Delayed and once landed waited very long for the luggage
Nice managed … it was a smaller plane, so the seating wasn’t as comfortable.
The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. My original flight on Sunday was delayed, so I had to cancel Sunday flight and rebook my travel to Monday. Could not have done it without help from David from Kayak team. Ante Soda GE Aerospace
Very poor service with connecting flight. I missed the connection because of a delayed flight and significant delay in getting my bags in order to make the connection. The ground staff where unhelpful and rude!
Seated at front bulkhead for a smidge extra leg room away from home and on flight back home. Away crew was very proactive about assuring our carryons had space close behind us (because no seat in front of us our personal items had to be in a small bin overhead). They actively required passengers place overhead luggage on its side so more items could fit in bins. Home crew made no such efforts. I had to struggle back rows to get overhead bags upon landing, no crew help then either, and some disgruntled passengers as I and others retrieved our bags. There was a system that worked pretty well. The home bound crew just didn't feel like working.
Southwest has inacted unfriendly customer policies like other airlines. Watch the fine print very carefully if you are having to alter flight arrangements. Rules are now complicated and very stilted to travelers sacrificing travel funds (unlike before where the simple, straight forward flight change policy was worth the extra premium for ticket price.) On the positive side, SW Flight crews are still wonderfully helpful.

Fairly good - the seats seemed more comfortable on this flight. The staff out of Detroit were quite friendly. But they directed us to the wrong carousel for luggage. :(
All good except the dining. Both meals were the worst I’ve ever encountered on any previous flight.
Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Flight was on time! That's the most important thing for me.
Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.
The flight was delayed and knowing I was going to miss my connection, nothing was done proactively to try and get me rebooked. It was an act of congress to do so. This is not on the crew, but on the experience itself
No headphones, forced to sit in another seat that I did not book, had to check my carry on when I boarded the plane I saw backpacks and other non carry on items stuffed in the carry on holder! Horrible experience Wi-Fi did not work either
Sat in the tarmac at O’Hare for 65 minutes. This is a regular occurrence for delta at O’Hare
Delta is getting worst by the minute. Where this was at one point my only go to airline, it has become like a budget airline
All was fine. Small plane so no food or entertainment.
Great Brasilia aircraft - not a Boeing 757 like the next part of the flight. Flight from MCI to IAD was great, on-time, comfortable, did I mention that? The flight from IAD to EDI was painful. One of the reasons I won't fly United again? Boeing 757, with a seat pitch and material that was horrendous. Worst aircraft ever, made worse by United sardine-can tight seating. Oh, and the connection window, 45 minutes, really? At IAD, in different concourses? What idiot came up with that flight scenario? Happily, (for me and my travel insurance people) the flight was late (reminiscent of American Airlines). The crew was professional and courteous.
Crew was great. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable and I’m a small person.

WiFi was slow as compared to trip down. Maybe because it was a night flight and more people were using it?
Excellent except for the 2 screaming kids who wouldn’t stop crying and screaming for the entire flight but what are you going to do? The flight was early- good experience
Kept changing the takeoff time and the moved it up so arrived when boarding had already started. Then sat waiting to taxi in for a long time

The flight was delayed due to weather issue…WiFi did not work and even though I wanted to pay for WiFi I couldn’t buy it. Overall very disappointing even though I paid and reserved Business class
On time and stellar premium class service. Not liking non LCD display in seat backs - miss the convenience of not using your own device.
My flights were all delayed , mostly due to technical issues with AA aircrafts. I had to rebook my trip 4 times . I lost my whole day and finally arrived in LAX around midnight. This was a very bad experience with American airlines , I will always try to avoid flying with them
AA was fine....the overall experience was subpar, but not due to the airline due to broader issues
It was good. However, I didn’t expect for a delayed flight. Need to catch bus or ride going to Bakersfield since I need to be there the funeral of my Uncle.
Terrible service three hour flight and they gave us a cookie… no TVs or screens you gotta watch from your personal device. The little flaps that hold your phone and stuff for storage or broken terrible experience
All was pretty good, but we had to sit in the tarmac in CLT for an hour after landing because there was no gate open for us.
The flight was almost 2 hours late. When it landed in Philadelphia we waiting on board for almost 1 hour to be assigned a gate. Then, while 50 feet away from the gate the pilot couldn’t park the plane, because the staff that was supposed to guide him in was not available. Once we deplaned, we waited 1.5 hours for our luggage to come out. Simply disgraceful, American Airlines.
IT NEVER LEFT! We were supposed to leave at 5:03 on March 23rd. We were delayed an hour, boarded the plane, delayed again because of rocket launches in Miami, then we were informed that our pilots "timed out" and the flight was cancelled. We were de-boarded and had to find emergency accommodations at this understaffed, un-airconditioned, nightmare of an airport. We were notified that the flight would leave at 9am on Sunday the 24th, when we arrived it was delayed to 12:15pm, we waited in line for over 1.50 to get checked in, during that time it was delayed again to 2pm, then an hour later it was delayed to 3pm, then 5pm, then 6pm, then 7pm. We were told it was pilot timing issues, then rockets, then plane parts, then a mechanic, then weather, then we stopped receiving any excuses at all. There were two flights with almost identical flight numbers 879 and 879P, the AA staff at the airport told half of of us that 879P was cancelled, but apparently it was 879 that was cancelled. They held us in this overcrowded, unairconditioned airport, with no working outlets, and no wifi, for over 8 hours on Sunday. We had to demand our luggage be removed from the plane. For a second night we had to find accommodations. We ended up at a resort that cost over $2000 a night just to find sufficient room for our family. We booked a Delta flight for Monday morning and finally got back stateside with ZERO issues. We're working on getting reimbursement for our expenses which total over $6,000 for the two nights of being stuck there and having to book another airline last minute. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE.

Unfortunately we had turbulence because of the weather and when we were about to land in Miami, the pilot brought the aircraft quickly up because another plane was in its way. The pilot was remarkable however we weren’t told until we started our second descent. Our flight was GOOD
Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off
2 hour delay and a lack of air conditioning on the plane. Not a good combination

Fabulous! This was the first time we've flown with JetBlue and the entire experience was flawless!

For the price point it was very good. Definitely leave on the earlier flights as it can become terribly crowded later in the day
Crew was just ok. Flight was packed. On a 3/4 hour flight I would hope they would come around more than once to see if you needed anything further. Not very attentive.
