Delayed for no reason at all originally. Then they said it was due to weather conditions. Communication between kayak and Southwest was terrible because both displayed different delays and departure times for HOURS throughout the day. The plane then had technical issues which delayed us from taking off even longer. Didn’t actually take off until 11:45pm when the original departure time was 7:35pm. I didn’t get home until 1:30am the next day. I was exhausted and pissed off. I am not confident if I’ll fly southwest in the future or use kayak to book.

A) Checked my luggage at the gate but never got to pre board B) if we are helping with checking our carryon and waiting 40 minutes for it we should have some privileges c) luggage took 40-45 minutes to come.. d) I asked for another snack and was told the plane is full.. seriously a small snack

I like the staff members they were super nice and helpful very sweet people :)

Unfortunately, I left my headphone's case in the bag of the front seat. I was seating on 9C. Hopefully the found it and I can get it back. I have not been able to get in contact with Southwest. Other than that, everything went fine.

Maybe different snack selection. To much sodium in them. I know refrigerators are not available but there has to be healthier items.

Comfortable. Easy. No problems. Just wish they had gf options for snacks.

Flight was great, but golf bag never made it until later in the day. Even though I had a nonstop flight it was placed on a different one. They made it right with flight credits and I was able to get it the same day.

Crew and drinks were great. They lost my bag and were not helpful. Instead they simply told me “maybe you should’ve came earlier”.

Flight was on time and I was glad this direct route existed.

Legroom was decent, but the seat comfort was horrible; I believe the seat cushions have lost their cushion. I was uncomfortable and had back pain throughout the nearly five-hour flight. WiFi did not work despite my attempts to get it up and running. This was very frustrating as passengers all around me were streaming football games, movies, and accessing email and text messages. One flight attendant suggested it was my seat, but that makes no sense, given WiFi doesn't work that way. On another note, I rarely have a good experience with aainflight.com.

I couldn’t get a beverage because my tray table was broken

The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.

Weather delay for 2.5 hours followed by half hour crew delay, did not have ginger ale, uncomfortable seats

We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.

Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.

Terrible. I didn’t fly and I had an important meeting the next day.

Everything went well. Got a snack and a beverage.. Able to watch live tv and movies in flight

Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.

We sat on the runway for an hour after landing with few updates. I was not allowed to use the restroom during half the flight because of drink service. Flight attendants could not have showed less care.
