The flight was delayed 4 hours, and when we finally boarded, they told us that the fuel was only just then checked. So, we waited even longer to take off.

With a 24 hour delay, the Flight stared off rough. They had a nationwide IT Outage but communications to Passengers was very bad. Ground Staff and Ticket Agents were extremely rude and unhelpful. Perhaps they should take ground training from DL or Qatar. The food was horrible. Seafood was mixed with Bacon. Those two don’t have any space for Jewish or Muslim Faith Customers. The Airline needs new management.

Great. Clean. Seats comfortable. Food was free. Had new release movies.

Weather delay for 2.5 hours followed by half hour crew delay, did not have ginger ale, uncomfortable seats

We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.

Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.

Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.

We sat on the runway for an hour after landing with few updates. I was not allowed to use the restroom during half the flight because of drink service. Flight attendants could not have showed less care.
