Terrible weather, I got an earlier flight from Nantucket. I was lucky Staff were excellent, pilot superb, Once up, I really was not aware of the winds . Super flight, almost like in summer. I was so worried was going to miss Boston to Dublin connection but got to mainland in loads of time. No food or entertainment required on this short hop.Lucky to have such an expert service .
The flight to Boston segment of my round trip was abruptly canceled (eventually citing Logan Airport construction as the reason) leaving those of us flying from Boston in a very tough spot. I had to get a ride to the Martha’s Vineyard Ferry, sail to Woods Hole and then hire a very expensive ride all the way to Boston, as the remaining scheduled buses wouldn’t get me to my 5:10 pm Paris flight on time. This cancellation wasn’t Cape Air’s fault, but even an hour earlier warning would have allowed me to ferry to the mainland and catch the 12:00 bus to Logan for $38 instead of over $200.
Cape Air was great. Kayak was very poor. No ticket to print or explanation that they transferred to another service.
It was good. It was convenient and frequent enough to be a very useful flight to reach more regional hubs. I felt comfortable enough to sleep. During the flight but loved seeing the countryside when I was awake.
It’s less complicated from Culebra to SJU airport. Next time I will prefer to leave from Isla Grande airport to Culebra !!
10 seat Cesna. Equal parts transportation and adventure. 20 minute hop at 10000 feet and 160 mph, sitting 10 feet from the pilot. Panoramic views of the island. Very simple boarding, very low stress. VQS airport tiny, undeveloped. Highly recommended flight, Cape Air doing a great job here.
We traveled in a small Cesna so there was no food or entertainment. The pilot was excellent enjoy being able to see the places we were flying above. It was an OK flight.
My pilot on Cape Air was AMAZING!!!! I hoping that next time I fly I have him as my pilot. He made me feel safe and secure in his skills.
I so appreciate this service into and out of Glendive. Always a good experience with crew and support team.
It was not what I had expected but it was a great way to see the landscape.
Late boarding, had to check the bag even though there was space on the flight and I was I row 7
Unacceptable pre-boarding ticket issues. Paid for and reserved Mint seat approximately a month in advance. Checked in to flight in Mint seat 24 hours before flight. Shortly before flight, was bumped out of Mint entirely, even though other Mint seats were still available and for sale. Was told it was "operational", however seats were still available/being sold. Got to gate and they could not explain it, but the gate agent was able to put me back into Mint (however to a different seat). Nothing proactive done by Jetblue, I would have been bumped had I not arrived at gate early enough to have a helpful gate agent rectify. No explanations from Jetblue.
Diana at the gate was unhelpful which was fine, but she was also rude which I did not appreciate at all.
Forced to check bag, even though plenty of space in overhead bins. Did not appreciate having to wait at baggage claim to retrieve suitcase.
They lost my luggage and have ruined first day of my vacation. Still don’t have it. I have nothing. I also paid for a seat I did not get. They changed both our seats with no notice. Will never fly this airline again.
The flight attendant was snarky and the flight took off very late. I know it was an issue with air traffic control and the runways in Boston, so not really anyone's fault, but very frustrating, I missed an important meeting because of rgr delay. They didn't offer headphones to watch the TV, but luckily I remembered my own and was able to enjoy watching a movie.
Flight was delayed 3 hours. No food on plane besides snacks

What's not to like? Value?definitely. Every JetBlue member was extremely friendly on this flight. Very very nice new-ish aircraft,plenty of room. GOOD coffee. Entertainment,I didn't need it,but I think its available. What to do better? Well,there's nothing we can do about the other people, unbelievable how some folks are operating. Just don't allow people to lug all their stuff onto the aircraft. 1 bag. That's it. Be easier for you too. I personally would enjoy more options in schedule. One flight in and out a day is warranted given the local,I understand, but the times are inconvenient. Again, I completely understand why it is that way,It would however be great to have different options.
My bag was not loaded on my flight. it was not communicated to me until i was waiting for my bag at my destination. there was no confirmation of when my bag was arriving and no way to track it.
