Very Poor. Significant delays getting to Chicago and then very poor communication on delays in Chicago to Cleveland. We could have rented a car and driven there faster than the delays ended up being.

The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.

A/C still wasn't working. Luckily it was only a 14 minute flight

A/C wasn't working. Made the 1.25 hour flight seem like 4 hours! Even at altitude it didn't cool down.

Was 4 1/2 hours delayed. No food options, poor entertainment and cramped seats made worse by people in front reclining while we could not as in back row.

Ok, but comfort was lacking as the seats were way to small

The stewardess was excellent. Very accommodating in a quiet way, which was appreciated. The only thing that could have been better was the choice of snacks. Chips, cookies, etc. weren't an ideal way to start my day on a 7:00 a.m. flight. Offering fresh fruit, yogurt, or other breakfast foods would be great. 😁
