Uganda has reopened Entebbe International Airport.
Travelers must present a negative COVID-19 test certificate issued within 120 hours before boarding the aircraft. Travelers without a negative test certificate are not allowed to travel. Children under the age of 3 are exempt as long as the accompanying parents have a negative test certificate.
Travelers and airline crew are subject to medical screening. Those presenting with symptoms of any infectious disease will be required to remain in quarantine until a COVID-19 test is conducted and test results are returned.

I contacted Web jet hoping that I would be rescheduled after I renewed my passport but unfortunately they would not allow me to rebook or to be reimbursed. I was traveling with my young son so I ended up loosing over $2,000, and now I have to start looking for other tickets which are extremely expensive at this time. I have waited all year for visiting my family and now I can't anymore . It's a nightmare!!!"

I'm five foot five inches tall and my knees were almost touching the seat in front."

The Turkish Airline staff informed us that we would have to wait 24 hours, purchase a hotel at our own expense, and acquire a Turkish visa, also at our own expense. When my husband asked to speak to a manager, it took 45 minutes before a staff member offered us another flight that arrived only a few hours later. All other staff members were on their personal cell phones and would not answer our questions. By the time our boarding passes we’re printed (an hour later)we had to run to our gate in order to make our flight. This left us no time to contact our driver who was picking us up and let him know when our next flight was arriving. We’re extremely disappointed in the customer service and appalled at the lack of professionalism."

I finally find a seat but it wasn't was attached correctly and was falling off. Was uncomfortable to whole 10hrs."

I was attempting to purchase an upgrade in my seating to avoid very uncomfortable swelling on my right ankle and other personal reasons. As I inquired with the man at the boarding gate about purchasing the upgrade I was told that there were none available. So I pulled out my tablet with the united airlines app and showed him the image of the empty business class seat that I would like to purchase on the seating map available in the app. He told me that he had no option on his computer screen to sell me the seat. I asked him where could I go or who could I ask to get the seat. This back and forth continued for some time where he kept saying he could not sell me the seat but I would then say, “I understand that, but do you know who can or where I can go to find someone who knows where I can buy an upgrade?” The attendant got VERY VERY upset that I was even ASKING. As if I were asking for some OUTRAGEOUS request!! I asked to speak with the manager several times. He continued by ignoring me and just saying NO! Finally he pointed to some lady beside him. I don't know if she was the manager or not, but she was on the phone and barely gave ten seconds of a glance to the situation. He asked me"Are you gonna go or not?" I could tell that he cared absolutely nothing about me or my request and was extremely dismissive in asking me this. Finally, he dismissively told me to ask the flight attendant. I could tell that this young man would be of no further help AT ALL, so I gave my ticket, went on board and thought to just try and ask a flight attendant. Right before I went to give my ticket to the man who was taking tickets, I heard the boarding gate man walk away mumbling how ANNOYING I was in Chinese. I know this because I SPEAK Chinese. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I continued to go on board hoping the flight attendants might actually have some information. When I asked, who I thought was the flight attendant, about purchasing a seat, it turns out that she was the customer service agent on the flight, she gave no effort to even try to hear what I was communicating to her. I know about communication and as a public speaking instructor, I know how to listen and to speak. She continued to raise her voice and talk over me, although I remained very calm and tried talking to her logically. I tried to communicate to her that I was attempting to purchase one of the empty business class seats that I had seen were empty. I checked the seating of the flight from the united airlines app before I had even boarded the plane. The lady continued to be very rude and uncaring. She talked over me, did not listen, her responses did not make sense, she very loudly kept asking me " CAN YOU UNDERSTAND THAT??" as if I was a child or as if I was confrontational when I absolutely was not. I noticed I had been trying to communicate for a while.wordlimit"
Pros: "Nothing at all"
Cons: "I was delayed /cancelled 12 times due to air traffic and arrived 27 hours after I was suppose to. Instead of 1 connecting flight they made me take another connecting flight. I was offered no vouchers for anything and all the people at the desks were very rude. To top it all off they lost my luggage and they still haven't found it, it's been over 24 hours"

Also wanted to charge $35 for extra bags when we were flying business class from LA to Auckland. We are both currently Gold elite with Air NZ Cant use money to buy glass of wine or buy food. On way from LA to Rochester , 2 stages nite lights didnt work so couldn't read as window passenger pulled the blind down, it was night time."

Pros: "The crew was very friendly and helpful, food was ok."
Cons: "It is uncomfortable, you can´t select a decent seat and there´s no entertainment, you hae to pay for it. There's suppose to be an option with mobile devices but when you make the ticket purchase it only says that entertainment is included in longflights and it is not. I paid for the entertrainment system but you have only some options and the movies start according to their own schedule so you can't really pick what you want to watch. And the directv remotes are not set in a good place, the are in the arm rest, so everytime the person next to you moves the wrong way they change your channel or turn the volume down or something else. For such an expensive and long flight the tiny space between chairs and entertainment lack is unacceptable."
Pros: "I liked the great service, and the trip was on time. We were able to arrive at our destination 15 minutes early."
Cons: "It was windy in Houston, therefore we did experience some turbulence but that's Mother Nature. The pilot was also kind enough to give us a warning of what was happening."
Pros: "The sub zero weather of South Bend left me and many others at the Airport without any choice but to await the delay to Chicago. Luckily, a fellow traveler offered me a ride to Chicago. Once arrived at O'Hare, the folks at the United counter made every effort to place back on track for my original ETA to SFO!"

Cons: "Upgraded to first thinking i would be more comfortable and have a decent meal...wrong...seats were so blown out that my butt and back were in pain most of the flight. Caught food posioning from the rice pilaf. I dig that united offers inflight entertainment through your phone but its annoying that i have to hold up my phone i watch something but now I'm just nitpicking."

Cons: "Just got off a SF to Boston flight on a new looking 737. It was the worst, most uncomfortable flight experience of my long life. The seats are narrow to the extreme (BTY, my doctor tells me I'm under weight for my 5/7 frame), and the leg room is practically non existent. You can't stand up if the person in front of you has their seat inclined. Shame on you United for packing us in this tight. There are tv screens on the back of the seats but you have to pay for tv and movies, unlike JetBlue, where tv is free. It would at least have been nice to have the flight path shown at no cost."
