had the assumption they would still recline the typical amount. I don't like that you have to pay for your seat choice after the flight is already paid for."

Once we arrived we learned only four bags made it for the entire flight. Overall it was a cheap flight but you had to pay handsomely for bags and food/beverages"

We changed gates at Denver airport 3 times. Flight #156 was supposed to leave Denver to Des Moines at 445 pm and we boarded the plane at approximately 615 pm and were on the plane on the ground for 2 hours and 15 minutes. That is too long to sit on a plane; there were microburst winds in Denver and then they lost our manifest also. We arrived at our destination in Des Moines about 4 hours later than scheduled. I will not recommend Frontier Airlines to other people."

Frontier's site didn't update and the arrivals board at the destination airport displayed incorrect information."

Cons: "Flight was delayed at the gate and no one made an announcement until after the origiNal departure time had already passed and people began inquiring. Then they just called all zones so the boarding line was a mess."

Pros: "Crew was much more personable and concerned that my luggage would not make it on board because of the late departure from my previous flight."
