Pros: Everything is great like always!

Cons: In my trip from SJU to MCO before the boarding a crew member give us a package with disinfectant tissues and hand sanitizer in order to clean our space. In the flight from MCO to SJU don't do that.

Cons: Flight turned around halfway and returned to origin airport. A full explanation was never given.

Pros: Seats were pretty comfortable as plane seats go. And overall the plane appeared very clean
Cons: Multiple delays, which is really nobody’s fault if it’s weather related but it causes multiple gate changes. We were traveling with an infant so we expected to get seated together, we got the same row but had an elderly person between us. We kindly asked if she would want to switch seats which she was fine with but who seats someone like that?! overall it wasn’t terrible but it felt like nobody has their stuff together and 5 hours were added on to our travel day

Pros: JetBlue's free Wi-Fi and comfortable seats really make JetBlue a domestic airliner unlike any other.

Pros: Nothing! The flight was delayed until 10:34pm and still we did not board the plane at that time. Then when we finally board the plane a crew member Dan told me my luggage was to big which it was not, and when we landed in Puerto Rico I had to wait so long to get my luggage from the carousel.

Cons: Flight from FLL to SFO was delayed by 5 hours due to a technical issue with the plane. Upon arrival I received an apology email from JetBlue and a flight voucher. However, I will also be filing a claim with the airfare app to seek reimbursement for the enourmous inconvenience this delay caused.

Cons: My first flight was delayed an hour due to pilot error (we left the gate on time, but sat on the tarmac for an hour). This caused me to miss my connecting flight, which stranded me at JFK because they only had one flight per day to my destination. JetBlue's customer service told me I could not reach my destination until the next day, which was unacceptable (I had a morning interview). In fact, the only thing they said they could do was *PARTIALLY* refund my ticket, even though they stranded me in a completely different city. They also said I would "be able to" book a new flight with a different carrier, which cost roughly $400, using my own money. In the end, I spent about an hour talking with customer service until they were "nice enough" to do a partial refund with an additional credit equaling the remainder of my $400 ticket to fly with them in the future. It was still a very poor interaction with customer service.

Pros: Free WiFi, screen entertainment options are good though I didn’t take advantage. Crew alway super nice. Apparently there were some computer issues in th cockpit but pilot got through it without much delay.
Cons: No power plugs at the seats. I’ve become accustomed to outlets on JetBlue flights and now other domestic carriers. Thought I’d get work done but the one time I didn’t charge up my laptop I find out I’m out of luck. Plane was visibly part of an old fleet.

Cons: There was a worker outside the plane demanding people to step to the side. He didn’t say please or thank you. Rude!

Pros: Jet Blue is our airline by choice. We have always had very good service from their staff and the only time there was a change because of weather, we were notified in order to make a change to our flight. We will continue to choose Jet Blue whenever possible.
Cons: My only complaint with all of the airlines is allowing people to check their bags free at the gate when others have done the required thing of paying for checked bags. It is obvious that people are taking advantage if this. It would be great to see something more fair take place.

Pros: Swift boarding & attentive staff members. I'd like to commend xiomara on a job well done. She was very kind, polite, caring, personable & helpful. She infused humor in conversating with the passengers & made the trip very enjoyable. JetBlue needs to do whatever is needed to keep her.

Cons: 5 hour delay extended by an additional 30 minute delay awaiting 2 small bags of ice! Left my apartment at noon for a 2:29PM flight. Doors closed at 7:30PM, taxi’d for 30 minutes and finally took off. All of this for a 35 minute flight.

Pros: we ended up getting upgraded to seats with more leg room. the crew was very nice and accommodating!

It wasn't obvious but as someone who works in the service industry I could tell he was being short with people and could have provided a much better experience if he wanted to be there. Intercom messages sounded like an annoyed demand because we were bad passengers not an announcement simply alerting us of the seatbelt sign being turned on again

Pros: Flight got delayed for over 10 hours and the attitude of one of the reps at the gate was very harsh , plus he kept on making up unesesarry stories to individual clients when we ask him about the possibility of getting on the flight the next day . He was never polite to us made us feel like he was granting us a favour when we approached him to ask about the status of the delayed flight . Because of that delay rather than getting home at the scheduled 2pm on October 3 I got there at 12am on October 4 2017
