It was super warm in the plane the entire flight.

The was just Ok but the flight was 2 hours and 44 minutes late in arriving to Phoenix. Thus departure was 11:59pm then pushed to 2:30.

Flight was delayed AGAIN. Rough landing. Did not seem to have a clue what to do

Cons: "The flight attendant in the front of the plane was not friendly from boarding throughout the flight. He witnessed a woman move the snack s to accommodate her carry on and waited until the plane was full to reprimand here. He didn't even say please he just blurted "Don't ever do that again"! His arms were constantly crossed and legs tapping in an aggravated and defensive manner. Maybe he should ne be on the early flight. Other than that the seat backs were to short and flight media was inoperative. Then on the way out when I thanked Jay he was non responsive. I felt like he was being inconvenienced by our presence. If you ask me he was even rude with his coworkers on the phone. I'm glad it was only a 55 min flight. Two sentence's for what was good and all of this for one person that made it a bad experience."

Cons: "I really love flying Jet Blue. I don't mean to criticize, the following is written in an effort for improvement: The hour-long delay and the long wait time on the runway. A passenger got up to use the bathroom right before we were going to take off - we had to wait for her. Another passenger pressed the flight attendant call button right after lift-off. All of the food for purchase was sold out by the time it got to the back of the plane. And I could be wrong, but I don't remember going through safety instructions because we were waiting for a while and then had to hurry when we got clearance from air traffic control."

Too much waiting after a long flight. I fly to NYC all the time and I’m usually in the city one hour after I land and it took 2 hours 15 min to get to Queens. Usually I have great flights with JetBlue. Last night was not the case. You get a C."

We got to airport at 3:45 am- no one at the check in counter, employees finally arrived at 4 am, checked in, but then we don’t have seats asssigned! We get to the gate and wait-wait-wait until almost 5am and finally the employees were able to find someone willing to move so that myself and kids don’t get seats in emergency exit row. Nuts. Very unpleasant(not the employees, those were nice-it’s the check in and seat assignment policies)."

When I realized that my boarding pass was no longer on my phone I had to go to get a pass. Male/ White older, was totally negative and not helpful except to tell me he could get me out the next day. Other workers picked up the ball and got me a pass and escorted me through tsa... then we sit on the plane for another half hr before leaving. Ridiculous!"
Pros: "Jet Blue was GREAT- as usual. I want you to know that getting through security in ATL airport was an ordeal. Incredibly long lines, disorganized (a sign clearly said, TSA Pre-check- line up here) and then the people managing the lines yelling at us (and this is an observation) because they wanted us lined up further back. This was baffling because the actual line into the TSA space was empty at that point. I think the ATL security staff could all benefit from some further training about to work with people effectively AND ATL airport needs to look at their systems. I know it's a busy airport, but there has to be something better than what they are doing now!"
Cons: "JetBlue's customer support is far less than other carriers. They do not allow for live agent. If your flight is weather impacted then they say you can "manage" your flight online. Not true. When the flight was delayed past our connecting flight, we were not put on the next flight but one much later even though there were empty seats on the earlier flight. Really disliked the interaction between customer support and gate agents that had completely different stories. AWFUL."

Cons: "There was not a single JetBlue employee at the Denver airport until exactly 2 hours before the flight. There were many passengers (upwards of 20 and many with small children) waiting around to check their bags and unable to access the food/bathroom/go through security. Everyone was confused and upset. While I understand that there are no flights for several hours prior to the late-night flight I was on, that does not mean that there is no need for an employee presence. Many people arrived multiple hours early because the most common destinations for Denver travelers are the mountain ski towns and the last departures of the shuttles that run from the mountains to the airport leave at 3:00pm. Therefore a large number of passengers arrive by 6:00pm for midnight flights and are left waiting in the check-in area until 10:00pm. The situation was made worse by the poor communication--there were signs saying that checkin was open only from 8:00am-11:00am, which left everyone very confused, given that we were on evening flights. There were many angry people sitting on the floor around the JetBlue counter."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled 4hrs after being boarded at JFK. We understand that such things happen. It’s the situation and handling after was very unprofessional. we were told to collect our bags and go to check in counter and collect our next bookings but instead after collecting check ins we were just given meal ticket and hotel address and given a toll free number to call which is very inappropriate. It should become your responsibility to rebook ya but not leaving it on us to call some number and wait. Though I called and I was told that I was not deboarded to rebook me. For which I tried to go and find an Emirates personnel who refused to talk to the Emirates guy on phone to explain and would just refuse to talk to me. Imagine yourself carrying two check ins and a carry one and running around just to try to get somebody to answer. Mr. Munit on phone was kind enough to be on talk and hold for about 40mins with me. It still ended up unable to book at that time. I was going to India for two day period and my one day had to be spent over in JFK. As humans it’s not the technical difficulty that was an issues it’s the Emirates crews at jfk inability to properly respond and answer arrogantly was the issue. One person instead of answering the questions of an old man was very rude and just blubbered “can’t you just listen to me” that was very inappropriate. It should be her responsibility to listen first. I have always flew Emirates and inflight crew are always very patient and good. This experience makes me think otherwise."

Cons: "When I scanned my boarding pass the Jetblue staff member told me my carry on was too big and had to be checked. This was puzzling to me because I travel often and do not have a problem with that bag. As I was sitting on the plane I saw everyone's bag's were bigger especially the man next to me. His was significantly larger and he had a large duffle bag between his legs causing him to manspread into my area. and yet i was told "make sure your purse is under the seat" seriously?! What about his giant duffle bag and huge carry on roller?!"
Cons: "Our flight was delayed making it so I and several others had less than 4 minutes to catch our next flight. The flight attendants wouldn’t help us at all. Instead of having us come to the front of the plane to exit first we had to ask the rest of the passengers if they didn’t mind letting us through to catch our flight. I have severe psoriatic arthritis and I had to sprint to my next gate that had been changed making it much farther away from our arrival gate. Now I get to spend my vacation in pain trying to recover."
Pros: "This flight was delayed when we were on the runway due to air traffic control. They estimated it could take an hour or more to take off. I told the flight attendants that I had a connecting flight in NY and they both helped look to see if there was a later flight I could get on, if we didnt make it in time. When they determined my connecting flight was the last one going out of NY that night, I asked if I could possibly de-plane if we were going to take off more than an hour late since I would surely miss my flight and and I would rather go home and sleep in my own bed than get a hotel in NY. They were genuinely and sincerely interested in helping me, so they spoke with the captain and updated the passengers since some other people had the same issue. The capain surprisingly agreed to roll back to the jetway to me off if we were going to be delayed passed the time for connection. Thirty minutes later, we were in the air and I made my connecting flight. The flight attendant even gave me earbuds to watch TV free of charge!!!! What an absolutely amazing flight crew!!!!!"
Pros: "The one thing I liked was the expedited service I got because my brother needed a wheelchair. The comfort of the plane was really nice as well, one of the best flights I had in a while."
Cons: "What I didn’t like was how my flight got cancelled and the only flight I was able to get was 4 days later. So I was stuck in the Dominican Republic for a total of two weeks!! I had to miss another weekend at work which made me lose a lot of money since I’m a barber and lost some one my clientele. On top of my flight being cancelled it also got delayed again but only by 30 minutes so I wasn’t so upset. When it came to the boarding, that had to be the slowest boarding I’ve went through. The gate seemed very behind on the technology and that caused the workers to work even slower. At times they had to step away and go on their monitor to fix something out so it took an extra 30 minutes before I even got into my seat, and I was sitting in row 6 of the plane. Then after everyone was seated the flight got held back an extra half hour because a lady wanted to file a complaint saying that she got pushed and ended up being the only person that got kicked off the flight so she did it all for nothing. So with everything happening, our flight got delayed an hour and a half. Very disappointed.."

Cons: "Let me preface this by saying that prior to this experience I generally though highly of JetBlue. To change my opinion of them, JetBlue had to monumentally screw up, which they did. This was the worst experience I have had on any airline, ever. Why I am mad: - I had a 4.5 hour delay due to maintenance that caused me to miss a flight to India. The 4.5 delay was on a 50 minute flight from Portland, ME to JFK. I nearly could have driven faster than JetBlue got me to New York. - Because of my missed flight to India, I missed day 1 of a two day wedding of which I am a wedding party member - In order to get to India in time for day 2, I had to book a new flight on a different airline for an additional $1000, on top of what I paid for my original flight to India - I was originally told by JetBlue in Portland, ME that they would offer me a reimbursement for the Portland flight, a hotel in NYC, and a travel credit for the trouble. While not totally satisfying since I was still going to miss a day of the wedding, I thought this to be a fair enough offer. - However, at the JetBlue desk in JFK, they completely reversed course. I was told that all they could offer me $100 travel credit. No reimbursement for Portland flight. No compensation for the extra $1,000 flight I had to book. And best of all, no hotel in New York, I was stranded at JFK for the night. I spoke with a supervisor at the desk who repeatadely told me that JetBlue had done their job in getting me to JFK and that they were not responsible for anything after I arrived to JFK. A 4.5 hour delay on a 50 minute flight is bad. Being steadfastly unwilling to compensate for missed flights is worse. And stranding me in JFK after telling me they would offer me a hotel room is just plain unacceptable. My family will be cancelling their JetBlue credit cards and we will look elsewhere for flights in the future."

Cons: "Our seat assignment. We were assigned to last two seat on isle and it was too uncomfortable. our seat leaned back very little so it was too hard to relax on a 12 hours long flight. We were exhausted. Also plane was very dirty."
Pros: "The crew seemed capable and came around a couple times with water. We arrived safe and sound as one would hope for, if an hour or so later than scheduled. Seats seemed roomier than most standard economy/coach (probably due to it being an older model). Though I didn’t partake they seemed to offer more complimentary snack options than other airlines."
Cons: "The airplane cabin had a strong urine odor that endured throughout the red-eye flight, the air temperature had to have been at least 75 degrees, probably 80 which was a bit stifling. No usb/power at the seat which would be preferable/should be standard by now for a coast-to-coast flight. Seat didn’t recline which isn’t the end of the world but a bit of a bummer. My headphones didn’t work with the little screen at my seat but it’s ok because based on my neighbor’s screen it was just a rotating lineup of Jet Blue commercials/fake tv shows that I can easily pass on."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 1hour and 40 min. One hour at the boarding gate and 40min on the airstrip. Pilot said we were overweight. When we landed at 730 vs 557 we still had a delay because our gate was occupied causing a greater dalay. Due ro this delay I was late to work. The flight attendee making the announcements might have been new because she kept messing up what she was saying and shouting and mumbling through the speaker. I usually have amazing flights with jetblue but I'm highly disappointed with this flight."
Cons: "I had been in the airport since 1130 am, trying to get on an earlier flight. My original flight was scheduled to leave 540 am the following day (the day Irma was supposed to hit). At first waited 30 mins in a line to speak to a JetBlue agent about finding another flight. She said she couldn't help me, no flights available, and didn't have the patience to take some time to explore all options. I then proceeded to look online and then call JetBlue, after 30 mins on hold I finally got someone. She actually helped me and looked at all flight options and got me on a flight to CT (2 hrs away from me) leaving that same evening. I ended up waiting in the airport for 10 hrs. At one point in the evening the gate attendant began giving out packed snacks and beverages to passengers waiting for another flight that had been delayed, but refused to give out anything to other passengers waiting for delayed flights....not even water! I was shocked at how callously the gate attendant turned me and other passengers away. I had been in the airport for 10 hrs! Thr flight I was scheduled on was delayed by about 3 hrs leaving PR to NYC, but I was told the snacks we're only for passengers who had been waiting at least 3 hrs. I was turned down 3 times, and watched as other passengers just grabbed water and canned beverages without even asking and without being turned down. At the time that I asked for the last time my flight was delayed by 2.5 hrs already. I had a headache, needed water to take medication, hadnt eaten dinner, and all the restaurants in the airport were starting to close. I ended up spending close to $20 on the last Domino's small cheese pizza, a bottle of water and a snack bar....because JetBlue was being stingy. And yet, this is the same airline that let's passengers grab as many snacks as they want on the flight, delayed or not. My flight was scheduled for 807pm. We left at around 1106 pm. Thanks, JetBlue. Way to go on that customer service."

Cons: "It was freezing. We boarded 1 1/2 hours late. The stewards were a bit short and not very patient. I saw people being allowed to board with way more bags than you said were permitted and some of the on plane bags were so huge that the front people had to check their bags at the last minute. Boarding was slow as it was clear that the stuff was not fitting in the overhead compartments. What happened to dimensions of bag restrictions? It is frustrating to the people that abide by the rules to see them so flagrantly ignored."
Pros: "I haven't used any carrier but United Airlines in a very long time, so my impression is essentially a contrast between United and JetBlue. I have for some time bought "extra space" seats on United, so I did on JetBlue as well. Much roomier and more comfortable on JetBlue. For entertainment, United offers DirectTV for a fairly stiff fee. JetBlue offers a choice: one can purchase headphones for a fee or use one's own headphones for free, and the entertainment package comes not only with commercial-ridden DirectTV and a few recently-popular films, but some commercial free documentaries and popular TV comedy that I enjoyed. Their selection of music is also very large. I also appreciated the food selection and the free wifi."

Cons: "Disaster. 3pm flight became a 10pm flight with no explanation. Question--- how does an airline know at 7am that a 3pm flight will be delayed? I received an email at 7am saying my 3pm flight would be delayed to 4:15.... then 5:26...... then 6:20...... then 6:50...... then 7:15..... etc. We were given a $16 meal voucher for fast food restaurants only. No explanation. Tried to get earphones on the plane at 11pm--- flight attendant apologized for not geittibg them for me the first time I asked. We landed an hour ago and I'm still waiting for my earphones as I'm driving home. JetBlue is awful."

They made us check carry ons despite the entire aircraft overhead space being empty

Departed 25 min late with no explanation. Arrival time was very off due to late departure but would have appreciated a better estimate.

I liked the timeliness of the departure and arrival, and the crew were good. The turbulence was rough, though.

The whole experience was great. Boarding is so orderly. The staff is super helpful. The wifi works great the whole flight so I was able to text for the entire flight. The best part was that it was orderly even when we were exiting the flight.

Cons: "noisy plane. seems like Delta does not maintain their planes very well. flight was delayed, which made it stressful to catch connecting flight at LGA. when we were all on the plane, the pilot states that he apologizes for the wait, since we were waiting a while for take off. he said there was something wrong with the fuel system that had to get fixed but it is ok now. wow, that wasn't the right thing to say. as soon as he said that, the passengers started talking among themselves saying,,,,,,,,,,,,well, i hope it is ok now, because if it is not, we may not get to our destination! he should have rephrased that and simply said that;;;;; sorry for the delay, we were simply going through some maintenance on the plane to make sure everything is all-right, which it is, and we look forward to getting you to your destination in a few minutes! keep it simple without getting into all the details! geeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssccccccccccchhhhhhhhh!!!!! :("

Cons: "The non-reclining seat right next to the bathroom door opening should not exist. I was miserable there; I swear everyone on the plane made sure to take a dump on this <2 hour flight. Also none of the windows on any of these small planes line up with the actual positions of seats and it sucks."
Cons: "After we boarded and were already sitting in our sits the stewardess came and removed our bags from the overhead compartment for another person with a larger bag! We ended up storing our bags under the sits in-front. The way it was done it was rude and with no consideration for our comfort."

The customer service person was not at all helpful, and told me there were no other flights available on any airline until the next day. However, I was able to go online and book another flight immediately...which means that she was either being disingenuous or actively undermining efforts to get me home in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans."
Cons: "The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird."

It was unprofessional and extremely uncalled for. The seats were completely empty and there was no reason for him to admonish me loudly and rudely. I suffer from severe general anxiety disorder, fur which I take appropriate medications, but this incident caused an anxiety attack that lasted through the rest of the flight. Extremely disturbing that crew would behave so rudely and insensitively to anyone."

Staff were loud throughout this evening flight where everyone tried to get some shut eye. NOT kid friendly. overhead bins didn't fit the standard carry on correctly requiring everyone to place them sideways with wasted space and therefore not enough luggage room for everyone, crowding an already fully booked flight. A few more reasons why we'll never fly delta again"
Cons: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

As the delays continued, 3 in all, we were told that the aircraft was at DYT but we were waiting on a crew to be flown in from Charlotte. Not sure how AA messed up their crew rest schedule on domestic regional jet carrier. Either way, a new gate attendant arrived to take over, and continued to tell us we were waiting on crew. Then the story changed to waiting on aircraft and crew. By the time the 3rd change in departure had been made, and we were still waiting on aircraft and cre, AA failed to continue to update the departure and arrival times. Once we boarded around 9:00pm the boarding time still showed 8:10pm. Then we sat on the runway awaiting departure for approx 40 minutes before taking off. Very poor communication And customer service."

Cons: "The overhead space was smaller on this plane and as I learned on my trip to DTW my weekender carry-on would not fit with my shoes in it. Because of this, I pulled my shoes out and put them in a collapsible bag that fit under the seat in front of me along with my small personal bag as I had done on my previous flight. However, the gate agent would not allow me to board the plane and would not listen to my explainations at all as I tried to keep the boarding process moving along. She kept repeating "you have 3 bags" and made me steep out of line and check my carry-on (which I would then have to pick up at baggage claim). When I asked why I couldn't get out on the jetway like she had done for other passengers she said, " I only did that for airline employees" (quick happened to be a flight attendant from Spirit). My overall experience on both flights to and from Detroit was that the gate agents and flight attendants were the most unhelpful and rude airline employees I have delt with and I will stick to my preferred carrier, Delta, for my future flights back and forth to Detroit. They certainly make me feel like a valued customer when I fly them, which I did not feel with American."

Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her."
Cons: "Flight was delayed for hours- weather related, but at other destinations- so this flight had to wait to be rescheduled. Also they weren't able to give any idea when the flight would be boarding- they just kept sending text alerts that it was delayed another half hour and no updates were listed on the screens. When the flight finally left, after I had been waiting for over 5 hours, we were told that they would be flying low, so there would be no beverage service. It would be nice in these situations to simply have bottled water to pass out quickly, or make the announcement prior to boarding so people would be able to bring their own beverages."

Cons: "Without any explanation...American Airlines cancelled my reservation! I needed to be sent back to poor quality hotel for a night and take a different flight out the next morning. American Airlines was supposed to provide transportation back and forth from the hotel however a car never showed up at the hotel to pick us up and I needed to get my own taxi at the last minute (American did however reimburse me for the taxi fare at the airport). I never received an explanation as to why my reservation was cancelled and was never offered any type of compensation for such a major inconvenience. They dd ultimately waive my 25 bag fee but it wasn't very easy to even get that from them. I felt that they should have been more empathetic towards my inconvenience and offered me any type of compensation to make up for such a horrible experience. When I asked about possibly being upgraded to first class they told me absolutely not! A little graciousness can go a long way, American Airlines showed that they could not care less about my inconvenience (other than Rodrigo at the counter the next morning who actually showed he was truly sorry for the situation and at least ended up moving me to a row with more legroom). Other than this, I was extremely disappointed with this experience and how it was handled."

Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using on-board Wifi, as well as 2 TV shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me."

We were told the flight might have to refuel in Richmond due to major weather delays in LGA. When we were landing they said they expected a refuel and a quick turnaround in Richmond. On the plane after landing, I learned via my phone's internet the flight was cancelled. They never announced it on the plane. At the final moment before we disembarked, the crew told us to be sure to take our belongings. When we landed, Flightaware showed delays of 45 minutes at LGA. AA never took responsibility for the problem though the gate crew mentioned they canceled the flight because the crew was going to be over their maximum hours. AA really couldn't plan to allow for up to an hour delay? I feel disrespected and even deceived. Although it was clear that flight attendant really needed to get off that plane. At the gate, we were told there were no available flights to NYC and were stranded overnight in Richmond. AA did offer a hotel pretending it was a courtesy since they claimed the problem was weather related and not theirs. We chose to stay with relatives and were told AA could only provide transportation from the airport which we did not need. We often have problems and cancellations on this route from when it was branded a US Air route to the present, but this was egregious."

Cons: "This flight was on Canadian Air under the auspices of United. I was not allowed into the United Club lounge despite the fact that I had business class ticket. I was informed that a business class ticket isn't sufficient for using the lounge when flying domestic. It is only good when flying international. They call that customer service. I generally avoid domestic airlines because of the customer service. The flight attendants were not happy to serve you. It's a small flight but they didn't even offer a snack -- you had to ask for it. And then they brought over a small basket with nuts, chips, candy bars, and a muffin. I took a muffin and it stuck to the roof of my mouth -- very poor quality. When I asked for a snack the flight attendant replied cocktail or soft drink never saying whether or not a snack was available.. She said this a couple of times before I could repeat that I wanted a snack to which she replied you want something to drink with that. I've been on many short flights in Asia and they will deliver a full meal and you don't have to ask for it. There was no entertainment but United did send an email explaining how I could purchase entertainment to play on my own device."

I want to be contacted at 815-527-1935 immediately. My time is valuable and no part of this delay is acceptable. I want full flight vouchers for this debacle"

Cons: "When i originally boarded the flight i notices that the person next to me was an obese person that was taking over half of my seat when i went to the flight attendant and informed her she said she might not be able to do anything cause the flight was full. When door was about to close i noticed an empty seat and took. The thing that upset me is if there not been an empty seat i would have had to seat in a seat where there was no space and still would have paid the same as a person that is taking part of my seat and the flight attendant didbt even seem to care."
Cons: "My flight we canceled to LGA due to "weather". Every other airline had flights going to New York on schedule. To me, the reason was unbelievable. I was moved to a flight 12 hours later, at 540am. Not only was my flight time changed but I was now flying into a completely different airport. I had to stay in a hotel and pay $70 because United doesn't pay for a hotel if the cancellation is due to weather. I am outraged by this sudden change in plans. I will never fly United again and I will spread the word to everyone I know."

I change the flight an hour after I mad the flight and they said because I did not use google chrome that the change were not made they waned me to pay 402 to change a flight that I booked for 194. I could have bought two more tickets for 284. The told them that is what I need to do. By the revues I saw on line the did the same thing to at least 10 other people. Frontier said that a customer only has 4 hour to make a change to a flight. I talk to sever travel agents and was told we have 24 hours."

Cons: "The flight was initially delayed 1 hour early in the day and notification was sent out. The flight was delayed again later in the day and the notification was sent out but not so promptly. An announcement was made at the gate that the flight was further delayed because the flight attendants had to clear customs. The flight attendants showed up about 30 minutes later, carrying bags of food from the resurants in the airport. I understand the flight attendants need to eat, but our flight was delayed prior to their landing and this added an additional delay. In total my flight was delayed about 2.5 hours."

The cost of having to pay $12 to ensure I sit beside my 5 year old son on the flight. Besides a free seat belt, having to pay for everything else under the sun. Surprised AC was free. Not even an in-flight magazine or barf bag. Which is exactly what I feel like doing after giving you my money......"

I had to pay $45.00 each bag no matter if it was checked or carry-on. In total round trip I paid $180.00 extra just for my husbands carry-on as well as mine. Must add that our flights together cost 286.00. We should of went with American Airlines. On top of that we couldn't select our own seat if so, we had to pay extra, so we had to sit separated from each other. It was ridiculous! Never Again with this company!!!!!"

All attendants were hanging out together in back for first part of trip discussing personal issues. Then moved to the front to hang out and then the pilot came out to hang with crew! Who is flying the plane!!! I will not be flying this airline again! Who is in control of the safety of these passengers? No staff on that plane even looked up! Most view I saw was the back side of the agents heads. Let's not add the fact of carry on costs of $45 each way AND you have to pay for everything you eat or drink on these flights! Literally the saying goes "it costs peanuts" I mean a few peanuts! For crying out loud you have to pay for peanuts! In my humble option a few very low cost items could improve this airline... they should make those changes effective immediately if they want to see higher reviews."

I recognize there was nothing I could have done either way but it was unpleasant to hear I might not get a seat on a flight I bought a ticket to a month ago, regardless of the price. And the return flight was dismal. Had to wait an extra 3 hours for maintanence on the plane (fine, would rather it get fixed than have an issue in the air) but we were told there would be vouchers worth some amount sent to our email after we landed back in cincinnati. It's been 3 days and I have received no such vouchers. It also turns out I payed $45 for a personal bag that was I guess covered under a personal bag? I recognize this as being partly my fault, but when I went to get my ticket "personal bag" wasn't an option, so I didn't think I had one, or my single backpack actually was $45 to take with me. Was not a terrible experience. Just not a good one."
Cons: "We had all sorts of issues with this trip. I booked flights months in advance because I liked the flight times and the fact they offered a direct flight. I was then contacted by the airline to say that they had to change the flight times, which unfortunately no longer worked for our trip as we were leaving on a cruise… Both the departing and returning flights were affected. This caused us to have to stay an extra night in Orlando as the flight was too early for us to be able to depart our cruise ship and get to the airport. They did offer us $50 vouchers per passenger for the inconvenience but that did not nearly cover the cost of the hotel or transportation that was needed. Boarding for our departing flight seemed fine. We arrived at the airport an hour and a half before our flight with no issues. However when we arrived in Orlando the airline had lost all five of our suitcases containing everything we needed for our week long cruise that was departing the next day. The airline could not tell us what happened to the bags or where they were, or when they would arrive. We were forced to spend our extra day in Orlando shopping and replacing clothing items and swimsuits for the cruise. It was a huge pain and inconvenience and put a huge damper on our trip. They did offer a reimbursement amount per passenger per day that we were without luggage but I have a little confidence that I will ever see this money. The lady in the baggage office was as helpful as could be but it was clear that this happens far too often. I also did not like how you are nickel and dimed for everything on this airline… You have to purchase seats to ensure your family will get to sit together, pay a higher amount for checked baggage than other airlines, pay for carry-on bags ( in retrospect I should have done this since they lost our checked bags) and you have to pay for any drinks (including soda or juice) and snacks while in flight. This was our first time flying frontier airlines and the whole experience was a major turn off."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed 2 hours leaving San Francisco going to Orlando. My mother checked a bag which cost $35. The ticketing agent picked up her bag and slammed it down on the conveyor belt. I was so shocked at the rough handling of my mothers belongings and the fact that the agent didn't give a care. My sister and I were charged $45 each for our carry-on bags. They began boarding us but the flight crew made us wait on the walkway to the plane for 15 minutes before they let us on the plane. The flight crew was rude and disorganized. The seats did not recline, next no padding and the chair back in front had no padding at all. There were no complimentary drinks or food provided on the 5 hr flight. We were threatened by the passenger behind us twice but no assistance was given by the flight crew. We are extremely disappointed and will never fly Frontier again. We should have paid the extra money to fly Delta from TPA which would have taken 2 hours off of our drive time. We visited Frontier's website which provides nothing but excuses for why they charge extra for EVERYTHING. Overall Frontier may have some of the cheaper flights but after you're done paying for the extras you may as well fly with a carrier that provides more comfort and better service. Frontier has lost our business."

There were no forms of entertainment on the flight, not even airline magazines, which made for a very tedious 2.5 hour flight in less than relaxing seats."

Cons: "I chose a $50 piece of cardboard to sit on, that didnt recline. I knew some of the exit row seats dont recline. But I figured the furtherest ones back might since they wouldnt be blocking the actual exit when they recline. There was no notification when choosing this seat that it doesnt recline, like other airlines have. I think you need to let people know this when paying an extra $30 for a "great" seat. I should have just picked a seat that reclined for cheaper, since all the seats are the same. They all are paper thin."

Cons: "This was my return flight on Frontier and although not as bad as my first still pretty horrible. Upon arriving at the COS airport we were greeted by...no one at check in. We were told they were on "lunch" and we couldn't drop our bags until they finished. There was at least 15 people waiting on Frontier reps to show up and check us in. After that time suck flight was delayed again. Plane was filthy. After looking over the total for the flight it really doesn't save you any money after all the extra fees and poor service. I'll pay more to fly on an airline that shows up."

Cons: "Showed up to the airport in New Orleans to find out my flight was canceled, but had to be told by people from another airline because the Frontier desk was vacant. Received no email, phone call, text or anything to tell me the flight was canceled. Not even one Frontier employee was at the airport to explain the situation. They just left a stack of papers to say the flight was canceled and they weren't offering anymore flights that day. Had to book one on another airline for the next day, so called Frontier to get reimbursed (they said very clearly on the paper that they would reimburse up to $400 in another airline) and spent over two hours on the phone getting passed around from person to person who said they couldn't help me. Still no idea if I'll be getting reimbursed. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE."
Pros: "Arrived at airport at 940 pm which was great because we were early but didn't get off the plane until almost 12am due to an airplane being worked on at our parking gate and also had to wait for local sheriffs office to board the plane to escort a lady off the plane when we finally did park and during that time the flight attendants were yelling at the paying customers because they had their phones out. One flight attendant even smacked a phone out of someone's hands! Will take a miracle to get me and my family to ever fly frontier again. Worse flight experience ever."

However, when you ask me give a review of the food (there was none) beverage ($2.99 for a bottle of water) and service (I held my trash for most of the flight waiting for the crew to come get it) your not going to get 5 stars. The price was great. I have never sat in such a small seat and the folding tray was not big enough to balance my water bottle. But the Steelers won so that was good."

Cons: "I booked my flight then reserved and paid for my seat a few days later on Dec. 4th (a month before my flight). I chose an exit window seat because it was a red eye and I wanted to be as comfortable as possible. I received a confirmation email with my seat number. The day of my flight I checked in online and they made me choose a different seat than the one I had already chosen. I again chose a window exit seat but had to pay a difference of $4. I got on the plane looking for my seat 11A only to discover that there was no row 11. They put me in a non-exist row! They then asked me to sit in an aisle seat because that was the only one left. The flight attendant told me to go to the desk when we landed and get a seat refund. I got to the desk to meet a very unfriendly woman. I told her my situation and she told me I would have to call customer service. Never flying Frontier again! How could I possibly be assigned a seat that didn't exist?! I talked to some other people and they said the same thing happened to them."
Cons: "No info given on ground for delayed Flt. Said "on time" departure and it was already past departure time and hadn't boarded yet. Waited 45 minutes at gate, no announcement. Preceded to runway, de-iced, no announcement. ( my seat mate , southerner hadn't known what was happening). Servive and attitude was definitely a 1 and pilots were first off plane. This was on top of our Orlando to Denver flight that was delayed 8 hours with no weather related cause. We had to rebook on another airline. Frontier said, every flight is only a 50% chance of on time departure!!!! Way too much for 79 year olds. We are an airline family so recognize the "care less" attitude. Never Frontier again."
Pros: "(1) Waited almost two hours for checked bags at the Denver airport. (2) They double charged me for carry on on the return flight ( I had to call and wait on hold for 45 minutes to get a refund after the trip). (3) my friend had to take a train back to Iowa after boarding return flight to Iowa because flight was cancelled due to no pilots available (4) my return flight to Orlando was delayed 2-3 hrs so my arrival ended up being 3:30AM. Weather impacted but larger airlines would have adjusted better. Horrible all the way around and I rarely complain about travel or service in general."

They had no other flights to my destination but they would not rebook through another carrier (there were nearly a dozen flights on other carriers) or refund my money. They do not recognize FAA Rule 240 (which I know they don't have to but most airlines do under these circumstances). They looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. I spend 9+ hours at the Denver airport through no fault of my own and I got to my destination at 3:00 am the following morning (instead of the originally scheduled 10:50pm -the night before - arrival time)."

Cons: "I was checking in on my app while I was on my way to airport. Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before departure time. The app didn't work and keeps on telling me the app has error. I restarted phone and everything. I had to check in at airport with no bags. When I arrived, there WAS NO ONE at check in desk. I was standing at empty security checkpoint and I could see my gate. The frontier employees were at gate early and never came to assist me. I waited for an hour until my flight left. You can imagine how furious I was- ridiculous for me to have this kind of experience. Thankfully united airlines got me on plane. Never flying frontier again."
Pros: "The crew was pleasant, professional and polite. Imagine they put up with a lot of disgruntled customers but, from what I could see, they in no way let this affect their job performance."
Cons: "- Additional hidden fees for seating (even for basic economy/ Coach) - Seats. They're great if you like sitting for hours in what looks like a reupholstered city bus seat. I'm usually not critical of seating as coach is never anything to write home about on any airline. But when I saw these in combination with the tray table (which was a great spot for 1 dixie cup and nothing else), I had to laugh. - **Carry-on bag fees were MORE expensive than checking a bag (also, not plainly advertised). Check the microscopic print as I'm sure its hidden somewhere. **My girlfriend and I are very lean travelers so we each normally pack one carry-on and one personal bag (for trips one week and under). This helps streamline our exit from the airport at our destination, minimizes the risk of our belongings getting lost, and also saves us money. We did not appreciate feeling penalized for our efficiency. -Multiple delays (both with flights themselves and also in retrieving luggage the at carousel... Even on international trips where I have had a checked bag, I've never actually waited an hour before to get checked luggage). It should be noted that the luggage delay happened on both the departing and returning trip. -Additional charge for onboard amenities. It should be said that I expect this sort of "al a carte" pricing model with "discount airlines" like Spirit or Frontier. So it wasn't a huge shock when I looked at the menu and found that even water was available for a ridiculous price. It did, however seem like insult to injury after being gouged for almost 100 dollars extra (roundtrip) for two seats and one checked bag. To Conclude, sometimes you have to learn lessons the hard way. I purchased these tickets with the thought that I was getting a monster deal over the airline(s) I normally use. In reality and despite our best efforts to cut costs, I was actually paying just as much if not more when all fees were factored in. I was less comfortable and much more inconvenienced for the same amount or possibly more money. I'm still laughing at how this could possibly have happened. I'm definitely not looking to rant, rave, or slander. Just looking to help other travelers avoid an experience that could be straight out of a sitcom movie."

Never have had a delayed flight until frontier. Then to make matters worse, I checked my bag and they put it on the wrong belt I literally waited for my one suitcase for about 45 minutes! Cons: "2 direct flights, 15 hrs in delays, first delay the staff flight attendants, were discussing among the passengers waiting how they were going to claim distress do that it wouldn't hurt their pay because they were going to "time out". The first delay was made wor service because we then we're waiting on staff to fly the plane. Your meal vouchers didn't work at a restaurants in the Orlando airport...in Milwaukee the restaurants were closed by the time we used them there....When we arrived in Milwaukee our luggage was wet. I had white pants and shirts that were water stained....traveling with 6 people on the return flight was miserable. By the time we got a flight out it was midnight . The flight attendants were so loud the WHOLE flight talking about their personal problems. It was 2 AM and they were VERY VERY inconsiderate that we had been waiting 7 hours all day even though they may have been just starting their day. It was very very RUDE. So we were given 100 vouchers?? OK well my husband and I are both school teachers. We can't plan a trip in 90 days . We have our summers free. So they'll expire in 90 days. Wow, thanks a lot. Also. You can't use them for baggage fees? That's a crock. We have 6 people. I'll spend almost $500 just took get our bags to and from somewhere and that's with the voucher"

The seats, the screaming kids, and the especially the kid that the parent did not have in control and was running down the isle when we were in landing position, the captain sitting in front of my other half looked at him and told him to go sit down, my colleague say next to them the parent did not have him buckled up because he said he did not like it! Needless to say my friend was all flipped out after we landed! We had to calm him down! Oh well."

Cons: "I was drawn to Frontier because of the cheapest fare, only to find the add-ons pushed my round trip fare up $159.00. This is the first time I had to pay for any seat, but the seats are hard and they don't recline. My departure time was delayed two and a half hours. There was another 40 minute delay at arrival gate because the gate didn't work. My luggage was lost on my return flight, but returned speedily the next day. Your staff was great. I would return (if I needed to) for any one of those events except for the add-ons. I felt tricked into paying more."

She was pissy when I asked for gin, because she had to go look for it. She was agrivated when I asked if I had to buy the mixer separate, as it was my very first time on frontier. They didn't have gin though it was on the menu, as expensive as the alcohol was that I did buy, the mixer should have come with it. The fact that one has to pay for a carry on is ridiculous! On to of it all the flour was late boarding. I was not impressed with frontier. Cons: "Paying for Cary-on bag was super expensive ($40 bought with the ticket, it's even more expensive at the airport) and sort of offset the benefit of a cheap flight. There was no food or entertainment, and the flight was delayed by an hour because we had to wait for another Frontier flight ---- so that says something. Seats were super uncomfortable and the tray tables are stupidly small, maybe could hold a sandwich and nothing else. No other amenities at all. I'd rather pay $40 more for the flight, get some snacks and comfy seat and a free carry-on. Won't fly Frontier again unless I have to."
Cons: "Multiple delays, poor communication from staff, flight was moved to a different terminal (international) but no staff member went around to notify sleeping passengers (this occurred around 1am but other passengers woke up those sleeping at the original gate, had to walk from domestic to international due to the late hour, flight cancelled at 3:30 in the morning, first told crew timed out then that since original delay for the crew was weather related that the passengers are not 'entitled to compensation' and that we were 'invited to stay and sleep at the gate' while crew was off duty, multiple phone calls to customer service yielded minimal results, airline reimbursed hotel but NOT transportation up to $150 but passengers had to identify hotels at 3:30-4am without assistance (can't find a hotel at that hour or that rate near SFO, rescheduled flight was then delayed over 2 hours, gate agents unable to use computer system or print and almost denied boarding after their attempt to check myself and the rest of our party in accidentally removed us from the seat map"

One of the flight attendants asked me if I would be willing to give up my aisle seat that I paid an extra $50 for to take a center seat so a teenage boy could sit by his mother. 99 times out of 100 I would have given the boy my seat. However this was a longer flight and I just had to pay $50 to obtain my aisle seat. When I tried to nicely explain that I just paid extra money to get this I'll seat the flight attendants response was " well he had to pay $50 for that center seat also, so it's basically the same seat". I replied no actually that is a center seat and I'm sitting in an aisle seat so they are different. After I declined to change my seat the flight attendant gave me major attitude about it and went off and informed the other flight attendants that I would not change seats. All of the flight attendants gave me the stink eye the rest of the trip, treated me rudely, & and ignored me as much as possible. I've been flying for my profession for 13 years and this was the most unprofessional crew I've ever seen. This is my one and only complaint about a flight in 13 years of many many flights. I will try very hard not to fly with Frontier ever again."

Cons: "The flight attendants were bored and unhelpful, the plane was cramped and hot. This is a low value airline that nickels and dimes its passengers."
Pros: "Crew was considerate and offered updates as we waited. We were given a lunch voucher and $100 voucher for a future trip -- on frontier and within 3 months. Fortunately for me, I did not have a connection and the person I was meeting in Orlando was also delayed 4 hours from a different location . So I was only moderately inconvenienced. Ordinarily this would have been a very costly event. This is my 2nd trip on the same flight within one month. Non-stop and times are great. First trip was on schedule and solid. Very friendly staff. Planes seemed new, cean, and safe, but not very comfortable (seats did not recline!?)"
Cons: "Delayed for 4 hours. We all boarded the plane before being told there was a problem, so then everyone had to de-plane and wait near gate for more information. Arrived Orlando too late to drive to destination. Wasted a day of car rental. Must use $100 voucher within 90 days."
Pros: "The flight, the crew, the updates from the airline and Kayak was great. Frontier is a great company and very affordable."
Cons: "The airline increased the bag fees for the summer without an obvious communication. Very unfair and un professional from such a company. I paid $10 extra than 5 days before. The only problem with Frontier is that to check in bags there is only 1 maybe 2 people taking bags for full planes at least 100+ passengers. As it is cheaper and better to check in bags than carry on the airline should make this proccess more efficient. I spend at least 20-30 minutes to check my bag each wat ok my last trip. Very unefficient!"
Cons: "I thought I was getting a deal. I got a cheaper flight than the competitor and then they charged me for everything they could.30 bucks for luggage under 50lbs, an extra 40 for a single pound over 50. 40 bucks for a carry on and no free drinks but they will pour some water into a cup for free. I spent the extra money for the front three rows because I'm 6 feet 4 inches and there is extra leg room in the front. I get there and and they say "oh, those are reserved." I said "yeah, I reserved them." I get screwed out of that seat so they try to give me a credit for an airline I will never use again. I got my 30 dollar luggage checked in for free instead of the 50 dollars I spent for the seat. Then!!!!... The SAME thing happened on the way back!!!!! The seats are comaparible to a 100 dollar go cart seat and I had to become a yoga master to use the bathroom, which is due to my height but just icing on the cake or dirt on my mud pie. Spent the extra money on free luggage, padded seats and competency."
Pros: "...the ticket agent who got me checked and put me through priority TSA so I could make my flight!"
Cons: "The assistance of a front counter agent was horrible and made inappropriate comments to me due to me being late to my flight which was due to a faulty shuttle and short staffed rental service as if I was aware of airline policy! Even though I wanted to avoid all of lines to check in (only carry on bag) but all kiosk where out of service which why the lines where so long...the snide remarks and rude comments were not appreciated especially in front of other patrons, thank God another agent to assist me after the line agent moved me another customer up due to our flights."
Cons: "The flight & staff were fine . The extra charges for baggage , a regular seat & any food except water was in my opinion underhanded in terms of advertising the cheap cost of the airline ticket . All of these hidden charges should be disclosed up front when booking . How expensive could it be to offer nuts or crackers & a beverage ? And hope ridiculous to issue an Airline Ticket and then when choosing a seat , a standard seat to be charged $12.00 ?? Will not use this booking site again and probably will avoid Frontier A tricked customer"
Pros: "The crew was very friendly"
Cons: "This was my first flight with Frontier. I didn't know that the seats do not recline, there is no wifi, and you have to pay extra for literally everything. I didn't realize that you had to pay extra for all bags (I've never heard of anyone charging extra for a carry on) when I purchased my ticket. I chose Frontier due to the affordability of the fare, however once the extra fees are taken into consideration, this was no longer the lowest price available, and there was certainly no other reason to make this airline stand out as preferable over other airlines."
Pros: "That I thought ahead and brought ear plugs so I could sleep part of the way."
Cons: "First of all, I think it's funny that you don't give the option of n/a for food and entertainment for those of us smart enough not to pay EVEN MORE for stuff that's listed in the ticket price on other flights. Really, avoiding free peanuts and soda is putting that many billions into the CEO's pockets?! Again, the boarding process seems like it was purposely made to be more horrible than it ever needs to be. I felt like steerage with the seats being so extremely close together. Again, the training of your flight attendance needs work. This flight a passenger asked about the seats reclining and the FA said they're "pre-reclined". Really?! That is extremely insulting."
Pros: "Flight 1224 Las Vegas - Orlando"
Cons: "It was a 4.5 hr flight and i was1 degree from breaking a sweat the WHOLE flight. I talked with the stewardess twice. The first time she said she would adjust the thermostat. when she opened the door to the thermostat i noticed it was set to 74*. There was no change in the plane temp. i let it go on for about 30 more minutes and pressed the service button. she came back and turned the light of quickly. I asked to purchase a cold water to cool down, then asked her to feel the air coming from the vent. she had a few words with my wife and said she didn't design the plane, then turned and walked away. VERY uncomfortable flight. Seats were too close as well."
Pros: "The crew had an excellent sense of humor that helped with the not-so-great situation of being delayed for 4 hours."
Cons: "Since when did one have to PAY for a very light refreshment on a plane?! We had been in the airport with no food/beverage available because of the time and then not to be compensated even a little bit with a snack of any sort was just more than I could stand. My kids were hungry and thirsty and I was not going to use a credit card for cheese curls and a bottle of water. The interest alone would have been about the same as my mortgage payment! The seats on the plane do not lean back and there is hardly any cushion on them. It was uncomfortable and will make me rethink using Frontier airlines again."
Pros: "Courteous staff, flight back was 20 min earlier than scheduled."
Cons: "I was told in at check in, that I was not allowed to have my tiny purse AND a carry on bag, I had to put my purse in my bag, or be charged $45.00 there or $60.00 at the gate. Also, water was the only free beverage. On the way to Orlando no ice in my water. On the way back I did get ice.Free Pre-check is not available. Seats do not recline. Flight going to Orlando ran 1/2 hour or so late till we took off. Good price on ticket but till u add all the extra charges, same as other airlines. Probably will not use Frontier again. Sorry"
