Cons: "Like one week ago on our flight To Orlando on Southwest our flight was delayed for over 5 hours. What are the odds of reciprocal flights a week apart being delayed by over 5hours. Very inconsiderate airline, as a matter of fact when checking in in Orlando the Southwest ticket attendant, Lissette, was very rude and made no attempt to easy our anxiety. I will look for ways not to use this airline."

Cons: "It was a short 2.5 hr flight. Jet blue provided packaged snacks and a soft drink at no additional charge. Other airlines charge for everything. A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Thank you Jet Blue ! I am sold."

Pros: "The JetBlue crew today was the friendly bunch I’ve come across during my years of traveling. If you ask for a second packet of complimentary snack they don’t hesitate to give it. We departed late (say about 15mins) but still arrived at our destination about a whole 20 mins earlier."

Cons: "Well if my future father in law was on the flight it would have been wonderful, but he passed away July 7th, and I did get refunded, and we are mourning his loss and keep getting notifications about the flight and emails which makes it very difficult mentally. So it would be nice if Delta would get their process of refunds especially when it's a death to maybe not get notified. I was the one that purchased the tickets for him in April."

Cons: "Make it clear right up front that you charge for checked bags and overhead carry on bags - my flight is now $70 more expensive than I thought; don't charge for overhead carry on bags as well as for checked bags; at least provide a bag of free pretzels or something with the free beverage, fly on time, when you don't fly on time, update the monitors in the arrival airport as soon as possible - not just after the original arrival time (by then it's too late for the people picking me up!)."

Crew was inconsistent in instructions in advising passengers about seat backs during take off. Perfunctory announcements except from cabin.
The experience with Breeze was really great. The app makes managing flights easy. You can check in on there 24 hours in advance, and your boarding pass is there, too. The flight crew and the staff at both our airports were wonderful. Snacks and drinks were reasonably priced. The seats were very comfortable, they even had adjustable headrests on every seat. The only downside is not having entertainment or Wi-Fi available onboard.
The price is amazing. I was worried about how the flight would be as I never flew then. Seats were very comfortable. We had lots of legroom. The Akron airport was really nice. Overall it didn't have the stress we usually experience with flying. Highly recommend
Flight delayed and moved to another gate. Got a text message updating the gate as final boarding finished. Missed flight, fighting for my refund
Prior to boarding we were told the flight was still on time up until about 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Details on the new departure time and gate were not provided to us in a timely fashion and we were lead to board a flight to Pittsburgh only to realized upon scanning my boarding pass that it was the wrong flight when signage at the gate said Providence. However, once on board the plane was comfortable and staff courteous and nice.
Perfect. Even got a screwdriver in Pitt to fix my sons luggage. Awesome airline.
Outside of a 30min delay getting back home; this an excellent airline and will definitely use again.

Flight exceeded my expectations. Crew was upbeat and flight was on time.
Ticketing agent never said our flight was delayed. It went from a 2 hr to 3 hr delay to just cancelled….why…lack of crew. Breeze doesn’t even have a phone number to call. You have to “text” them or use Facebook messenger to get in touch with someone. If you’re trying to market a new airline, make sure you have crew to fly if you’re going to run flights. The plane was literally at the gate.
