Put me on standby; flight was late; missed my connecting flight; disaster
In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.
Parents with permanently crying baby on board. Neither parents nor crew did anything to calm the baby. The food was extremely disappointing. Seafood stew was very, very small! Not even appetizer size! Seat had a gap in the back. Had to use a pillow to fill it.
Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded

Could not check in early online, even after multiple attempts. Got the last row when checked in at airport. Food was bad tasting and no choice at all. Comfort was poor. Overall a very bad experience. I wouldn’t fly again with Lufthansa.
Excellent service by united air staff. Very helpful, understanding and do friendly.
The seat arm rest was solid and would not go up making a long flight uncomfortable
My luggage was lost at the airport but American Airlines contacted me and got it to me the next day.
All the above categories was great. Seats entirely too cramped.
I like American Airlines and their safety record. They provide quality service and a feel safe enough to prefer American Airlines over other carriers even if I have to pay a little more.
The crew is very friendly and helpful. The food is good for airplane food. The flight is long and hard to sleep. The leg space is great. The plane arrived in plenty of time.
Boarding crew is unfriendly as i was asked to handover carryon luggage too upto final destination Bangalore I was not prepared for that and i had to travel without my diabetic and hypertension medicines
They could do everything better!! From the rickety plane, to the flight attendants… when American Airlines is operated by British Airways, their standards are lowered! It’s like Macy’s, operated by Walmart!

Been on BA a number of times over the years. Usually great. This trip was going well until they dinged us £5.80 for a cup of tea and a cup of coffee. Buyer beware!
First leg of the itinerary from RDU to JFK was brought forward and was not communicated on time. Flight was missed and we had to pay extra to get to JFK. At JFK the British Airways kiosk initially refused to let us get on the remainder of the flight to LHR and ABV and Kayak couldn’tbe reached by phone. Poor poor service. Bad communication.
