Pros: "The Q-suite is exceptionally comfortable and the door really does make a difference. I usually have difficulty sleeping but the isolation from aisle traffic and ambient noise reduction was enough to allow some very good sleep. Staff experience was also exceptional - friendly and highly competent, looking to go the extra mile. Food was great and full menu available upon request."

They put extra care for kids and babies and all of kids get gift bag with toys, chocolate etc. which makes everyone happy Especially kids. Cons: "Qatar gave problems changing flight for emergency purpose and had produced all documents but they wanted further documentation which could not have access because at,a foreign country. Felt they don't care and it was all to do with money which had to pay."

Pros: "The flight attendants were very friendly. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

They provide 2 meals and a third snack (usually a pizza) and keep additional snacks and drinks fully stocked in the back of the plane. None of that existed on this flight. The crew was very uninterested. Seemed very absent and not into assisting patrons. Overall, not what I have experienced on prior Qatar Airways flights. To add insult to injury, I was sitting next to an EXTREMELY smelly person, which didn't make the experience any easier :( Not the airlines responsibility to ensure patrons exercise proper hygiene, but that didn't help the situation with my hungry growling stomach."

They treated some senior citizens passengers who wouldn’t understand english with some disrespect. In addition, we had some problem with meal that was pre-ordered. It was probably system glitch but our meal selection wasn’t registered and Crew didn’t have idea about our meal."

Cons: "I never made it to the Yerevan to Doha flight, because Qatar Airways did not get me to my destination in time. They had an emergency landing in The Azores, after turbulence and several passengers got injured, when the pilot failed to warn passengers to put on their seat belts and they flew into the air, hitting the ceiling before falling down. One passenger had a heart attack. Once they de-planed us in The Azores, not a single Qatar Airways employee helped us on site anymore. Passengers were left in the hands of hotel and airport staff. There was very little communication with the passengers. A relief flight was supposed to come in 12 hours. It did not come for another 35. After the emergency landing, some passengers noticed that a wing looked defective. The disruption may not have been due only to bad weather, but a defective plane as well."

I confirmed the wheelchair option well advance before her travel date in Qatar Airways Web site. I got the confirmation also in the Qatar Airways Web site. I usually fly with my family as I have a big family with couple of children and elderly. I will never fly Qatar again, this was the 1st and the last fly with Qatar airways."

Pros: "The Airbus A380 double decker was very roomy and a wonderful plane to fly on. I loved this flight and it seemed like the flight breezed past very quickly. They had all of the star wars movies so I was very happy. Oh and the kids meals on these flights are huge. They seem bigger than the adult meals. So your child will not be going hungry for sure."

This was uncomfortable for passengers as there were very few seats and many took to sitting on the floor. The segregated room for boarding had plenty of seats but was locked off for some reason. We literally only got into the room just 5 minutes before we boarded. I thought this entire process was very backward. They need to let passengers use the room for longer periods. It was pretty stupid that we had to sit on the floor because they wont allow people to sit in the room with the chairs..."

Cons: "My flight tonight (0078) from MIA to Istanbul was delayed by over 5 hours. I am traveling with an infant and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to help us. Finally, someone at the airport helped in re-booking our flights but I have yet to have anyone give me an answer regarding compensation! In addition, we are traveling with an infant which isn't easy but we had the bassinet seat on our original flight. Now it's sold out for the flight tomorrow and no one will assist in trying to help get us better seats. I understand things are out of your companies control but being in an airport with an 18-month baby isn't easy and no one in this company has made this crazy travel schedule easier. I would like someone to call me back or email me with something that could maybe be done to help us! No one at the call center will help!"

Cons: "If you sit the the second cabin on the 777 they run out of buns and champagne by the time they get to you which is unacceptable for business class and they only finished the meal service 2 and a half hours into a 10:30 pm departure flight which is way too slow. They tried to lie to me that they didn't have champagne but I saw them opening 2 bottle when I went to the front lavatory. Between meal services crew is non existent."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by 4.5 hours. We got a few drinks and snacks while waiting. No real information was provided and the flight was delayed by one hour at a time. Kids were tired and hungry. Crew did not help. After a few hours we got some blankets. We had to sleep on the airport's floor. We had to buy food. We did not know what will happen with our connection flights that most of the passengers missed because of the delay. This was a nightmare!"

It took an extra 20 minutes for me to board the plane because of this and when I arrived to my seat an Arab woman was sitting in my place and refused to move to the middle seat. She said she could not and would not sit next to a man who was sitting on the other side. If this is a problem from the start, there should be a way to choose a seat according to gender. The stewardess found me another place in front of this woman who kicked my seat the whole way. She even argued with the stewardess about putting her suitcase above her in the rack and security was almost called. There should be something included in the flight information program about being polite to other passengers."

Cons: "They lost my baggage.i got 7lb of red caviar .My red caviar deteriorated.i spend 50$ per lb which is 350$ total and Turkish airlines agents didn't help me find my luggage .in the end they pay only 100$ back for my caviar even when i tald them that i spend 350$ total . She was nice enough by offering me ice, and said that once I hear the announcement ''boarding complete'' I can get up and look for a more comfortable seat. When I did that she asked me to go back to my seat immediately without letting me speak, and not once during the 13hr 30 min flight did she come to check if I needed anything. Food was served twice, a 13hr 30 min flight and food was served twice. It was almost impossible to call flight attendants if you needed water, coffee or was starving..they were always in a hurry and a little rude. Definitely going with Emirates next time, the service there doesn't even compare!"

Or at least alllowed us to deboard while issues where resolved."

Cons: "where should i start? my flight was delayed leaving NC to ATL. after standing in line for over an hr trying to speak to someone about the issue. i was notified on my phone i could keep my current flight or rebook of course i wanted to keep my current flight since it was my birthday weekend. i then called delta (in nc) for help since they told us we wouldnt make our 1030 flight and we might have to stay in a hotel that night until we could rebook the flight. not cool! i was told by a person (in nc)about what i should do once landed in ATL. they were beyond rude. they turned their backs or gave half answers. when asked about the hotel for the night they told me they werent going to handle that and i had to pay for a hotel AFTER i was just told by a delta agent that if i had to stay overnight my hotel was going to be covered. i then again called a delta agent in ATL after being informed that my status on the stand by list wasnt activated and i had less than 10 mins to make it to the next terminal and try to get activated and i would probably not get onto that flight to leave ATL. we were told that we had to stay in the terminal that night. my whole trip could have been ruined from the start from the flight being delayed in NC to talking to rude delta agents in NC and ATL. my flight status being one thing and then finding out it was something else. i never had to deal with something like this."

Cons: "What should have been a 90 minute flight took over 4 hours! Between mechanical failure, overbooking and waiting for gates and sky bridges we missed our connection. Then when they rebooked our connection on a British Airways flight, BA couldn't pull up the tickets and we wasted yet another hour while Virgin Atlantic and Delta both passed the buck as to who was responsible for correcting it so we could get on our rebooked flight, which we BARELY did with only 2 minutes to spare!"

Pros: "The flight was delayed, and delayed again, and finally delayed to 18 hours after original takeoff time. I was rebooked on a flight for the following after, and that flight has been delayed twice so far. Never again will I fly Delta."

We had some medicine that needed to be refrigerated and they both provided a bag of ice for us to keep it in and checked back to replace the ice as it melted."

Cons: "There was no gate agent until another passenger went all the way to another gate to retrieve one. The flight kept getting delayed, but no one made any announcements about why or even that there was a delay. Passengers just kept noticing the time change on the flight info board. On board, if you didn't buy into Delta's classist system of paying for an "extra comfort" seat (which, by the way, is a regular seat), you were seated in a tiny shoved in extra row where even my 8 year old's knees bumped the seat in front of us while seated. I will never fly Delta again, particularly with them being one of the priciest options."

Cons: "Arrived at airport at 08:00a for 09:10a flight. Delay for weather, then crew rest, then cancelled ~6 hours later. All while sitting in the airport like a dope. Put on a flight with overnight in LGA, but they could not tell us if a voucher would be provided. Usual story since the govt does not mandate the airlines do better. Was not advised to try standby on other later flights, which worked. Finally landing in BOS, we sat for 45+ min waiting for a third person to flag the plan to the gate. Understand why, but really annoying after such a long day full of delays. Felt many areas could have been handled better. Each person individually tried, but in aggregate it was a mess."

Cons: "Walk between connecting flights in Munich was very long (25 minutes) and when we got to the gate for the flight to EWR, there was a very long, and very slow-moving line with only one attendant checking boarding passes for 6 gates. We arrived at the gate and were among the last passengers to board. A last minute additional attendant that was brought on, helped to make the line move a bit faster, but this under-staffed checkpoint added unnecessary stress to our long travel day."

Cons: "Seattle to Frankfurt aircraft was the dingiest and most crammed aircraft I have ever used on an international leg. The seats were tiny so much so that some other passengers were not able to fit in! The lighting was gloomy, restroom dirty within the first hour of the flight, no space to keep any magazine or books on the back rest of the seat in front of you, etc. Overall - such a bad experience. Not expected from Lufthansa, especially as I have had great experience with Lufthansa earlier."

Pros: "The Lufthansa crew in Munich was very helpful when my boarding pass would not go through - I was not told I needed a new pass for that flight (as the first one had been cancelled and rebooked: 2 Air Berlin flights). No one was of help until this point, and the Lufthansa crew even offered to check on my baggage for us only to notice it never left Berlin; we didn't get it for 3 days. This did not surprise me because last time I flew Air Berlin for an 8 day cycling & camping trip, I didn't see my bike for 5 days (you can imagine this sort of ruins the entire point of the trip). After reading a lot of complaints with Air Berlin and never hearing back from their customer service (ever) after numerous forms filled out, I knew checking our bags with Air Berlin from the start would mean we wouldn't see them in New York. I even said to the Air Berlin employee at check in that I refused to check my bag because of my past experience and he "assured" me my bag would be at JFK when I got there. Ha. It was nice to see the Lufthansa crew shocked at how poorly this trip home was working out for my husband and I."

The extra cushion attached to the chairs behind our heads made the chairs very uncomfortable pushing our heads too far forward. Not only was it difficult to sleep, it ended up giving me a terrible back and neck ache. The flight from Dubrovnik to Munich didn't have this extra cushion but the flight from Munich to San Francisco did. It's a terrible feature and should be removed. Lastly, the food on this flight was awful and it made me sick. I traveled in Croatia and Montenegro for 2 weeks and didn't get sick once but I got sick from the airline food on the way home, that's pretty disgusting."

Cons: "Our initial flight was delayed by 2 hours and some, we lost the connecting flight from Munich to Cluj-Napoca, had to stay in the Munich airport for 12h, being very tired, hungry, having a terrible flu and fever, extremely pissed off, your personnel who did not tell us there was a relaxing area or that we were supposed to get food vouchers. The plane should've been checked and ready on time,and certainly not after some passengers boarded it. The new plane they switched it with was not properly cleaned, plus we had no earphones. One of the flight attendants was constantly passive-aggressive. I did not appreciate that at all. The tickets issued at Newark had no gate assigned for our connecting flight and with the delay and everything, more time was wasted with finding that. The boy who rebooked us for the next flight did not assist with anything, did not tell us about vouchers. after finding out about that, I was disappointed for receiving 12€ for 12h=one sandwich and one 0.5lt of mineral water. Seriously? It was not my fault that this happened. I expected better from Lufthansa."
