It was good. However, I didn’t expect for a delayed flight. Need to catch bus or ride going to Bakersfield since I need to be there the funeral of my Uncle.
Charlotte NC agents were great and ended up with decent seats after having to switch flights amidst Hurricane situation. CMH was a different story. Doors to flight closed 15 minutes before departure so we nearly were left behind. Flight crew were OK but nothing to brag about for sure
Terrible service three hour flight and they gave us a cookie… no TVs or screens you gotta watch from your personal device. The little flaps that hold your phone and stuff for storage or broken terrible experience
Due to the long delays and rescheduling boarding was horrible. However, the gate staff and the flight attendants went above and beyond to remedy our frustrations. They were able to handle every potential harsh situation with Grace, compassion and coolness of head. Kudos to the MIA Gate A12 and night crew of flight 1572 YYZ to MIA.
All was pretty good, but we had to sit in the tarmac in CLT for an hour after landing because there was no gate open for us.
Horrible airline! They always got something messed up with their planes. 3 hour delayed made us missed both out flights. Had to wake up early in the morning next morning to get another flight!
The flight was almost 2 hours late. When it landed in Philadelphia we waiting on board for almost 1 hour to be assigned a gate. Then, while 50 feet away from the gate the pilot couldn’t park the plane, because the staff that was supposed to guide him in was not available. Once we deplaned, we waited 1.5 hours for our luggage to come out. Simply disgraceful, American Airlines.
IT NEVER LEFT! We were supposed to leave at 5:03 on March 23rd. We were delayed an hour, boarded the plane, delayed again because of rocket launches in Miami, then we were informed that our pilots "timed out" and the flight was cancelled. We were de-boarded and had to find emergency accommodations at this understaffed, un-airconditioned, nightmare of an airport. We were notified that the flight would leave at 9am on Sunday the 24th, when we arrived it was delayed to 12:15pm, we waited in line for over 1.50 to get checked in, during that time it was delayed again to 2pm, then an hour later it was delayed to 3pm, then 5pm, then 6pm, then 7pm. We were told it was pilot timing issues, then rockets, then plane parts, then a mechanic, then weather, then we stopped receiving any excuses at all. There were two flights with almost identical flight numbers 879 and 879P, the AA staff at the airport told half of of us that 879P was cancelled, but apparently it was 879 that was cancelled. They held us in this overcrowded, unairconditioned airport, with no working outlets, and no wifi, for over 8 hours on Sunday. We had to demand our luggage be removed from the plane. For a second night we had to find accommodations. We ended up at a resort that cost over $2000 a night just to find sufficient room for our family. We booked a Delta flight for Monday morning and finally got back stateside with ZERO issues. We're working on getting reimbursement for our expenses which total over $6,000 for the two nights of being stuck there and having to book another airline last minute. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE.
We could have left on time. We were an hour late.
Unfortunately we had turbulence because of the weather and when we were about to land in Miami, the pilot brought the aircraft quickly up because another plane was in its way. The pilot was remarkable however we weren’t told until we started our second descent. Our flight was GOOD
I rarely fly but the boarding was very good, seats are ok, it's economy right ? The food was alright, nothing to write home about, the flight attendants were awesome. The flight was uneventful, a little turbulence, take off and landing were good. For someone who doesn't fly that much I'd say it was pretty good overall.
The staff were condescending and withheld at times. There were times when they appeared to be more concerned with socializing with each other than appearing professional. I know it must be a hard job, but being chatty and handsy with each other in the public view only to be condescending to customers isn’t a good look.
Crew great, flights departed early. Is was a good travel day.
Purchased through Kayak at +/-$960.00 and was charged +/-$1,300.00 on Amex. Prepurcahed one bag, was not recognized by Air Canada
Easy booking process and great follow up notifications. Need to improve boarding process and flight crew should be more personable and friendly with passengers.

Everything. Not only did our flight get cancelled. We also had to get off the plane and wait to get rebooked. Then sat another hour on the plane. My whole day was dated by 5 hours! Time I should have spent resting. I doubt I will fly with air Canada again!
Flight was delayed for 5 hours from 11:45 to 17:11 and my hotel check out was 9:00 on the morning. Very last minute delay and there should be more compensation than $20 dollar meal vouchers.
Flight is delayed by more than an hour without any reason, the jet blue gates kept changing every 20 mins and there is no proper communication. No ear phones provided in flight, there is a screen with entertainment but what is the use, I have earphones but the console has outdated audio connections, no usb C or bluetooth, they are living 15 years behind
Nice plane, clean, wifi available and movies. All the flight attendants were courteous.

For the price point it was very good. Definitely leave on the earlier flights as it can become terribly crowded later in the day

Crew was just ok. Flight was packed. On a 3/4 hour flight I would hope they would come around more than once to see if you needed anything further. Not very attentive.
Surly, unhelpful ground staff at JFK. There was a complete lack of empathy—a flawed check-in ordeal caused us to miss our flight. All airlines that I have ever flown would have worked to help me solve the ticket problem. Instead, frontline employees shrugged their shoulders and pointed fingers at us for having made an error. I will do anything to avoid EVER flying on Jet Blue again. It well deserves its low rank among airlines.
The pilots were awesome and got us there early. Great landing too. No complaints on the flight. Service - a young cabin crew woman was terrible as she seemed to hate her job and never smiled. Why do they hire people like that? Terrible. The cabin crew lead woman was wonderful - very professional (and more mature go figure)
Flew St Vincent to Barbados on an ATR-40 (?), seating about 60 passengers. Pretty tight in there. Flt. attendant was very friendly. Short flight - up & down in 40 minutes.
No food, no entertainment - half-hour flight (up & down) Smallest plane I’ve ever been on - maybe 60 passenger capacity?
I've had bad flights with InterCaribbean before (cancellations, no gate agents, etc.), but this one went perfectly smoothly!
Long delay. No AC on the flight from Barbados to St. Lucia.
Did not get to travel, you canceled my flight and left me stranded for the hole day, it's another day and I can't get to my destination. I will not recommend any one to this away, bad service
