I also appreciated being able to hear and understand all announcements made in the gate area and on board by the support staff and the captain."
Cons: "Some passengers in the gate area were "seat hogs" sitting in one seat and taking up one to two extra seats for their baggage while people were trying to find places to sit, especially when we experienced delays.. This is not the fault of the airlines, however, but it occurs to me that there could be gentle reminders on in print or in announcements asking people to make room for other passengers."

Cons: "An individual who was very overweight sat next to me and took up half of my seat as well. I understand we all deserv to ride comfortably and my intent is not to shame them. That said, if someone can’t put the armrest down I think the airline should require them to purchase both seats as it’s very uncomfortable to be in the position of having no seat for the entire ride. I’m an average sized person so it was a challenge but even tiny people deserve the full seat they purchased. There really should be a rule or something."

Finally landed and sat on plane because a plane at our gate was “disabled.” It’s 4:33am, I’ve been off the plane for half an hour, no baggage coming out of the carousel yet and no sign of this absolutely horrific experience ending anytime soon."

I think JetBlue could have done a better job ensuring a back up gate was available or giving their passenger updates on the situation."

Cons: "I never got the opportunity to fly because I was stuck in unusual traffic in a tunnel for over an hour just minutes from the Boston airport. I was later told there was a fire. I called the 1-800-JETBLUE number and I explained that the situation. The agent said that there would be a $75 change fee and at 4:47 pm there were no more flights out that night and that I would also be charged the fare differential the following day. I quickly went on line and found a deep discounted fare on United for $56! When I got to the airport there were several other people with the same situation. Not a enough agents on staff and no concern that I might miss my new flight on United. Thank Gid I acted fast and got another flight that evening or I would have needed to spend the night in the airport like a woman and her mother traveling to San Jose! Need more professionalism !"

Cons: "The flight was substantially delayed and when we got to Chicago we had to wait a long time for a gate agent so that we could deplane because only one gate agent was working at that hour (10:20 p.m.). Also, the flight delay notifications came after I was close to the airport and at the airport--earlier notifications (if possible) would help. The tv/movie portion of the entertainment was not working at all."

Pros: "When I sat into my comfortable seat with its amazing leg room, I asked the woman next to me if she had flown Jet Blue previously. She replied that it is now her favorite airline. At the end of the trip I agreed that it is a distinctly different and great airline. My complaint is that I have to travel from NE Wisconsin to Chicago in order to use Jet Blue. When are you coming to MKE? The way the food and drink orders were handled worked well, and the selections were amazing! Needless to say, the media offered was wonderful."

Cons: "Tray table was broken, I was downgraded from Comfort plus to main cabin after a plane swap with no mention by anyone and no compensation. Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"

We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months."

We were not even offered the curtesy snake for a domestic flight by unfriendly stewards apparently unhappyted with her job. Apparanty all American carrier staffs has no respect for customers. It is not only s united problem. Curtesy and respects goes both ways. They need to be retrained in public relation."

Then the last was extremely rude to me and told me it was my fault and everyone else made it on time so why couldn't I, them when the second gate agent was going to put me on the new flight the ride lady told her to put me as standby, the agent inquired as to why and said there were open seats, she said do it, standby. And then smirked at me like she'd put me in my place. I was speechless, never delt with suncountry employee who was rude. Really disappointed with this experience"

Really expensive especially for a college student who can barely afford it on top of the nearly 500$ ticket. Definitely not worth that especially if they scam you into paying for checked bags. I don't know if it was just this one flight but I don't plan on flying Sun Country again. Horrible experience."

Cons: "We were on the tarmac for 3.5 hours with little communication or apology. The seats were very uncomfortable. Terrible turbulence. Not even a complimentary soda for all of this. I will never fly Allegiant ever again."

Cons: "I'm trying to wrap my head around the # of flights that are delayed or cancelled, when I fly on Allegiant. Perhaps, I have just had bad luck. The flight was delayed a total of 5 times for a total delay of about 4 hours. The original scheduled flight was for 6:35 pm and we didn't actually leave the ground until almost 10:30. We kept getting pushed back. I am not certain if it was due to weather (in another area) or required flight crew rest, both of which I would understand. There was no reason posted that I saw. I have a 10 yo son who has Autism and should be in bed no later than 10 pm, preferably 9 pm. I appreciate all that Allegiant does for the military, and therefore, will continue to fly on your airline. I will NOT, however, take any more evening flights as most of the ones I've flown on have either been delayed or altogether cancelled. Again, I truly appreciate your recognition of retired and active duty military. 8/10 is a B and can be improved upon with more clarevoyance and keeping on-time flights."

Cons: "The warning about alcohol was a bit sarcastic, but I guess in today's world people who have acted out are the real culprits..."

Cons: "PIE airport does not have a lane for TSA pre-check so be prepared to wait in the long security lines with everyone else."

Cons: "Short flight"

Pros: "Our plane was struck by lightning and therefore not able to fly, so we were deboarded and left to wait until a rescue flight could come in from Boston. Over the course of 4 hours, the crew kept us updated with every little change and were all very helpful! Once we were able to board the rescue plane, the crew handed out complimentary candy and drinks to help ease the wait times. Highly recommended!"

Pros: "Even though the flight was delayed by more than 2 hours, we were able to make it home."
Cons: "Started with constant delays. Flight ended up leaving around 8:30 when the flight was supposed to leave at 5:59. Once boarded there were no snacks, no liquor and only a few options to drink. The flight attendant was mumbling and kept on messing up what he was supposed to say the entire flight."

Cons: "So many charges at every step. $5 for boarding passes?"

Cons: "I am so angry booking with them. I booked the flight and then thought, ok I will add a rental car. It said clearly that the rental Car could be canceled up until 24 hours before the flight. Well, 2 weeks before the flight, my friend said, don’t get a rental car, I will have my car. So I cancelled and only then did I find out that once I booked it through their site I could not get a refund for the car and I could only get a voucher for use on one of their flights! And only after they take out any fees and costs that was accrued! So angry!"

Pros: "Actual flight good and crew very accommodating"
Cons: "Seats poor. Waited 40 mins before the luggage entered the belt for pickup. Held us up for transportation to rent lot."

Pros: "Friendly Crew. Staff did expedite our checking bags to make our flight when we asked about our flight that started boarding early and made sure our bags made the flight. Excellent pilots, trip went seamless from wheels up to wheels down."
Cons: "Boarding started 30 minutes earlier than first notified as, Long lines to check bags."

Pros: "Smaller airports make travel easier, and more relaxed. No frills--to get even water on the flight you'll pay for a bottle. Personnel all tend to be friendly and helpful. With Allegiant I've learned to pack lightly and plan travel carefully. It's been worth it as I have been able to see friends and family more often. We even took an impromptu vacation this year when we found a great deal on airfare."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed 4-5 times before it was cancelled all together and rescheduled for the following day. I lost over $200 in hotel charges and valuable time with family. A 3 day trip was decreased to a 2 day trip. Extremely disappointed. After sharing our experience with others we heard the same thing happened them."

Pros: "Excellent value. They had hard time with the head count which delayed our take off. Arrived just a few minutes Late."

Pros: "On the way there and back the staff was friendly, the flight was smooth and and overall everything was just great. This was my first time flying with Allegiant and I will definitely do it again."
