Checkin was good, fllight ws good. Onlly complaint is lack of foot on 6 hour flight from Seattle to Boston. Snacks were flimsy - chips and cookies. could have offered something more substantial for such a long flight. I know you can buy food in airport but for the price you pay for a ticket, they should step up for the passengers.

Only beverages were offered to first class and I thought the flight attendant could have also served the Delta Comfort as well instead of sitting down and staring at her phone and walking past all of us to the back of the plane to charge her phone more. There was a complete lack of turbulence and was safe enough for flights attendant to walk around in the front of the plane, collect trash and serve a few people water and turn off the seat belt light. Also didn’t enforce people putting their seats into the upright position and allowed two passengers to remain reclined during landing. They seemed out to lunch completely. Usually my experience on Delta is much better.

Long story short, it was one of the better flight experiences I've had in some time when compared with other airlines.

Flight was great! This flight from Atlanta was even better than when I paid for Comfort from SNA to Atlanta.

Connection flights should be spaced out farther because too close I missed my connection.

Definitely a southern flavor. Cordiality was evident even though no drinks or snacks were served.

On time! There were plenty of airport employees who were able to keep us moving in the right direction. The crew on the plane were professional.

Left /arrived on time. Decent seat space. Like the wifi/plugs and entertainment. Windows and tray table were kinda gross. Attendants didn't start snack service til 40mins before landing. Two rows before us, captain came on to say there's turbulence and recalled staff to seats. So, no drink/snack. Later, attendants didn't stop to see if we had trash nor even look our way. Felt invisible! Almost all pilot announcements were not only unintelligible, but so quiet. We had no idea what she said.

Average seat comfort, a drink and chips were provided, early boarding because we checked a carryon at the gate was nice. Ticket pricing shenanigans, including fees to pick a seat, check a bag, and get food onboard - evidence the industry is reinvigorating last century’s strategies- destroys the experience before one ever arrives at the airport. It’s difficult to recognize any value or sustain loyalty in the end-to-end process making air travel more drudgery than pleasure.

Gate agent was unhelpful for handicapped boarding. Flight attendant seemed untrained.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times! They went above and beyond to get us into an earlier flight in San Diego to make our connection in SFO possible, because our original flight did actually not make it! I did so much appreciate the UA team and how they made this possible. We also didn’t have seats together on the long flight to Singapore, but they found us seats together last moment with no additional cost! Nobody sat next to us, so that we were able to sleep! Thanks to UA for improving their service and Underpricer for booking this trip! Please be careful: 1,5 hrs for transfer in San Francisco might not be enough time in the future

Over 2.5 hour maintenance delay on first morning flight with no acknowledgement, compensation or even gesture of good will. Aircraft had overnighted at airport so issue should have been addressed prior to boarding. Over 3.5 hours before first slow and deliberate beverage service.

United has maintenance issues and can then never recover. No operations ability and simple issues always turn into multiple hours long cascading delays. Worst airline on earth.

I paid for a confirmed upgraded aisle seat and was moved to a center seat in the back of the plane at the last minute.

Improve the food offerings and cabin seating. My wife would prefer to fly another airline, even with a connection for a more comfortable trip. A 737-8 should not be scheduled for a 6 hour segment, which turned into 7.5 hours due to the origin ground delay.

Packed flight, which makes it tough on crew and boarding staff (and the customers of course). But this was great boarding, clear instructions, etc. Traveling on the weekends are always fraught with danger as you have families and less frequent flyers thus more confusion. Our flight was repeatedly delayed for maintenance problems: scheduled for 9.30am, eventually delayed to 7pm! Very very inconvenient! AA should have provided a substitute plane much earlier.. On the other hand, Customer Service crew in Charlotte helped us to reach NY (LGA) by late afternoon. Thank you Patricia!! The actual flight was quick and very comfortable. The "on the ground" A/C was not working. It was so hot while waiting to get in the air, a passenger from the rear of the plan declared "I just can't!" and waited in the gangway until time to close the doors. It was miserable. But the crew were champs and had an amazing attitude. I know they were as miserable as we were but didn't let that affect their performance.

When I booked my flight a month ago - I selected a seat. That seat was NOT the one I ended up with when I checked into my flight the day before. This is the second time this has occurred. So, I checked my next flight on Wednesday and Thursday and no seat was assigned. Poor, very poor customer service.

The flight out was delayed from 3:40pm to 5pm and again to 8pm. We boarded after 5pm, had to disembark because they could not get the Engine started, then we switched gates and got a new plane and did not board until after 8pm.

The flight was delayed after already taxiing from the gate due to a malfunction. After 3 hours we were told the flight was canceled. The next flight available was Sunday. My daughter and I stayed overnight in the airport due to this issue. I was given a $12 meal voucher. Unacceptable

My bag was not loaded on my flight. it was not communicated to me until i was waiting for my bag at my destination. there was no confirmation of when my bag was arriving and no way to track it.

No agents showed up till hr before so no additional info was given-waited online for 15 mins while the gate agent chatted and got together then given last seat in back of plane!! No priority for senior or anything-took attendants over 2hrs to serve drinks and snack-WHY are they not served together? By time snack came needed another drink! Worst service in my life!
