Getting to Scotland with no luggage (no medicine, no clothes and no club) on golf trip very disappointed

My luggage never made it, I booked business class only to find out I’m sitting in the back. Very disappointed with the reservation

American Airlines changed are gate no fewer than four times. Walking back and forth from one concourse to another was exhausting, especially after all the flight delays.

Weather delay for 2.5 hours followed by half hour crew delay, did not have ginger ale, uncomfortable seats

We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.

Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.

Terrible. I didn’t fly and I had an important meeting the next day.

Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.

We sat on the runway for an hour after landing with few updates. I was not allowed to use the restroom during half the flight because of drink service. Flight attendants could not have showed less care.
