Flight got delayed; had to go through security three times.
Horrible. No TV or any type of entertainment on board. Passwnger listening to/watching stuff on their own phone with no headphones making it noise and uncomfortable for everyone else, little/tiny food portions, old seats, useless wifi (cant access anything). Horrible exlerience especially it was a lomg distance flight with kids.
There should be a warning regarding the quality of the aircraft on the website as we reserve the tickets. There was no TV or any type of screen onboard. The wifi they offer is good for nothing. Traveling 9 hours straight with kids and no type of entetainment was horrible. I wish I had been informed prior so I could buy a ticket with another airline. The food was a joke too. A very tiny portion per passenger. They also charged $100 per checked bag. With United I used to pay $60. So, fair to say that I wont be flying Copa anymore. Their aircraft was super old, outdated, no entertainment, with nearly no onboard food.
The flight was good overall. Everything went smoothly, although the landing was a bit rough. Still, it was a pleasant experience
Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane
Simply as follows:- First, there was no vegetarian option for the meal Second, only 2 washrooms for the entire economy class.
I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.
Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.
As always, Copa Airlines is great to fly on. The flights are always on time, the staff are pleasant and helpful and it's always a wonderful flying experience.
Cops Airlines is fantastic! The level of care and professionalism provided by the entire crew was top rate.
Complimentary light meal would be appreciated. But great flight crew service on all legs
Terrible because it was cancelled due to volcanic ash clouds in Guatemala while all other airlines kept flying. Had to pay for a hotel to stay overnight in Houston and try to fly next day.
Flight delayed for more than 16 hrs and no effort was spent to provide an alternate
We got delayed three hours and nobody thought to have the bathroom fixed while we were sitting waiting to board? took a full hour to have maintenance come and check it off. Had to shut the bathroom down twice so that the pilots could go to the bathroom. Everyone missed their connections.
Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.
Wonderful. Quick boarding. Early departure and we arrived 30 minutes early at our destination. Unfortunately, when you arrive early, there is still a departing aircraft at our gate. We had to park for 30 minutes until the gate was clear. So our early arrival was not really early at the gate. Otherwise it was a quick and smooth flight. Appreciated the efficiency.
Flight on time. Excellent service in Premium Economy. Great food served and cleaned up promptly. Unfortunately the climate control was malfunctioning and it was very cold and felt a bit like camping. Cold helps with sleep though so not complaining too much. Slept well. It asks to rate "entertainment". I do not like any IFE, don't shove a big screen in my face—I have my own phone if I want it. So this will always get low ratings.
We had turbulence ever 1/2 hr or so and the captains announcements were SOOOO LOUD
Everything was great except for the boarding process. Everyone is lining up all at the same time and it’s hard to tell between the groups as they are way too large.
Women boarding passengers at the gate was absolutely rude and disrespectful of passengers. The flight attendant was absolutely delightful! Smiling and connected with the passengers. So happy. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable but I guess that’s just the way it is Communication regarding flight was excellent

I like that the flight attendant was very attentive and helpful. The meal menu could have more of an variety of food choices.
We missed our flight and got stranded in Miami where we had to rent a hotel we could not afford. they would not work with us because they said it was weather related even though the gate attendant said it was not. I could go on but trying to get satisfaction has wore me down, which I believe is the intent. My only solution is to never fly AA again.
Overall it was a good flight. Because we traveled on a Saturday we were upgraded to FC since my wife and I are both Executive Platinum. The only areas for improvement we noted are better snack assortment and perhaps a little nicer plane as American is flying some older planes now. Everything else on this flight was excellent, which is frankly not the norm for American since we have had multiple issues on prior AA flights.
Didn't get a seat assignment until the last minute even though i picked a seat.
Flight was smooth, quick and felt safe. The 2 delays not happening would have been better but I guess that happens in the airline industry
2 hour delay due to equipment failure. No updates via the app and airport screens (which continued to show a departure time in the past). AA eventually switched planes and the new plane was not catered or cleaned correctly.
Could we please end the loud announcements about credit card offers on your flights? We are trying to sleep, work, watch videos, etc. and if we need a credit card, we will ask for one. Flying is already not what it used to be.
Bags took over and hour to come out. Delays due to wind caused rebooking.
Lower WiFi prices; allow us to see our flight on a map; more variety of drink choices.
I cannot effectively rate the food and drink as I had not. Otherwise, the trip was fine. The seats were nice, the crew was fine. They could smile once in a while. They all look like they were mad.
4 hour delay, 2 hours in the airport and then 2 hours on the tarmac. With a flight full of kids it would have been better to leave us in the airport for the delay, it was crying kids chaos on the flight. Miserable. And no apology or airline credit for the significant delay.
Flight was on time with no issues. Price is very competitive. Flight schedule works well for me
They charged late fees for selecting seats (no $0 options). They also changed my gate within the last half hour and are refusing to reimburse my costs to drive across the country with two small children in a rental car.
I was waiting in line for the restroom onboard, the flight attendant told me to step back two rows and stay on the carpet. She was rude and I expected a tik tok experience with me getting thrown off the plane. She was rude and frankly there was no where else to stand.
I needed a cheaper option than Southwest who are almost as bad as Spirit...did the check in the morning of the flight and assigned the last row, middle seat. Paid 20.00 at the airport for an exit row window in 19 and all 8 rows behind me which sold occupied on their seat map were empty....so they force to you to pay for a better seat....I was alone in row 19 and shortly after take off two huge fat people came and grabbed the other seats, I rang the call button for the attendant and said I paid 20.00 for this seat and they just moved in here...I either want to be reseated, or have them take their original seats or a refund of what I paid, the attendant made them move back to their original seats. Worst, worst worst airline in the air....never again, never again, never again.
It was cancelled a few hours before take off. Spirit has yet to confirm I will be refunded for the trip
gate agents with the different rules at the different airports. made me pay for my bag as a carry on instead of a personal item, yet it fit under the seat on the way from Indy to Ft Laud
charging $3 for really bad and cold coffee on airplane flight is ridiculous.
We flew Spirit because it was cheaper but the seats were so uncomfortable. I don;t need to be fed snacks on a plane but when it's a 3-4 hour trip then at least a drink is nice. The flight attendants had nothing to do the whole flight except for gossip loudly to each other right behind our seats, and they talked so much my husband couldn't even rest! I was fine with no tv or entertainment but the seats were so uncomfortable with no recline, no padding, and I am short but even for me to leg room was tough for a 3-4 hour trip. We probably would fly spirit again if we had to, but it's definitely not our favorite!
