The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.
Very good flight. Crew was great. No issues and we even arrived early.
Got rerouted from a straight flight from Orlando to Atlanta to Knoxville to a flight from Orlando to Detroit to Knoxville! Seriously!! Flight delay out of Detroit! Long day for what should have been a pretty easy travel day!
Boarding in Amsterdam is always chaotic. More complicated than needs to be ( boarding pass checked twice, once for general security, then by the airline). The bathrooms on this flight are dirty, and smelly. The food was mediocre at best The crew was decent
Didn't like sitting on the waiting pad for 30 minutes right after departing the gate. If you're going to do that, just don't board so people can still get up and walk around in the terminal. My luggage was damaged by the baggage handlers.
The gentleman at the gate I think his name is RIE was exceptional
Overall it was not that bad! The delay on the second leg to Indianapolis , was really unexpected!!
It was very good. Our flight was delayed and we as a result missed our connecting flight but rescheduled to the next day. The Need Help staff was so great and offered us compensation that was beyond satisfactory.
The flight was oversold and they kept on announcing they were looking for a volunteer to give away their seat, but the announcement has to be louder and clear @ gate 88 and also must precise. Additionally, the departure time kept on changing. But overall it was fine since it was a short flight.
I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!
The window seat on the emergency row was too small. I had a different seat booked and they moved me. My seat remained open. It was very uncomfortable.
Horrible! I spend in airport from 9:30 and till 2 am. My flights and connections was delayed, rebooked and after was delayed, I couldn’t get home! I was stuck! The money I paid it’s to much for what I got! 💩 never again flying with your company! Second time booked with you and second time lots of issues. I rather pay 100$ more but be on schedule and time!
Flight delayed 3 hours, missed my connection in Atlanta. Instead of getting to Savannah at 6PM arrived after 10:00PM Middle seat, couldn't get isle or window, couldn't book my seats in advance, had to book at the gate. That's a 1st for me and I used to travel a lot
A little disorganized but overall good. The Delta flights were great though
Staff was nice, helpful, and did all they could. I understand economy seats are bottom of the barrel, but we're crammed in there with others in our row.
Original flight delayed/cancelled. Re-routed on a 2-stop flight, which put me into my destination 7+ hours after initial arrival. Had to change a number of plans already scheduled for arrival day. Fortunately, was re-routed again after arrival at initial departure location, on a one-stop flight that put me into final destination only 3 hours behind schedule. Some plans were able to be salvaged after another round of calls, etc. Stressful, but worked out ok in the end.
Late departure, so I missed connection in Detroit. But Delta gave me a great hotel & breakfast. Just sorry I could not get anything from my checked baggage.
Crew was friendly. Lost our luggage and told us it’d be in later in the evening of the day we returned. It was not. Still after 5 days have not received it.
Needs to be clearer about baggage allowances upon purchasing tickets
Very easy boarding. The on board snacks were not good.
Something wrong with the plane so had to deplane and waited over 2 hours to finally leave

The connecting gate could not be farther away and the airport was not clearly marked to show where to go.

Gate Crew was unprepared and poorly versed in their jobs. Multiple delays with little communications to passengers. Gate was in chaos. Lost mobility device for hour. Almost missed connecting flight.
Small overhead bins but got my carry on bag stowed. Friendly crew, easy check in process
Flight delayed 3 times after arrival at airportThe plane was old and looked tired. Washroom was so tiny and difficult to manœuvre in- thought I might not get out. Not for anyone with claustrophobia. Entertainment screen had an icon of a tv with rabbit ears- says a lot about age. WiFi was at a charge- did not use it. Sone turbulence turned inflight service into a quick “ water-only” service. Noisy engines heard loud inside. Strange noises inside cabin. Fast plane- short flight. Maybe suitable for a commuter flight as this but not a regulator flight. Fine for what I needed but thst’s where it ends .
Minus the delay everything was good the delay wasn't too bad it was only 15 minutes but it was still a delay
My flight was cancelled due to weather and the airline only refunded half the amount. I am sooooo confused and unhappy.
Same reasons I mentioned before, and I can add , for this flight they reserved tickets more than the available seats, they make the flight delay until the resolved problem by dropping couple people for next flight
