Cons: "But it could have been Economy because: - Had to ask for everything, even a greeting and a welcome aboard drink - Cabin Crew's attitude was very poor; the looks we got! - There was no on-board entertainment or Internet available - Crew gave us outdated customs forms so everyone was delayed because we had to locate proper forms and fill the out upon arrival"

Unboarded followed by the rest of the plane and we then boarded 3 buses that got us to Jersey in 4 hours. I reviewed this once. HORRIBLE."

Cons: "Stuff was not all that pleasant, seemed irritated at everyone, seats promote terrible posture, especially for anyone over 5' 7" it seems."

Pros: "We were upgraded to seats with more room. After a 8+ hour flight before this one, it was welcome. We had to deal with the hurricane. After delays, the pilot filed a different flight plan. The gate people kept us updated and you had the feeling they were trying to get us to our destination. We left a couple hours late and had a very skillful landing into some pretty stiff winds but landed safely."

Pros: "Changed gate burt never notified those in the waiting area...and left the original information up at the discontinued gate so there was not way to know that the gate had been changes"

Cons: "I paid for the extra comfort seat and this seat does not recline. My back is sore from sitting up for the whole time. Also the delays were horrible. 3 hours delayed for an 1 HR flight."

Pros: "The crew was the most polite, calm and reassuring crew I've ever come across. When faced with the mounting frustrations of a cabin full of delayed passengers, these guys were smooth as silk. Bravo!"
Cons: "Being grounded due to weather is unfortunate, but the team did so well in managing expectations, it's hard to be mad."

Cons: "Our flight had a "mechanical delay" which drug on for several hours (every 30 min there would be another 30 min delay). This eventually meant we would miss our connection to Munich and had to be rescheduled to the following day. The next day we had another round of "mechanical delays" and just barely made the connection."

Cons: "Flight cancelled. Had to wait 30 minutes to speak to United service rep to rebook to Boston. No other Manchester flights. Forced to check carry ons. There were 10 terminals for service reps and only five reps. Line was very long and reps were in no hurry to assist. Not a pleasant experience. They should pay us a cancellation fee like they charge us when we cancel. Incurred additional expense getting to Manchester, NH. Not happy with United."

Pros: "Midland Airport was easy checking in, Excellent air crew from United Airlines. Bush Airport easy getting around. Great Flight all around."

Cons: "In flight entertainment didn't work right on most devices. Finally got some of it to work on one cell phone."

Pros: "My daughter and I sat in Economy Plus which was great because it was towards the front and plenty of leg room. We both have long legs, so this extra comfort made our flight much better and relaxing."
Cons: "One of the Flight Attendants was crabby and unpleasant. This was the first time I've ever had an unpleasant Flight Attendant on a United Flight. I travel quite a bit for business and always try to fly United. I always carry a large purse which always stays on my lap and her and I went back and forth because she insisted that I put it on the floor under the seat. This really upset me."

Pros: "The stewardess was personable. The staff at the United Club reception desk, helped with a seating problem on my return trip."
Cons: "The climate of both planes was not great. It may have to do with the age of the plane."
