They delayed the flight from 9:00 to 11:55 At 11:45 they canceled the flight. I paid a premium price for the tickets with poor service
Much better than Spirit. I was please by the easy fast check in and boarding
In overall it was a good experience, the only down point was that the entertainment screen was working properly.
I liked the choice of lemon ginger tea. I think stewardesses can be more considerate of older people needs.
The plane was delayed ~ 40 minutes. Communication could have been better. The entertainment was poor. We were not offered headsets by the flight attendants. The arm rest pad did not work properly, thus, I could not select what I wanted to watch.
The crew were really great, but the 4 hour delay in small chunks was the worst.
Seats are way too snug for my hip to knee ratio and the recline on the seat in front of me made my experience worst. My legs had no room at all. Not a plane for people 6 ft or over unless you fly first class.
Staff were engaging but more concerned about their interaction with each other than with the passengers. Aircraft was very old and this was highly evident in the disrepair of the seats (pictures were taken). Video screens were small and difficult to use.
My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. It was awful. The communication between corporate and the crew on the ground left more to be desired. The crew even said that Corporate was waiting on answers because they themselves didn't know. Every hour, there was a new excuse. I also understood that passengers were angry, but the crew should have done a better job at crowd control. There was a racial exchange between passengers that could've been avoided has the crew acted sooner.

Flight left early and arrived 30 MINUTES early at the destination. Smooth trip.
Incoming flight was delayed, delaying boarding. It then took 30 mins to take off. Took 20 mins to get to a gate because they changed the gate last minute, crew weren’t ready so there was no one staffed to work the jet bridge. Boarding was so disorganized as is usual with American because everyone just stands around the gate regardless of boarding group.
Mechanical issue delayed us 2hrs and then once we landed sat on tarmac for 30mins because someone left a vehicle in front of the gaye
Flight to Tampa was delayed taking off due to plane arriving late but no other issues
Flight was on time and the meal and service were good.
Old equipment, needs upgrade and seat comfort. Internet didn't work 75% or the time.
UGH I HAD TO MISS MY FIRST FLIGHT TO TAMPA CAUSE OF THE 10 MINUTE DELAY OF THE ORLANDO TO MIAMI ONE SO THEY HAD ME GET ANOTHER TICKET. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE IT MADE ME MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM TAMPA TO LONDON AND FORCED ME TO MISS A DAY AT MY ROOM IN THE UK.
