Cons: "The plane could have arrived on time. Otherwise everything was fine."

Cons: "The flight attendant in the front of the plane was not friendly from boarding throughout the flight. He witnessed a woman move the snack s to accommodate her carry on and waited until the plane was full to reprimand here. He didn't even say please he just blurted "Don't ever do that again"! His arms were constantly crossed and legs tapping in an aggravated and defensive manner. Maybe he should ne be on the early flight. Other than that the seat backs were to short and flight media was inoperative. Then on the way out when I thanked Jay he was non responsive. I felt like he was being inconvenienced by our presence. If you ask me he was even rude with his coworkers on the phone. I'm glad it was only a 55 min flight. Two sentence's for what was good and all of this for one person that made it a bad experience."

Cons: "There is no online check in! Kayak sells multi-airline flights with airlines from different alliances and that does not allow you to check in online. We got to airport at 3:45 am- no one at the check in counter, employees finally arrived at 4 am, checked in, but then we don’t have seats asssigned! We get to the gate and wait-wait-wait until almost 5am and finally the employees were able to find someone willing to move so that myself and kids don’t get seats in emergency exit row. Nuts. Very unpleasant(not the employees, those were nice-it’s the check in and seat assignment policies)."

Cons: "JetBlue's customer support is far less than other carriers. They do not allow for live agent. If your flight is weather impacted then they say you can "manage" your flight online. Not true. When the flight was delayed past our connecting flight, we were not put on the next flight but one much later even though there were empty seats on the earlier flight. Really disliked the interaction between customer support and gate agents that had completely different stories. AWFUL."

Cons: "What I can not respect and what disappoints me are the options provided as an alternative for a problem I didn't cause. Turning a 1 1/2 hour flight nonstop into a 6 hour flight with 1 hour layover is unacceptable. Telling me, you changed the flight to a smaller seat plan and there is no longer space for my children is, unacceptable. This was the second flight cancelled within the week SAME EXCUSE WITH A NON CUSTOMER FRIENDLY OPTION. JetBlue is no longer the airline I will look to book, it will be the airline I look to avoid - like the plague."

Cons: "3.5 hour delay because the plane was very late arriving from JFK>SFO due to "weather" which we did not encounter nor could I find mention of at the FAA website or other weather sites. A large group of teens were crowding the boarding gate which delayed us even further and were disruptive so it was difficult to hear cues for boarding. I arrived 4 hours later than scheduled, missing an appointment. At the request of the gate agent, I volunteered for free gate-checked luggage due to a very full flight. My bag was never checked and was delivered 14 hours after I had arrived home. 12:30 AM. Crew of the plane was excellent, and the flight itself was thankfully uneventful."

Cons: "Our flight from Boston to JFK in Ny was delayed an hour. We got to JFK and ran from the plane to the terminal and they had already closed the door but the plane was still there. They wouldn't let us on the flight and it ended up even being delayed for 30 minutes! We talked to JetBlue and they said they couldn't do anything for us so not only did we miss out on a day in Italy, we lost our a ton of money on all the things we booked for Tuesday. We also then had to get a hotel in ny and everything was booked so we almost had to sleep at the airport but luckily we found a place that had a last minute opening. Still was super expensive and no one helped with a "destressed rate". Now we have to wait until 10 again tonight to try to catch the plane to Milan because Emirates only has one flight a day. This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had."

She barely slept the whole flight and I had a stuardis in a red dress who whem I asked for for a beverage made it seem like I asked for it right now. Didn't say a word Else to me until it was time to land and my daughter had just fell asleep. She told me. I had to take her out of the baby carrier. My daughter needed a diaper change and there were no places to change her. I tried to change her by the door really fast. The stuardis said no go change in a bathroom I asked which one had a changing station they said none and to just change in my lap. Plus my car seat was broke when I got it back."

Cons: "where should i start? my flight was delayed leaving NC to ATL. after standing in line for over an hr trying to speak to someone about the issue. i was notified on my phone i could keep my current flight or rebook of course i wanted to keep my current flight since it was my birthday weekend. i then called delta (in nc) for help since they told us we wouldnt make our 1030 flight and we might have to stay in a hotel that night until we could rebook the flight. not cool! i was told by a person (in nc)about what i should do once landed in ATL. they were beyond rude. they turned their backs or gave half answers. when asked about the hotel for the night they told me they werent going to handle that and i had to pay for a hotel AFTER i was just told by a delta agent that if i had to stay overnight my hotel was going to be covered. i then again called a delta agent in ATL after being informed that my status on the stand by list wasnt activated and i had less than 10 mins to make it to the next terminal and try to get activated and i would probably not get onto that flight to leave ATL. we were told that we had to stay in the terminal that night. my whole trip could have been ruined from the start from the flight being delayed in NC to talking to rude delta agents in NC and ATL. my flight status being one thing and then finding out it was something else. i never had to deal with something like this."

Cons: "i asked one of the ladies if they had blankets since the plane was freezing she told me no but everyone in first class recived a blanket whether they used it or not. i guess the people in zone 2 and zone 3 dont matter. the seats are the worst! they dont even sit at a 90 degree angle your more like sitting forward."

Also the outlet at the gate didn’t work."

Also they weren't able to give any idea when the flight would be boarding- they just kept sending text alerts that it was delayed another half hour and no updates were listed on the screens. When the flight finally left, after I had been waiting for over 5 hours, we were told that they would be flying low, so there would be no beverage service. It would be nice in these situations to simply have bottled water to pass out quickly, or make the announcement prior to boarding so people would be able to bring their own beverages."

When I tried to argue with her, she said, "One of your bags is going to be checked--which one is it going to be?" Bad attitude."

Cons: "I didn't like the idea that I've had a four hour delay due to the fact that the airplane and DeRego showed up an hour late. There were no explanations and no apologies. I got to Dallas I was furious complain to customer relations. I at least wanted them to let me in to the admirals club so I could be comfortable for the next four hours. They refuse that but one lady at the customer relations apartment did give me a meal voucher which made me feel a little better."

Pros: "I honestly can't think of anything that I liked. Oh wait! You have diet Dr Pepper which I think is fantastic."
Cons: "The plane was kind of old and run down. Everyone, the passengers included which I realize you have no control over, just seemed to be in an awful mood and very unhelpful. Same, and about the gate attendants, in that we attempted to get seats together and he didn't care at all what was going on. I haven't flown American for a very long time, and I don't think I want to again for a very long time."

Cons: "Gate changes were confusing. Staff unprepared and upset with customers. I witnessed a gate agent yelling at customers and slamming phones down."

Pros: "Quick and easy ride to Florida. Only 2 hour flight, smooth ride. Crew did their job and did it well."
Cons: "No entertainment options, I'm assuming because of short flight. No tvs."

Pros: "I liked that I wasn't flying standby. The man in charge of scanning tickets and boarding was very nice also."
Cons: "The comfort was terrible, no technology or internet options unless you paid, seats were not comfortable. Thank goodness I was by the window. There were so many screaming kids. It should be an option to choose kid friendly planes."

Cons: "There is no reason why baggage should take over 60 minutes to arrive at baggage claim at 1130 pm"

Cons: "Rude staff at the gate. The lady did not even let me finish my question before saying "No"! I approached her at the gate 1 hour before the flight to explain that I was not able to pick a seat online and I was trying to get an isle or a window seat due to my sciatica nerve pain, but she interrupted and said "no" before I got to ask the question. A few minutes later my name was called by another agent for a seat assignment. When I approached them, the first agent told the agent who called my name "no, she already has a seat" and did not even let me talk! This is awful customer service. I always fly with Southwest, but this time I had to fly with United because of the timing of the flight. I will choose an airline where I can at least get to finish asking a question and apparently that is not United airline."

Pros: "Zero -- I will certainly never fly United again!"
Cons: "Having to wait 30 hours to get home. Having extremely rude or no service. Not receiving compensation for the trouble and inconvenience this airline caused."

Cons: "Turbulent Flight"

Pros: "I love the check in process!! You go to a kiosk and print your boarding pass and luggage tag and then just go and hand in your bag to an agent. Soooo easy. Then no ones in line forever. I was very impressed with the little extra amount of leg space that is not always on most planes. The flight wasn't very full and the crew was kind and generous with a couple of us wanting to switch our seats around. The tvs in the back of the headrest definitely kept me occupied watching New Girl. Overall, I was very comfortable and got to my destination without getting upset or angry once...which can't be said for all airlines."
Cons: "The security line for united in Newark was RIDICULOUS! It didn't take very long to get through...maybe 30-45 minutes (which I planned for) but the line snaked through two floors and wrapped through the check in area. It just looked incredibly daunting. But I realize that there isn't really much that can be done about that!"

Pros: "Super fast boarding and flight. Actually arrived an hour ahead of schedule"

Pros: "Excellent and competent crew, smooth take off and landing"
Cons: "Flight was over an hour late, airline did not give us any information until half an hour after we were supposed to have departed"

Pros: "Professional and compassionate handling of medical emergency. Did not mind the flight diversion to Salt Lake City. Captain kept us fully informed as situation developed."

Cons: "Movies should be included in price or significantly cheaper. Maybe some basics included with newer movies costing $2.00 at most."

Pros: "It was my first time flying with United. It was also my first time flying on a plane that was smaller and it was the best flight I've ever been on. I really enjoyed the free wifi and entertainment on board. I have a child that had an electronic device that allowed her to watch a movie. The selection was also very up to date and a decent verity. Very good flight"
Cons: "Nothing it was a very good experience."

Cons: "Flight got cancelled twice, pushed back two days. Had to stay in a hotel for two extra nights, caused me to overdraft. No refund"

Cons: "Everything .. Stupid stand by tickets. Being given the run around. If I originally paid for a round trip ticket they could have handled multiple situations better .. I had 8 stand by tickets whose planes were full and booked to capacity causing me to miss 2 days of work before I finally made it home!"

Cons: "It never happened!"

Pros: "Couldn't hear clearly the boarding agent at the gate. Had no problem hearing the tv a gate away. But my gate agent sounding like he was under water. Had no problem hearing the flight attendants in the flight. The pilot, sounded like he was underwater. Not his fault."

Cons: "Extremely long delayed flight and was highly disappointed by the I was treated as a disabled valued customer. They keep changing the departure time's, I was left sitting in the wheel chair for several hours without any attendant checking on me, had nothing to eat nor drink for several hours, due to the fact that the attendants was extremely too busy or unavailable.. Thus far I have not received my compensation for my flight from Newark, NJ, to Atlanta, GA. I am requesting a compensation. Thanks. Respectfully, Cynthia Lopez"

Pros: "Worst flying experience ever"

Pros: "Let's start with the simple fact that I'm not even in Bozeman. If that doesn't tell you enough, the flight was cancelled resulting in the need for me to rent a car and find a hotel that I could stay the night in, considering the next available flight wasn't available until the next day at 3pm. Topping all of this disastrous adventure off the flight available took me to Denver, Colorado where I will enjoy a lovely five and a half hour layover before finally departing to Bozeman Montana. Where I was supposed to be 36 hours previously."

Cons: "The arrival/departure board at the airport still said the flight was on time when I arrived, but when I tried to check in at the kiosk it said the flight had been canceled. They booked me on the next flight the following day on a different airline but made no offer to accommodate me with a hotel room and I was forced make my own arrangements for the overnight wait for the next flight at my own expense."

Pros: "Even though space was very limited, the seats were comfortable enough to fall asleep in."
Cons: "The flight was delayed."

Cons: "I haven't flown united in a while and was very disappointed. The Seats are tight with no leg room. You have to pay more for what would have been a regular seat. If you don't mind being cramped in a small seat, United is okay. Lucky my flight was only 2 hrs."

Cons: "Seems unorganized with over booking or some incident that occurred on the plan regarding reserved seats being given away. Had to ride around for about 5-10 min prior to actual departure to waste gas."

Cons: "Customer service. Flight attendant walked by me without offering me anything to drink. She then came around again & a received something. I didn't know I would be walking up & down steps outside. I have a disability that makes steps very hard for me to do. When I flew before on this type of plane we boarded inside with a flat ramp."

Pros: "Free snacks"

Cons: "Sac to Houston, felt like we were jammed in like sardines, narrow seats, very little wiggle room between rows. As if a five-seat row had been altered to squeeze in a sixth seat, to be able to squeeze more people onto an already full plane. There is no entertainment unless one has an app of some sort on an electronic device of some sort. Nothing is about the paying customer anymore. It's all about how much money can be made....sad Second leg, a flight attendant was rude to my husband, and the boarding was confusing, as zones 1-3 were all called at once, and the attendant quit using the mic, so no one could hear her. Oh, well, hope the flight home is better."

Cons: "We had to sit on the Tarmac for 2 hours for them to change a tire. I asked for a snack because I was starving but they would not give me anything until we were in the air. Finally got something an hour into the flight which I had to pay $9 for a snack box. To top it off when I got to baggage claim my luggage wasn't there because it was still at the airport in my original departure city."

Pros: "Clean, and comfortable"
Cons: "No tv to watch"

Pros: "Everyone was very friendly and accommodating as usual."

Cons: "The crew were not attentive to customers. Also, I didn't like how the flight time was change to an earlier time."
