Cons: "The turbo prop plane was slow and shaky on landing. From now on I’m going to try to avoid turbo prop planes. nothing against the crew or anything, they were great. I just feel better on bigger aircraft. Also no WiFi or USB ports."

Pros: "- very friendly cabin crew, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable - communicative flight crew which I appreciate - easy boarding process - on time even despite some bad weather"
Cons: "- slightly confusing at ticketing area and my parents only needed to procure tags for their baggage (already had boarding passes) - after waiting on a long line for a period of time I suggested they go to a kiosk which they did, however after placing the tags on their bag, there was a group of about 3 Alaska Airlines staff standing right in front of us laughing, and having a personal conversation. Not one staff member attempted to greet or direct my parents as to the next step in the process. I found this to be unprofessional. While I have dealt with much much worse, this did leave a bad taste in my mouth."

Cons: "Asked at check-in if my barcode was ok to use bc I did not receive an automated email for return check-in, she said "Let me see, yes that's good, but hurry up because you have 40min before your plane​ departs". Low and behold, security said my barcode was not valid and had to run back and forth to get a new one printed. What made it worse was the check in clerk wanted to argue her point and there was only one flight attendant available and boarding closed 12min prior to departure, I was standing and waiving through the gates window trying to get all the flight attendants attention. I could have made it but missed my flight. Horrible experience!"

Pros: "Terrible that I had to carry my carry on down the stairs to plane, lucky it wasn't raining, & then up a flight of stairs to plane with a torn rotator cuff. I felt like I was flying in the 70's. Coming back, a bald headed attendant was very rude. I did not get any refreshments on the way to Portland which they said was a rough ride but ride was smooth. That was ok, that didn't matter if our safety was involved. Also $25 for one bag is a lot to carry hair spray or a few things you can't carry on."

Pros: "I booked my flight through Alaska airlines. On the flight to CA it was required my 5 year old sit on her booster seat which we loved. The stewardess on the way back (this flight) refused to let my daughter sit on it and tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about. I pulled up policy and it stated the child was in fact supposed to sit in her booster. The woman was rude and snotty about it. Lost my business just from her attitude."

Cons: "Gate agents were rude. Everybody was forced to check-in their carry on luggage due to the small plane. This information should have been shared before boarding. We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion."

Cons: "1. Crew on the PHI leg was not very friendly. 2. No entertainment on the PHI leg, but I did get to know my two neighbours which I wouldn't have if there had been entertainment. 3. Of course, the seats in economy were poor. My feet became very swollen."

But the landing was incredibly rough and the pilot didn’t apologize. That would have made things better, but he said nothing about being sorry we were delayed and nothing about the rough landing."

They could've handled it much better and we found out later from another agent that they had other flights that could've gotten us on another one of their flights that would have gotten us there on time."

Cons: "I purchased a flight two weeks ago to depart at 11am from lax I checked in at 10:30 where they told me It was too late for me to check in they gave me another flight departing at 4pm (free of charge) weird right? Very disappointed since I always fly and check in 30 minutes before. I didn’t have any luggage with me either I do not think it’s fair and I will not be flying American Airlines/Alaskan airlines ever again."

The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners"

Cons: "Fight was operated by American. Alaska forced to wait in line and see assistance, then inform that because the flight is operated by American, they won't be able to check me in. Had to walk to a different terminal of LAX wait in 2 more lines and by the time they were able to assist it was too late to check in. Missed the flight, have to rebook a 3 hour later departure, move the meeting and take a flight back 4 hours later that has a layover and adds about 2.5 hours more on the return leg. Not to mention having to pay for the new seat."

Pros: "Fast boarding. Arrived earlier. Nice plane, very clean."

Pros: "Overall, one of the most enjoyable International flight experiences I have ever had."

Cons: "Missed the flight due to accident on the road. AA was more than helpful in trying to reroute me BUT British Air did not want to cooperate so my trip is now cancelled. This is my 3rd dealings with British Air and they are THE WORST! I will never buy British Air tickets again. Being less than satisfied for the 3rd time is enough to lose my business forever."

Pros: "Again, it seemed to me there was more legroom in first class than on similar Delta flights - meaning it was more comfortable. Also, there was a delay of a couple of hours leaving Dallas due to a problem with the plane's radio, and the American employees handled it very well, keeping the passengers informed and smoothly transferring everyone to a substitute plane."

Pros: "Quick flight. but my row and some others behind us did not get beverage service. Never had that happen before."

Cons: "Going through immigration in Dallas is a disaster. The wait is eternal. None-US passengers seemed to get processed faster."

Pros: "cabin crew was nice and friendly. Very smooth and experienced pilot, nice take off and landings both ways."
Cons: "This was supposed to be an Iberia flight, but with code share nothing is as it seems. (Had to cancel previous flight on Scandinavian air as that turned into some Turkish Charter). These old birds were 30 years old, out of Arizona desert storage...former TWA, so no entertainment or power or anything. And, AA re-confirmation showed flight and ticket canceled! Said Iberia flight, Iberia said AA flight...yikes! Serious glitches and lost data...locator number erased! You see why I tried to take a foreign carrier."
