My row seemed to have more leg room and I didn't pay extra for it. Air North offers a meal at no extra cost. There was no entertainment available, but that wasn't an issue as most people have options on their phones. The crew was friendly. Air North offers air travel the way it used to be and that is a welcome and pleasant surprise.
Air North is one of the easiest airlines to fly with. Lots of room and great service. Always provide you food.
My interaction with air north was great, Their customer servicr was easy to get a hold.of, Managed to speak with a person, they were very polite and helpful, However I messed up the date with the ticket purchase, Since I used a third party I could not change the date. And trying to contact Kayak and the other third party was a nightmarez So I am unlikely to use a third party again.
Customer server was excellent. The flight was extremely affordable, and my seat was both comfortable and spacious.
Terrible customer service - no interest in being helpful, limited service hours, unwilling to transfer checked baggage of provide advice. Not recommended.
Supposed to fly out at 10am to Kelowna….got delayed until 1:40 and missed an important meeting. I ended up having g to stay over. Should have just driven.

This airline is never a disappointment. Always on time. Short haul from YLW to YYZ , best way to travel.
Boarding was fine, and flight was on time. During the flight however, you aren't even offered a drink of water. The carts never leave the galleys. All the attendants said the whole time is take your headphones off and buckle your seatbelt. For the price I wouldn't expect 5 star service, but maybe a drink would have been acceptable

Flight from LAX to STS das excellent. Flight from DCA to LAX was troubled by the previous flight returning to the one DCA gate putting our flight in jeopardy. However another gate was arranged and that flight was a bit late, but was handled exceptionally.
The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!
Plane seats are comfortable and seemed more roomy than others I have been on. Playing was clean and flight crew friendly. Passengers who have a connecting flight should however be allowed off the plane first
Upgrading from premium class to first class caused me to almost miss my seat on the flight. The system “un checked me in”. So I not only lost my first class seat, but my premium seat too so I alsmot didn’t have a seat on the plane. The app did not let me know as it was showing my seat assignment all the way up until boarding began. This exact same thing happened to another passenger. And to top it off, I now have to jump through hoops to get my refund. Awful experience with Alaska, I don’t intend to fly with AA again unless there are no other options.

We were in 1st class. Haven’t flown 1st class in over 35 years. This was special trip. 30yr anniversary and family travel. Food was good for airline food. Crew was very attentive.i expected easier movie access. Had to use own device. Second leg with Hawaiian airlines was exceptional in every way.
Upon arrival I was disappointed that the assist I requested to get to the baggage claim wasn't provided. The entire baggage area was not clearly marked and I wanted to store my baggage overnight, that wasn't available. I had to take it on the shuttle to the hotel!
Good experience, first time flying Alaska Air. Slight delay boarding, but still arrived on time. Excellent leg room! Very friendly flight attendants.
Flight delayed missed connecting flight crew not very helpful very frustrating customer service
Our biggest complaint was a major schedule change that was not communicated to us in any way. Luckily the time change went later not earlier so we did not miss the flight. Our email addresses and phone numbers were on file but we received no email no text message no nothing. Short flight so not much to say.
The check in was quick but the counter person didn’t inform me that the flight was delayed. I was also not informed of the boarding gate. When the plane landed there was a mixup at the gate with the ramp crew which delayed the flight further. All in all the experience didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from WestJet
Again, flight was late. It’s expected of this airline now i guess.

Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.

Flight was cancelled. Not enough agents to deal with the people in the line. We left and found our own way to Vancouver.
Flight was great. Meal was really good. Boarding was terrible. Too many people in a small boarding lounge, zones not clearly marked.
Air Canada cancelled our flight and reschedule it 26 hours later that completely interrupted my family's long waited Japan trip, it wasn't due to natural reason such as weather but under the company's control. On the day we wasted 9 hours of our time from 6am to 3pm, including a few hours in the customer counter waiting for supervisor to handle our rescheduling. When we came to the counter for rebooking help there were at least 4 employees on the counter but we were told they were not trained to handle customer rebooking, we were also told the supervisor could come 10:30 to handle our rebooking, but she showed up more than one hour later, the end result was exactly the same so the few hours we spent waiting for her was completely wasted; We already prepaid hotel and all the tickets for the our stay in Tokyo so all of the cost for the first day is completed wasted; The $80 meal voucher issues was far less than our financial loss due to the financial cancellation, and it was not surprisingly invalid (as Your company screw up everything possible along the flight), the vouchers were supposed to last 72 hours, when we tried to used it at our lounge next day less than 24 hours from its issuing at a designated restaurant, the worker there couldn't scan the vouchers after multiple tries on all 4 vouchers issued, so we had to pay the food from our own money; For the two return flights they were also full of unfortunate events that caused bad experience and further delay and waste of our time, both flights departed late and the last leg had another significant delay of more than half an hour after touchdown, the gate was for some reason not available so we waited more than half an hour, when we got out of plane it was almost one hour later than the supposed arrival time; The gate you arranged is the farthest in Vancouver airport, also was the luggage pickup location in Seattle airport; We also called customer service for rescheduling help and after a long time wait (more than an hour) we got a call back but the CS representative was equally clueless and unhelpful. Other than a fatal crash, your company couldn't do anything right and provided the worst service possible among the tons of flights we have taken in our lives.
Flight was late leaving. Charge for luggage which still has not arrived and will be delivered in a week.
Crew was making faces when asked for extra water. They can really use a smile while giving services. Other Than that they were good. Lots of turbulence. Also while landing it was not smooth. The tire made a loud noise. They need to make those better. Other than that everything was good.
Board from the back of the plane to the front - it just makes sense. Try it.
I knew I was going to fall asleep unsettlingly from exhaustion so I warned the guy next to me in advance. The attendant took to checking on me frequently and even insisted I take my snack because I said no while sleep hazed and then absolutely wanted it about 5 minutes later. He was So caring and kind to my situation!!

The flight was delayed an hour, but not because of Air Canada. The crew was polite, professional, and competent. The food was above average for Air Canada, but just fine. The stand out for me in the 10 hour flight was the entertainment package. The best of any airline I’ve experienced so far. Looking forward to my return flight to finish some more of the shows I was watching.
The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.

The flight was smooth, but the seats are not comfortable. I was not able to sleep. The sizes for the personal item and carry-on are way smaller than other airlines.

The worst airline experience that I ever had in my life. The fare was cheap but boy do you pay for it when it comes to baggages, carry-ons, food on board and lack of available staff at check-in. Almost every other passenger on my flight had the same complaints and experience. We all bonded discussing our displeasure. My husband and I will definitely not be traveling with Flair Airlines. We'll take anyone else.
The most uncomfortable plane I ever fly on. The seats won't even recline a little. For a 5 hrs flight at night and tired it felt like torture

Personally, I will not use this fight again. The service is poor, you have to buy even water. They don't provide anything even sneak, you have to buy. They said Personally items for 7 kg. Then they use some measurements, if you have 7kg and if it's not getting inside of their measurements, you have to pay 80$ this is robbery. I will prefer other flight then this. I am désappointement taking this airplane.
