Pros: "We missed the connection because the Istanbul airport is a silent airport and no announcement were made for boarding."
Cons: "Announcement from crew or reach out to people in front of gate would help. Also, the staff at Istanbu airport is so rude and have no respect for customers."

Pros: "The staff were good"
Cons: "Better seats and it was not Turkish Airline they change to another company"
Pros: "The food was amazing and the crew was great from Chicago to Instanbul."
Cons: "Boarding seemed a bit unorganized and the crew from Instanbul to Zurich spoke very little English."
Pros: "excellent crew, food entertainment and seats"
Cons: "They were the best among the airlines I ever used"
Pros: "Entertainment, and crew was nice"
Cons: "Seats and food. I had a dietary restriction (no dairy). But instead of giving me poached chicken and boiled potatoes be more creative and put more flavour. It’s lactose free not flavour free"
Pros: "Entertainment the most. Movie selection was fairly good for a 3 or so hours flight"
Cons: "The food. Same selection as my flight from the US to Istanbul. Please change menus once in a while. One of the Male flight attendants was not too friendly."
Cons: "I am always having seating issues flaying on Turkush Air . MOs of my flight my seats are next to bathrooms. I asked to be moved. Luckily there was a seat available. This is just too many times. I wanted to get Turkish Air credit card. After my experience with last flight I am RE consider this. regards IHarel."
Pros: "The crew was great and the flight was smooth. The food was also good."
Cons: "The passenger next to me in the middle was hitting his arm rest on my leg and made my flight uncomfortable because he would not sit still. I think crew needs to do a better job of making sure everyone stays seated when the plane is still moving before jumping out of their seats and grabbing their luggage. Passengers should be able to exit out of more than one door same as entering."
Pros: "Leg room was OK"
Cons: "No alcohol service, cabin lights not dimmed seeing it was a late night flight."
Pros: "Every thing about my trip"
Cons: "The mashing not working in the airport in Istanbul for visa , and the internet, if u want the internet u need to have your phone active to get the code to put on so you get the service internet!!!! Same with a visa !! And since we are more a resident we don’t have local # of Turkey"

I liked that the air staff is very good, but the ground staff still has lots of areas of opportunity. They raise their voices over the passenger questions or requests for information.

Cons: "Not a lot of legroom in my Premium Economy seat (10C). Seat itself just OK, the high price isn't justified. This flight is usually about one hour late and it was."
Pros: "The crew was super friendly, food was great and entertainment on board was a great selection."
Cons: "Was very warm on the plane as certain times and even at the terminal, which we could control the fan blowing on us."
Pros: "For short flight the seats are ok with space for the legs"
Cons: "The flight was 30 minutes delayed"
Pros: "Boarding was great. As it was a short there was no entertainment. I would have chosen N/A bit that wasn’t an option hence the one star."
Cons: "I wish there was an option of a sandwich vice sweet or pretzels."
Cons: "Booked a ticket with luggage and got email saying I am at economy class. When got to check in told me I have economy light and I had to pay again for luggage. Dissaster. Contacted priceline- did not care."
Cons: "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."
Cons: "I had a weelchair and nobody assist me in Viene in Austria"
Pros: "Life is beautiful"
Cons: "My fellow passenger fended off my sexual advances like a pro"
Pros: "Organized orderly boarding. Food was snack only. Flight crew was pleasant and helpful"

Flight was ok , but crew staff need to be more professional and available for help as where Lufthansa need to take preventive action, otherwise flight was good.

Since the flight wasn’t full, the crew let me sit in the row ahead of my original seat, which had extra leg room. Made all the difference! The crew was also very friendly and helpful.

Late arrival caused us to miss our connection. Absolutely no one to help or direct us. Three hours later on our own we secured a flight and a hotel. Terrible service!

It was the worse experience seats too small , the service was so bad after 4 hours they served water and food , my monitor was not working I couldn’t watch movie or lesson to music , they selling the blanket and headphones We paid for checking bag only carry on was free It was bad and will never fly them

Flight was delayed because it took a really long time to get the plane ready. Boarding was not well-organized. Sandwich with zucchini for breakfast is certainly cheap and has an interesting taste, but not a great combo.

Never made it to Newark, I was redirected to Chicago, and lost another 5 hours

The trip was non existent. You failed to provide me the proper information concerning my trip and failed to rectify the problem, causing me extreme expense in purchasing a ticket at a later day. Y.our customer service stinks. I am so disappointed. I would discourage anyone from doing business with your company. It was stressful to the point of ruining my long awaited vacation.

Cons: "Just the entertainment. Movies could be slightly better not a critic just a suggestion"
Cons: "I was charged $65.00 for checked luggage; my layover was only 50 minuets and had to rush...last person to board."
Pros: "nice crew"
Cons: "old planes with bad seats and no chargers or entertainment"

the only problem was mechanical and who knows if it could've been prevented or not. but the team made sure we were comfortable regardless. it's a quality staff, that despite circumstances did their best to accommodate it's passengers. overall, everyone i met on the ba flight was very friendly and professional.

Cons: "The flight was good, however I was not able to check in online due to British airways website issues. The entertainment touch screen is not working properly, needs some maintenance."
Pros: "Crew was friendly, booked seat was good."
Cons: "I travel very light, was finishing up a 14 day trip around the world, couldn’t check-in online. Tried a number of options. When arriving at airport - my checked bag was a total of 12kg, but was told if I planned to bring it home with me that I had to pay $100 bag fee. I realize that airlines charge bag fees - however, I was unaware in advance, booking from Lhr to FLL with layover in Oslo."
Cons: "Their app wouldn't let me pay for a checked bag early so I was charged almost double the cost!"
Cons: "Rerouted thru LA and I have filled in all the challenges faced in previous review."
Pros: "I’m pleasantly surprised that this ancient plane made it across the Atlantic"
Cons: "Broken entertainment system, no charging ports, broken window screens, broken reading lights, no AC. Plane was too old to be in service"
Pros: "The crew was mediocre, nothing special. I asked for a extra pillow and was denied. Seats were cramped, I expected more from British Airways but comparing them to China Eastern, I found China Eastern more memorable."
Cons: "I expected more from British Airlines, maybe my expectations and reality didn’t chive?"
Pros: "It was easy to get on and off. The crew were well drilled in the art of moving people on"
Cons: "BA like others charge a premium for using them over easyJet and the like. I take offence to paying £350 for a ticket and hen having to buy a sandwich. If you want to be like low cost airlines, then have the same pricing structure. BA = Rip off."
Pros: "The food was good and the crew was friendly and attentive."
Cons: "HOT. The plane was 90% of the time. It would tease you just long enough to start to fall asleep, then bam! You wake up in a sweat. It was 9.5 of 10 hours of a low boil sweat. The most uncomfortable flight I've ever been on. Apparently a known issue, including the condensation leaks on people sitting next to the window. (Guessing that's why the A/C was left off.) Also one of the bathrooms was quickly out of service. Another would auto flush if you tried to sit down. And another the green light was on whether occupied/locked or not. So 3 of 4 in Economy had at least some kind of malfunction. The power tinting windows never responded to the buttons - assumed they were on master override. Finally, the seats were pretty compact. I would describe World Traveler on BA (aka Economy) more like the new compact Basic Economy offered on other carriers. Seats were very small and leg room consumed by some kind of service boxes. I'm hoping to all things holy that our return flight is actually an American Air flight instead of BA direct. Really afraid of another 10+ hours of torture."
Pros: "The staff was very friendly, professional and personal. Had a great seat with extra leg room and the washrooms were always clean. The staff were generous and prompt with the food and beverages and very accommodating."
Cons: "It was a long haul flight so the seat got a little uncomfortable near the end."

I paid for premium seats and the last minute they changed the aircraft for a bigger one, they bumped me to another seat which was NOT at all comfortable for an 11 hour flight, will fight for a refund!!

The landing was catastrophic. I was very scared. I thought it were my last lminues. Pilotes should be more experienced

ALL services were good. An announcement should’ve been made at the end of the flight that filling out a customs form would not be necessary anymore for USA travelers entering Philadelphia.

The flight was smooth, the premier economy seats were comfortable, the flight crew were excellent. The on board food, however, was AWFUL. I suggest bringing your own food on board.

The flight was smooth, our premier economy seats were comfortable, the flight crew were especially fine - attentive, cheerful. The food, however was AWFUL. I advise bringing your own on board.

The service on board should have been better fast service

Everything was good crew, food and comfort but the entertainment was a little bad the tvs stopped working half way through travel.

The boarding was delayed and they didn’t let us know why until after we sat on the plane (the plane was delayed getting in) but they had us waiting in line for over 1/2 hour for some reason which I didn’t understand.

They were on time that’s the only good thing I can say about them. Everything else could’ve been better starting from the rude crew to the condition of the plane to the food and the entertainment system not working very well but they did get my bags to me (which they forced me to check even though I only had a small carry on) which friends that also flew on ITA did not get, so at least there’s that.

The programming in the entertainment features was very out of date.
