Travelling coach, comfort is all in one's perspective. Movie choices were great. Food was OK. Flight crew were pleasant. Tip: If they come through asking if you want tea or coffee, do not ask for water. They get miffed. So use the call button after they pass through.
Name change on tickets for a misspelled name was very hard to change
Would be nice if the front toilets could be used by everyone.
Sat on runway for 1.5 hours waiting on winds to change so we could take off. The pilots did an amazing job getting up in the air when they had permission to take off.
They cancelled our flight home less than 24 hours before it was supposed to leave. It partially ruined our last day because I was on the phone trying to get 5 people home and the stress that it causes. We still arrived at the airport with no definite flight plans. The actual flight was good but my kids really misses the kids meals I had ordered for them which obviously didn’t make it to the new flight.
Very helpful in getting us off the plane first to make a tight connection.
Very unfriendly approach to me when you rescheduled my return flight due to your delay. No help to address my health concerns because I am diabetics and had orthopedic problems. No clear explanation where to clear customs. I had poor customer service
The seats were really cramped. The high backs on the chairs made you feel claustrophobic.
Maybe more diverse entertainment. Although the inflight cameras were amazing 10/10
Boarding was chaotic and the flight left late but arrived at a decent time. This may have been because of the sxsw festival that was going on.

Delayed over 2 hours. Bring your own snacks or prepare to pay. No entertainment and no plug plugs for charging.
Pretty standard. Crew was helpful and friendly. Plane was clean and food was good.
Staff was great. Space in bathrooms was very good. Boarding went smoothly due to aisles. I would like more room in coach. 2 more inches would be helpful. Lost luggage was a big issue; more on the administrative side than flight related, but diminished the flight experience.

We were delayed so long that I missed the next flight. I should’ve arrived in Catania at 4 o’clock and arrived at 1 AM. The late departure was due to a water leak due to a dirty filter, according to the flight staff, and that seems like something that should’ve been taken care of before the flight. It’s too simple of a mechanical problem to make you miss the whole day.
I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.
Flight crew was among the best I’ve ever seen
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
