There is no snack and nit much that would be considered gluten free in yiur food selections. One of your snacks should be a gluten free cookie or small bar etc. maybe it was me but I didn’t see any free movies just internet connection and YouTube .
What do you expect from a Dash 8 plane? No seats really comfortable.
Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.
The snacks could have been better, and maybe some warm drinks instead of just water cause it was very very cold.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.
No internet, not even westjet connect makes for a boring flight
Our first flight from LAX to Winnipeg was changed but you never informed us at all. It went from a nonstop flight to a stay at Calgary. This impacted our trip negatively as we arrived much later than we planned to. Our returning flight was horrible. The flight was delayed 6 hours!! And we were NOT going to wait that long. The only way we got on our original flight was running there. However all of our suitcases were now coming on the delayed flight. It was the worst experience we ever had flying. I want my money back.

Please make more option. And be more precise on the type of food you giving. Diner and breakfast can be different
A little better seat cushions would be appreciated. Crews were all good.
The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.
Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
I was very excited when we were to arrive 19 mins early . However that did not last long since there was no available gate and sat there waiting almost a hour.
I found check in difficult because I could only pull up one passenger. I got help.
The flight was cancelled, which led me to cancel my entire trip

Upgraded to sit at the exit door so good leg room.
Orderly boarding. The flight to Montreal was difficult to get to on time, but had help from staffer.
The food on this 5 hour flight was a cookie or pretzels.
Staff was very courteous and kept things organized. We will definitely use Air Canada for further travel
