The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
Great crew, decent food Charging plugs were broken on both seats next to me. Only the USB port was available, and that charges, very, very slowly. Seat was also broken, it would not lock into position when reclining.
Stewardess are nice. Food could have been better and should have a better dessert. They do not offer scotch or beer. You have to ask for it. I also was not happy that you do not serve ginger ale and or cranberry juice. This is my first time that an international flight do not have this. I go home overseas every year and when I travel through ANA, Delta, Qatar, JAL, Asiana Air, United Air. they all serve this two very famous drink. You do not have a great snack tray.
lunch was good; breakfast was kinda meh cabin temprature was way too high new entertainment system but somewhat limited content
Going through security a third time to get on the next flight was again utterly ridiculous and unnecessary. We were in a International secure area once again and as far as I'm concerned should not have been put through the gears for absolutely no reason. The United States can get all the information they need from the travel itinerary, there was no need to be forced out of a secure area to personally interview everyone on a connecting flight to find out their US immigration status.
Food was good, but it can be better if it add a little bit of oriental flavour, service is great too.
Customer service is not a top priority from boarding to while on flight, was belittled on boarding Some staff speak english at almost a 0% fluency

2 hour connection time in Seoul to make plane to Bangkok. Giant security lineup. Lots of worry over making flight reduced joy of flying via KE/Incheon. This was a repeat of my flight in Nov 2022, so apparently is the new normal for KE. Flight was boarding after I was forced to jog what seemed to be 2 miles from security to my departure gate. Please fix this. I still cannot understand that if you have already been screened in Canada for dangerous items, and there is no opportunity to obtain any between one plane and the next, why you should be screened AGAIN.
I’m an extra large person, so it’s difficult to get comfortable in the seat. They did provide an extender for the seatbelt. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all requests for additional water, juice, noodles were granted quickly.
I didnt experience it but i saw them and heard that some are not good in customer service. They dont know how to talk with respect and in a nice way.with persons who needs it. Especially with seniors and people who does not know how to speak english that much.
Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry
Worst airline. They had 3 security checks just to get onboard and no notification prior. Had to throw away any liquid bought at duty free because one of the security checks was prior to boarding the plane. My onboard media console was not working, the flight attendant said they will check on it but did nothing. Pretended we did not ask for it to be rectified for a 17hr plane ride. Horrible experience. My first and last time taking Philippines Airlines.

Upgrade their seats. They’ve got 20-year-old business class seats in their 777s. The food choices. On the way to Manila and the way back I thought we’re lousy compared to other carriers. The staff was fantastic and very happy.
The food was ordinary, this could be improved. Sleeping was comfortable enough for several hours sleep. The layover time in Manila Mabuhay lounge for 17 hours was awful. Surely I could have been given a flight to Perth within that time on another airline. At 74 years of age I find that far too long and stressful and will probably not travel with Philippine Airlines again for that reason. The food offering on board and in the lounge was also a little underwhelming. The crew were wonderful and the flight comfort was good also.
The economy class sitting/chairs is tight not spacious enough to sit comfortably but for other matters everything is perfect 👍☺️
The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.
Free wifi or cheaper wifi rate will be better. Or upgrade your entertainment system.
The check in they do so much checking our luggage’s. You can hear the tapping while you are in line it sort of annoying. Anyway, the rest was great.
Bumped from my connected flight, we arrived earlier than scheduled and I was bumped 4.5 hours later. There was no reason, they said my time I wouldn’t have connected in time. I had 41 minutes. None of Westjet customer service in airport could figure out why me and my 5 year old were bumped from flight we booked. We had 10 minutes to get to next gate after we got off the plane, one lady mentioned that’s not enough time to get to next gate. I was there in 3 minutes. Was originally suppose to fly out at 6:50 pm And was re scheduled to 11:45pm.
Horrible, delayed 3 hours due to a mechanical issue where the plane is deemed unsafe so we had to deplane after an hour on the tarmac. No credit was given even though plenty of passengers missed their connecting flights and then the baggage claim info showed that no flight was being loaded on the carousel whilst the bags were being dropped, so no one knew if it was the right flight or not since the arrivals screen didn’t show anything.
Terrible. I was charged $75 for a checked bag when I only had a carry on. The lady at the desk said she couldn’t refund me the money and that I had to call westjet. I called the next day and they said they couldn’t refund me because there is no way to prove I didn’t have a checked bag.
We traveled with a 7 year old that has autism and he is significantly cognitively delayed. Your site makes it known there are no wagons allowed even if they fold down flat and many autistic children cannot travel without one because they are unable to follow directions or cooperate with walking through the airport and are too big for a stroller. Please consider making exceptions for our special needs children. Also it would be very thoughtful if you’d allow seat selection for no fee for special needs families. The autistic child we traveled with must sit behind another adult in our family because he continuously kicks the seat in front of him and is unable to understand why that is disruptive. We had to pay quite a bit extra to have our 4 seats situated with 2 in row 19 and 2 in row 20 directly behind.

The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.
I loved the fact it was on time and it was a smooth flight to my destination.

We booked a ticket with Budget Air and the receipt said economy. My older teen daughter is neurodivergent and took a carry on bag since the ticket said economy, but she didn't see that it said no bags on her boarding pass. She has low attention. She managed to fly from Prince George to Calgary. At Calgary, she was preparing to board her last flight and the women said you can't get on. She said you can't board unless you pay for those bags. She had a small backpack, purse and carry on suitcase. She said you have to pay $160 +. My daughter has trouble understanding. She said can you step out of line to think about what you want to do. Then she said we have to leave you'll have to catch another flight. She called me in tears. I asked her to pass the phone to the agent. She said the agent was refusing to take the phone and ignoring her. I finally calmed her down enough to politely ask the woman to take my credit card. I told the woman of my daughter's challenges and need for extra helps. All she did was lecture me on how we booked ultra basic and we should have checked. She took my number and charged my card. Then I heard her push the phone back to my daughter and tell her to get on. My poor daughter was scared and confused and had to fly in tears. No apologies.
Travelled with my mother in law and made sure she has wheelchair access. Very efficient travel. There was always someone waiting for her when she got off the plane
Delayed twice then cancelled at 02.00 in the morning. Left 300 people to sleep on the terminal floor overnight. Zero communication due to zero Air Canada staff.
Packed very carefully and did a 4 day trip with a 'personal item' only. Much less trouble than a carry on. Only 'entertainment' i need is the flight map. Did not work.
Our family of four were seated separated entirely from one another. We were hopeful to at least be paired up with our children in groups of two. Remember that no food is provided. You will get two beverages and a single Made Good granola bite size bar. Air Canada Bistro menu is available for purchase. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are also available for purchase.
Flight attendants are great. Seat was fairly comfortable. WiFi is for a fee unless you happen to enter an Air Canada member number *when booking*. Cannot change this in flight. Vegetarian food was tasty but lacked protein of any kind.
The flight from Anchorage to Vancouver was OK, but the seats are quite uncomfortable.
Longer lines at Air Canada to check.. could not get my boarding pass online.
Check-in was quick and efficient, the flights were smooth and comfortable and the food was fairly tasty. Eating beans while in a tin can in the sky is not necessarily the best choice. Our luggage came quickly and easily.
Excellent and friendly service. Interesting snacks and free wine and beer are pluses.
We cancelled our flight a week ago. Kayak should know that before spamming guests asking how their trip went. Do better.
