Flight was delayed before take off and at landing. Baggage took 20 minutes. Flight crew would not serve full soft drink and had to ask multiple times before receiving water.
For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.
Delta is always a wonderful experience. A clean plane and the crew is really friendly.

The landing was the worst I’ve experienced with a flight.
It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.
Air travel sucks. It continues to be awful for all airlines. No shame on delta alone.
All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.

Checking in united could not figure out my star alliance gold. Baggage did not get marked priority and didn't receive boarding passes. When got to SFO lounge personal fixed everything Immediately
Awful. No counter attendants. No dinner offered due to delays.
We had to wait almost an hour for the wheelchair porter to be ready to pick up my mother. And when she arrived in Newark airport the porter was not there and she started walking with her cane and her poor mobility. When the Newark porter found her they didn't want to transfer her bags to the wheelchair for her.
Flight was 3 1/2 hour delayed with no credit or meal vouchers
The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up.
Too many canceled flights and kept my wife and I separated on alternate flights. We did not fly out of Denver. We paid a lot of money for the seats we wanted and now that money is gone and we did not sit together. That being said, the many agents were very friendly and did everything possible to help us.
It was soooo hot I was sweating even at altitude. I know you want people to sleep, but keeping it that hot is stupid!
Your app is impossible to use. I couldn't load it. Then i couldn't open it. When i finally got both those things done -with much help -then i couldn't open the app to install a credit card. The upshot was 4 flights without access to food or drink. When i first tried to download united app some company called starlier opened instead and i would up signing up for some 49 dollar a month music service which i still have not been able to cancel.
Convenience is what I liked… Very little needs to be improved as it’s a domestic flight that connects to an international long haul.

I didn't go from Reno to Phoenix I ended up going from Reno to Dallas to Tucson because my flight rebooked because my Amtrak was late I tried notifying you guys I also don't know what you ask me about my flight because you guys didn't book my flight
My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.

I wasn’t happy with the hour delay from Dallas to McAllen, but that is the nature of travel. I don’t like to fly in general because of all of the problems all the time.

American airlines put us on a connecting flight that only had 20 min layover. I made it by running down the concorce in Phoenix and was last one on the flight. Not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For the price of the ticket you get nothing. The plane had 1 bathroom in the back and when the flight attendant did service no one could use it. No announcement just was told to go back to my seat. Ridiculous and rude.
In-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work and the flight was 25 minutes late. The Embraer plane I was on was pretty old and the tray table was broken.
American Airlines no longer has Bischoff biscuits. This is intolerable.
