Cons: "The flight from India was delayed and as a consequence I missed my connecting flight to Miami. I had to put up in a Hotel at Helsinki and take a flight to Miami the next day via London."

Pros: "good service in spite of rather crammed conditions and short flight, UK newspaper was available, plenty of leg room (biz class consisting of one row in the front:))) - the lucky 4 in that 1st row were the only ones to get food, and also drink for free, it seems... and yes, the flight was short and otherwise uneventful, I was the 1st to walk off the plane."

In "biz class" you still had to rub elbows with your neighbor, something other airlines with newer planes have sorted out, but allowing extra space between seats.... but overall, for a short flight (not much longer than an average subway commute in NYC), it really was not a huge deal...."

Cons: "Plane was late leaving Helsinki due to broken latch, which made us late getting into Chicago. After landing we waited at least 45 minutes to get to a gate. It took at least 30 minutes to get off the plane and then getting through customs was a nightmare. Arrival board at O'Hare said plane was on time, but listed gate as 0, which of course doesn't exist so our ride home had no idea what was going on or what was taking so long and ended up waiting over three hours for us to get through everything to meet them."

Cons: "We had to sit on the runway for a very long time after landing and I missed my connecting flight. It also took a very long time to get a hotel assignment because I was stuck in Chicago overnight. The finnair air agents at ohare were not very understanding or helpful. I was sent from their line to American Airlines and then back again. They were slow. We waited in the line for a long time for someone to come and help us. overall they were not very apologetic regarding the fact that I was stuck there overnight. It took soooo long to get to the hotel. I arrived there well after midnight. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY FLIGHTS ARE BOOKED SO CLOSE TOGETHER. NO LAYOVER TIME IN BETWEEN MEANS MISSED CONNECTIONS! THIS HAPPENED BOTH WAYS ON MY TRIP. VERY ANNOYING"

Pros: "I have Parkinson's disease, and my ability to walk is dependent on how long it has been since I last took carbidopa/levodopa, and how much I have exercised while standing since taking my medicine. I have difficulty walking narrow aisles, and in crowds. The staff was very understanding, and let me pre-board, ensured someone was there to help me deplane, carried my carry-on for me, and did everything possible to assist me. The crew/staff was wonderful!"

Several passengers were anxious to deplane to connect to another flight and refused to sit down which caused further delays. The crew could have been more stern about passenger conduct as to make the process more efficient."

Cons: "This flight was operated by BA. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable. When the guy in front of me reclined his head was practically in my lap. TV's were crappy and the in-flight selection was mediocre. In flights announcements were very loud through headphones."

Pros: "Boarding was quick and efficient. Flight crew was polite, helpful and friendly. Had adequate leg room in coach, added plus was the flight was not crowded so did not have anyone sitting next to me. Did not feel squashed and claustrophobic as a result. Food was satisfactory."

Pros: "Blueberry juice - nice change for sodas and so refreshing! The lady captain's announcements were very clear, light and fun...and perfect in three different languages...her enjoyment came across professionally...truly catering to her passengers. She flew that plane also so very smoothly!"
