Flight crew great! No WiFi not great. Someone took my bag not great!
Alaska Airlines staff go out of their way to accommodate my fragile musical instrument, every time. They are unlike any other airline. I've experienced this can-do attitude on several flights with different staff, so this must be the culture of their company. I appreciate Alaska!
We never had an experience on Alaska Airlines. We missed our flight .
Flight was on time departure & arrival. Staff was efficient & attentive. Food was better than normal. Wish they had some sort of entertainment screens loke Delta. I would fly Alaska again though.
It was a bumpy flight but the crew was very attentive and made it a safe and enjoyable experience.

The final trip home wasn’t as bad as the trip there. Even with the paid upgrade the comfort level was mediocre at best.
I paid $129 to be upgraded to better seat only ti be completely ignored by flight attendants I think because I used the front restroom ???? I was dozing off and on but I was never once offered a beverage or snack but my seat mates were served numerous double vodkas. I want my money back. I tried to call Alaska Airlines complaints phone number and was told it was 2.5 hours to hold.
Don’t fly with Alaska if you have a layover in Seattle. Guaranteed to screw you over. We waited at terminal S3 &were >2 hours delayed(mechanical issues)and told to change terminals to a different plane that required riding 3 shuttles to get to new terminal N14. Then they delayed the flight even further and changed gates again. when I went to the customer service in terminal N, the manager turned me away without apologizing & refused to assist me but mandated I leave her alone as her shift is nearly finished and insisted I totake another 2 shuttles to terminal C so I can just talk to another service rep while dragging my family of 4/ kids in tow.
i canceled my flight from SEA to SFO, SNA to SEA and received full refund from Alaska Airlines. i am pleased with the customer service.
The checking was disaster, the crew wasn't behave well. It took us two hours to check in, after that thr line at the TSA was long, we barely make the flight. Bad airline
Fabulous if you have a portable wheelchair. They can store it in the galley and you can just walk out with it. Really nice and the flat seats are just incredible, very nice. iPads for movies, also pretty nice,
The crew were exceptionally nice and accommodating. My wife was tired after the flight from Haneda, Tokyo. They let her sleep and served her dinner later after she woke up, before we landed in PDX.
Left 60 minutes late due to “cargo loading”. ????? Both Premier club personnel and flight crew seemed to hate their jobs. No food or drinks offered in the club except for coffee and tiny bags of pretzels. What a disgrace. Snarky attitudes towards customers and not a single smile. “Aloha Spirit” is dead and gone. “Extra comfort” seats are rock hard.
No charging outlets worked. Other than collecting trash attendants didn’t come around. No one could hear flight attendants announcements during the flight. Seat pads were horrible. Sitting on a board for 5 hours. What happened to Hawaiian airlines comfort, hospitality, and extras? Our pilots did an excellent job trying to minimize turbulence and incredible job in landing in windy conditions.
There was no wifi available at any price -- the plane did not have wifi equipment. Movie choices were blah - hits from the past; nothing recent. The food was blah airplane food. They should have had Mai Tai drinks available as per the Hawaiian Airlines magazine, but they had none onboard.
I like that if they asked you to checked in a bag at the gate they give you priority to board
Horrible food and crew. Crew were laughing and talking loud while people were trying to sleep
Yall need to integrate your system with Alaska more efficiently. They booted me off the first flight because of a discrepancy on your end.
The crew at Hawaiian Airlines was fantastic. Kind and hard working. The pilots were great with giving us all the updates to make sure we were informed.
