Pros: "The crew was great and professional."
Cons: "No complaints. Everything was perfect from the boarding process to disembarking."

Cons: "The headphone jack.was worn out, so the audio was sporadic."

Cons: "Flight was very delayed, waiting on pilots to arrive. The. We sat on the runway for a long time without leaving as well. Crew also made us gate check bags when there was still plenty of overhead space left on plane."

Cons: "Horrible communication during flight delays and pilot timing out. Sat at the gate for hours with no communication."

Cons: "Two hour delay between boarding and then sitting on the runway."

Pros: "The seats are comfortable with enough leg room."
Cons: "My husband's display controls didn't work. We didn't ask for help as he planned to read anyway."

Pros: "Simple and easy flight, boarding on and off no big deal. Using your phone as a boarding pass is a great plus. Skipped the check-in process and breezed through security."
Cons: "Person I was seated next to, older women was really fidgeting and bumping me through the flight."

Cons: "JetBlue is amazing and my favorite airlines for domestic travel."

Pros: "Seats were comfortable and roomy"
Cons: "Tv could have worked better"

Cons: "clearly communicate delays. We had no idea what was happening or what our options were."

Cons: "We waited at least 8 hours in the delay and I wasn’t texted early enough to plan ahead. We waited in the airport and then we waited on the turnpike before take-off."

Cons: "legspace"

Pros: "The movies were okay. The crew was accommodating."
Cons: "We spent 45 minutes on the tarmac, enough time to watch the baggage personnel throw our bags into his trolley with zero reason for him to do so. If you pack anything fragile... good luck."

Pros: "Easy boarding and flight"
Cons: "There’s nothing special about jet blue anymore."

Cons: "The new security check in with the automated bins."

Pros: "Huge leg room in coach. Free large bag of snacks and they didn't charge me for a snack box filled with chumous, bean dip, crackers, biscotti etc value $9. I thought Jet Blue was like Spirit, but its TOTALLY different. Not at all a budget level airplane or crew."

Pros: "I thought mostly everything was great. I haven't flown in awhile and expected much worse."
Cons: "WiFi dropped out pretty shortly after takeoff stayed out for the entire flight duration."

Cons: "Asked the stewardess to have a blanket and water she had not brought. Service was bad ."

Pros: "Extra leg room, comfortable, leather seats, cleanliness of the cabin, efficiency and friendly manner of the staff, assigned seating and enough room in the gate area to be comfortable. I also appreciated being able to hear and understand all announcements made in the gate area and on board by the support staff and the captain."
Cons: "Some passengers in the gate area were "seat hogs" sitting in one seat and taking up one to two extra seats for their baggage while people were trying to find places to sit, especially when we experienced delays.. This is not the fault of the airlines, however, but it occurs to me that there could be gentle reminders on in print or in announcements asking people to make room for other passengers."

Cons: "2 hr delay. Poor ventilation"

Cons: "I have a problem with my ears, and asked the crew for nozzle drops, they don’t have"

Cons: "Flight over 3 hours late leaving. Flight attendants rude, and nothing comped for drinks or food to make up for it. Had to circle for 45 min due to weather. Sat on tarmac 30 mijn on other end."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I paid extra to sit next to someone with poor hygiene and a 3 year old who cried hysterically the entire flight. Worst flight ever"

Cons: "The flight was delayed 2 hrs. Engine as no flight permission problems. My seat was hard."

Pros: "Great service and smooth flight. On time, all good things."
Cons: "An individual who was very overweight sat next to me and took up half of my seat as well. I understand we all deserv to ride comfortably and my intent is not to shame them. That said, if someone can’t put the armrest down I think the airline should require them to purchase both seats as it’s very uncomfortable to be in the position of having no seat for the entire ride. I’m an average sized person so it was a challenge but even tiny people deserve the full seat they purchased. There really should be a rule or something."

Pros: "Wide array of snacks and drinks, tv/movies to watch for free, excellent staff from beginning to end, and tons of legroom. The complimentary free check of my carryon way awesome."
Cons: "I liked everything! No complaints at all."

Cons: "Six hours late, then there wasn’t enough fuel and had to wait for paperwork multiple times. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be flying JetBlue again."

Cons: "Almost a 9 hour ordeal. 4 hour delay because of weather for flight because one crew that was supposed to take our flight had “timed out.” Didn’t take off til after 1am. Finally landed and sat on plane because a plane at our gate was “disabled.” It’s 4:33am, I’ve been off the plane for half an hour, no baggage coming out of the carousel yet and no sign of this absolutely horrific experience ending anytime soon."

Pros: "Loved all the available dedicated JetBlue staff available to answer questions. Have not flown JetBlue often but heard many great things."
Cons: "Weather delay which is out of JetBlue’s control but once we landed (6 hours later) we sat on the runway for an additional hour because our gate had a disable airplane occupying it. I think JetBlue could have done a better job ensuring a back up gate was available or giving their passenger updates on the situation."

Pros: "The crew was great, and so was a JetBlue pilot dead-heading in the seat next to me. I liked the space in the MoreSpace seat I paid for. I relieved that the upgrade seat came with boarding in the first group. Some airlines you pay for the seat, but you're still group 3 or 4 and, meaning all sorts of anxiety about the most miserable part of any flight, the dreaded fight for the overhead bins, wondering it you'll have to check the bag and then wait for it at the destination. Thank you for removing that."

Cons: "I never got the opportunity to fly because I was stuck in unusual traffic in a tunnel for over an hour just minutes from the Boston airport. I was later told there was a fire. I called the 1-800-JETBLUE number and I explained that the situation. The agent said that there would be a $75 change fee and at 4:47 pm there were no more flights out that night and that I would also be charged the fare differential the following day. I quickly went on line and found a deep discounted fare on United for $56! When I got to the airport there were several other people with the same situation. Not a enough agents on staff and no concern that I might miss my new flight on United. Thank Gid I acted fast and got another flight that evening or I would have needed to spend the night in the airport like a woman and her mother traveling to San Jose! Need more professionalism !"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I was delayed half a dozen times, only to be canceled. Rescheduled on a flight that was scheduled to depart two hours before the original flight. Rescheduled after an hour hold. That flight was delayed the following day. Was diverted to Baltimore only to find out only some of us on our flight are getting out by a rude agent. Then no information at all. Had to run to catch an amtrak. Later found out if I stayed I would have stayed another 13 hours in Baltimore. Missed work and had no one home to take care of my family. Oh, and travel insurance will not cover anything. The plane itself was falling apart. Seat was broken and dirty. Everyones lights were broken and it smelled."

Pros: "JetBlue has great staffdelayed by an hour"
Cons: "Delayed by an hour for a 2 hour flight!"

Pros: "comfort of seats"
Cons: "Morons at Jet Blue took me in wheelchair to wrong gate and left me there, but for someone passing and asking me the flight I was on and learning the Gate had changed, which was not announced at Gate E2 I would probably have missed my flight."

Pros: "Good flight. The staff was nice, especially Chris. Nice to see complimentary beverages and snacks still offered on domestic flights."
Cons: "Seats are terrible, and getting worse every year, but thats coach on all airlines not just Jet Blue. Hard armrests, weirdly shaped bucket seats which are appalling in any other position than straight up with 90 degree waist bend. Thats not how humans sit for extended periods of time. A 5 degree recline is not a recline; its a joke. At least the tray table was bigger than my phablet, unlike Spirit where the napkins look like tablecloths on these ‘tables’. Overall, it is better than the cheapest airlines."

Cons: "Two hours later leaving JFK"

Pros: "The crew"
Cons: "The plane being 4 hours late and then arriving in Chicago only to find out we have to taxi for 30 minutes because there is no free gate for us. I’m really tired and should have been in bed 5 hours ago"

Pros: "When I got off the plane"
Cons: "it was late, the plane was dirty, the tv screens didn't work, and the seats were small."

Cons: "The captain didn’t show up for the flight so we had to wait for a new one to get to the airport. Easily, this could have been avoided. Then we land an hour late and we sit on the runway for a long time with no information."

Cons: "This flight was very scary particularly mid air. Haven flown many times I knew this was different from usual turbulence cause my clouds or rough air. Jet blue should check"

Pros: "Love the snacks and TV option"
Cons: "Delayed for weather ok but then we arrived but didn't deplane for almost 1.5 hours!"

Pros: "leg room & movie"

Pros: "Smooth flight, efficient and friendly staff throughout the entire process."
Cons: "I didn't choose a seat originally. When I checked in online the only seats left were the extra space seats. I had to pay $50. Also I was in the first row so I could not put my bag under the seat in front of me."

Pros: "Everything on time."
Cons: "The seat in hard."

Pros: "Most of the basics were good."
Cons: "The flight was substantially delayed and when we got to Chicago we had to wait a long time for a gate agent so that we could deplane because only one gate agent was working at that hour (10:20 p.m.). Also, the flight delay notifications came after I was close to the airport and at the airport--earlier notifications (if possible) would help. The tv/movie portion of the entertainment was not working at all."

Pros: "The plane had 2 wings"
Cons: "Staff is rude. Customer Service couldn't possibly be worst. All their food has meat in it. Staff is slow and incompetent. Never had a more dreadful experience with an airline. TAP IS THE WORST AIRLINE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, and I fly 2 times a month."

Pros: "Everything Entertainment Early landing"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "The take off into the air was calm and not frightening."
Cons: "The flight we had scheduled with them was canceled and there was no email or form of communication sent to tell us before arriving to the airport. We found out while attempting to "check in." They were hesitant in providing food vouchers for us when our original flight that was supposed to leave early in the morning (6:30am), now left at (5:59pm)."

Cons: "Extremely rude female flight attendant who cut me off & walked before I could finish my question regarding a text message about a flight delay prior to the announcement by the pilot."
