So it would be nice if Delta would get their process of refunds especially when it's a death to maybe not get notified. I was the one that purchased the tickets for him in April."

Checked the route through Brisbane, and those flights we're all there, departed and landed all on-time... so wondering what the reason was for the change of the itinerary without a cause (no cancel or delayed flights through Brisbane)"
Pros: "This is what airlines used to be like. The food and quantity were excellent. Too bad these services aren’t offered on domestic flights. We had a snack or meal every couple hours with plenty of drinks. The legroom was ample and comfortable."

Cons: "We had an infant and in order to get a meal for the baby one of our paid seats did not get a meal. Very unsatisfactory for first class. The toddler meal provided was terrible. Stale bread, cheese on the sandwich was so bad the baby wouldn't eat it, and he eats almost everything. It was the first food I have seen him refuse to eat."

This all began when airlines charged for baggage and carry on became the only way to travel without excess fees. There is not enough overhead storage for everyone to carry-on so let's go back to no fees for baggage. The boarding process will become smooth again."

They are so strict with liquids that all baby foods had to put in a separate bin and we had to go to another security point for clearance. It took 2.5 hours to go through all that, that is with wheelchair priority! Boarding was horrible at the gate."

Of course the hotel only take you until 12pm so I spend so many hours in the airport waiting for re ticketing they told us to be at 6pm we wait and I got my ticket leaving at 9.45pm but the crew come one hour and half late. From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all. In the airports On the board for departing or arriving change every time the gates if you are not standing up there you never get in to the next departure. Over all NOT RECOMMEND"

It took almost an hour which caused us to miss our MSP flight. If you have an international flight through this airport leave yourself more than 2 hours. We had a two hour window and didn't make it in time."

Cons: "We flew Air Canada Rouge both to Maui and returning. On the way out, our plane had a "fuel pump" failure and we had to sit on the tarmac for almost 2 hours. On our first attempt at a return flight, we were delayed because they were missing a flight attendant. After she showed up, we were told that a seal on the plane was leaking hot air onto the fuel tank, and we were likely not leaving the airport that night. They kept us at the gate for hours because there was a (and I quote) "1% chance we could get the part from another island, but don't count on it" The time for them to legally keep the pilot and attendants came and went, so they all left... but we were still kept at the gate. The plane left the gate and STILL AC Rouge wouldn't officially cancel the flight, because then they would have to put us up in hotels. So no crew, no plane, and all of us sitting at the gate at 2 in the morning waiting for some guy in some mainland city to call and tell us we could leave. FINALLY, the call came in, and we spent another hour and a half waiting in line to get hotel vouchers. The next day, when we actually got on the plane, my brother in law sat down to all of a sudden receive a fountain of water pouring on his head from the ventilation system. When he asked if he could get some tape or something to plug the leak of water, the stewardess told him that they are not allowed to put tape anywhere. So he stood there with a waded up paper towel. Oh, and there was puke on my seatbelt. Sure , it is a budget flight. But I am paying less for not having a meal, cramped seats, and minimal service... NOT an unsafe plane that is literally peeing on our faces for being dumb enough to choose this airline. Congrats, Air Canada Rouge for our worst flight experience. Get some planes that aren't falling apart."

You cannot get a customer service person on the phone, they told me it is a "back room department" I had to email and wait to see if/what they will do. Absolutely ridiculous!!!"

Cons: "The gate people were horrible at explaining the delays and then trying to set up alternatives. Quick tip: offering "free water" when your flight is delayed 1.5hrs so several people will miss their flights is not enough."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours causing me to miss my connecting flight to Indianapolis. Went to the service desk to re-book, and nothing could be done to get me out in time. Customer service was not great. I was flying to see my daughter graduate, and the only time they could get me out was when the graduation started. No hotel vouchers were given for the delay either, so the airport bench ended up being the bed. So I ended up being stranded in Newark for an additional 8 hours to just miss her graduation."

Cons: "That the ride was so rough. Pilot apologized & said it was just a bad nite. It was a smaller plane so that maybe made the turbulence feel worse too."
Cons: "we got 3 separate middle seats while traveling with a 4 year old. United knows his age, do they really expect him to sit alone? Fortunately the flight attendant and other passengers were very helpful."
Pros: "I received an unexpected free upgrade to first class. Two thumbs up!"
Cons: "No complaints. Every aspect of the flight met or exceeded my expectations."
Cons: "One hour delay, no microphone to hear what the desk staff was actually announcing, desk staff were also completely unprofessional. Made my connecting flight by less than a minute thanks to SPRINTING through the airport because of the delay - a less able bodied person would not have made it. Overall ridiculous and dissappointing"
Cons: "The fligjht diidnt happen. I double booked the flight. But when I tried to adjust it I wasn't allowed to without crazy fees. This was after an agent told me that he would wave the fee. Their not on the same page and they do not honor what you're told."

Pros: "Plane was filthy & disgusting! I asked the stewardess for a towel to wipe down my table that was covered in sticky gunk, she just handed me a Wet One. Passengers table next to me was the same. My checked was only 3 lb over the 50 lb limit. United actually made me take 3 pairs of dirty jeans out & carry them with me in a Target shopping bag! Ridiculous!"
Cons: "Boarding in IAH was a mess. Several gate changes, airport information screens didn't match with the actual departure gate, lines were not properly identified. Very bad."

Cons: "On the express smaller planes you have to gate check your rollarboard suitcase which is fine but if your in first class they dont have a separate tag from economy class so i got my bag last even tho i was in first."

Cons: "GA called for all "people with disabilities" to board first. How about simply asking for people who need a little extra time...PWD's is a bit of a label that doesn't work for me. While we were boarding the white female FA made a snide comment that maybe passengers should not bring more than one bag. She was also rude to the other FA."
Pros: "Nothing flight got canceled and they couldn't even get me out the same day .. Due to there Maintnence issue most horrible expierence"
Cons: "Everything ruined my boyfriends bday with there Maintnence problem"
Cons: "The wifi onboard was broken. There were no t.v. sets to watch."
Pros: "Boarding was fast and easy. Crew was kind to allow me to use an empty seat in the middle row and get more space. Managed to connect to onboard entertainment with a tablet and avoided to use the tiny screen that still exists on United's 767s."

Pros: "It was a pretty smooth flight and it was pretty well organized."
Cons: "The plane was in the Houston hanger most of the day, but it seems they didn't test it. Even after being delayed on the ground due to rain and a mechanical problem with the ramp for three hours, the plane had to turn around and come back to Houston due to another mechanical issue. Finally left 13.5 hours late. I did receive a hotel room, breakfast and 10,000 miles compensation for the hassle, but I would rather have been in Brazil on time."

Cons: "No leg room or entertainment. Receiving baggage after the flight took 15 min (carry-on baggage)"

Pros: "Everything! My grandparents needed special assistance with wheelchair and the crew was very helpful!"
Cons: "- Horrible food; - Very old airplane. The oldest I ever flew; - The entertainment system was horrible and not worked. We came the whole flight without having access to anything, neither the map of the flight."
Pros: "Crew was very accommodating to the fact that I was flying with a large service animal. They even brought him his own dinner. They were excellent people."
Cons: "Didn't even get to take the flight. They were overbooked and instead of putting us on a different flight, shipped us via cab to a different airport in a different state 1.5 hrs away. No apology, no travel voucher, NOTHING!! Then on the way home everything was canceled because of the storms and I sat on hold for 5 hrs only to get hung up on. I had to go to the airport 3 days in a row to finally get a flight home, even though my destination and an alternate were not affected by the storm. I'll never fly united again"
