Cons: "(1) Was about to miss flight because originally my flight booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but t the time of flight I boarded from a different and new airport in Islamabad which had become operational in Islamabad in the last week of April 2018 . My flight was on 10th May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha to Chicago but neither my online booking site ( Kayak ) not Qatar Airways sent any notification that my Boarding was changed from Banzir International Airport to the newer, bigger airport. Consequently , on the day of flight, I went to check in and board from the Bnazir International Airport but upon reaching the airport I was told that the airport was no more in operation. I was surprised to hear that all flights were to be from the newer airport. By the time I rerouted my taxi to the new airport I was already late for my flight but fortunately the flight from Islamabad to Doha, Qatar was delayed and I made it to the boarding time and flew to Doha , Qatar and then to Chicago."

Cons: "The legroom was a problem. Seats are kind of narrow, and then, with the lack of legroom it’s somewhat challenging to shift your legs, especially when the seat in front of you goes back! I felt like the person was almost in my lap. My cup even got crunched. I think my biggest issue, though, lay in how I was treated after paying $127.00 to obtain a day pass for the lounge each way. For my inbound flight my purse was branded with an “economy” class luggage type tag, and I was made to feel as though I was trying to sneak in. I had to show my boarding pass a number of times to employees after asking for the location of the lounge in order to be directed there, and then my credentials were examined as though I was trying to get into Fort Knox. Upon arrival at the desk, I was somewhat tersely informed that I had 6 hours. I went out of my way a bit in order to fly Qatar, which is supposed to be so wonderful, and I was underwhelmed. I’ve had better experiences on Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines."

Cons: "The flight departure from Dar was moved up an hour and the congestion at the airport made it close. Also I need a name tag on a checked piece of luggage. When I asked, I was told that none were available. The check in person was not pleasant or helpful. I also had to watch to make sure that the luggage labels were attached to be sure that they would make it to Chicago. Once on the plane there was an unrudy boy sitting in front of us jumping in his seat, never wearing his seat belt kicking the seat, turning on the light beating on the tray table, calling the flight attendant. The adult ignored the child through the flight. It was one of the worse experiences I have had on a plane. I would have to think very hard before I fly Qatar again."

Pros: "First of all, I want to preface this by saying that virtually every airline is better than the major ones working in the US (American, United, and Delta), and Qatar Airways is amongst this number. The entertainment selection was excellent, the best of any flight I've ever been on. The flight attendants were excellent, again, much better than those on American carriers (I am American, FYI)."
Cons: "The food was terrible. Of course, we know this about airline food, BUT I have been on Qatar Airways flights with GOOD food in the past, so I know it can be better. Also, I sat in the baby section, which also happens to be where they put long-legged people. This is no one's fault, but suffice to say, do NOT sit next to 4 5-month olds for a 15-hr flight! Interestingly, since all flight attendants were women, about 50% of the flight did listen to them since there were many conservative Arabs onboard from Qatar or Saudi Arabia (i.e., those who are taught not to listen to or respect women). This made for some frustrating sites to witness but it's obviously not the airline's fault. Poor women!"

Initially charged $1000 for 3 tickets for modification of return trip - confirmed the same and tickets issued (i'm fine with this). How can such a reputed airline have no tools to calculate the pay? Other airlines offered one-way for half of the price i paid. On top of it, online helpdek promised front line seat to satisfy me but nothing was offered even if i ask explicitly. Simply declined saying i am not in priority list. When I asked for some help to have it cleaned, the attendant told me she would have to lock it down but there was already a big line of people waiting to use it. Disappointed in this flight because it was so long with limited facilities. Enjoyed other times I had used Emirates but not this time."

Cons: "Dubai airport is highly disappointing. The bathroom situation is atrocious! I am not exaggerating when I say I waited in line of 25 and 35 women two different times! The men’s situation isn’t ideal but is no where near the problem that is the women’s restrooms. The boarding process is mildly confusing - there is no public drinking fountains but if you buy water you are not allowed to take it to your gate. This info isn’t posted anywhere and makes no sense bc you purchased the water after you were checked through security. Also this rule truly only applies to women. A stewardess showed preferential treatment to someone who looked more native than us and then didn’t apologize. I understood the customer was upset so the flight attendant was trying to pacify the lady/couple but at least apologize for being rude. Dubai airport very much favors men and I would never travel without my husband. I would fly Emirates again but it won’t be my top choice and I won’t be going back to the Dubai airport anytime soon."

During the flight from Dubai -Chicago, hot beverages were served 1.5 hours after the food was served. Crew was not friendly at all. During the Chicago-Dubai flight a crew member basically yelled at passengers "open the windows" and I had to tell him to "ask nicely please). Emirates comes nowhere close to Singapore, Thai, or Turkish in terms of service."

Cons: "This was the worst I have ever experienced. My flight arrived into Istanbul and 45 minutes until the departure I was told it had already left. I later found out something very similar had happened to a man from London, a couple from Boston, three people from Ghana, and many more that were taken advantage of in an attempt to sell tickets for them to go home. Never in my life have I seen such corruption first hand in a business that claims to be professional. I travel with them roughly twice a year so I'm not really a huge spender when it comes to their service, however I have suggested many to use their airlines. Never again will I make this mistake, and never again will I fly with them. I think I would rather spend the few extra hundred dollars than to have to experience that again. Turkish airlines you have lost my service and my respect."

Cons: "Trying to reclaim our laptops at the end of the trip was a nightmare. They confiscated all electronic devices larger than a cellphone due to new Trump regulations (not their fault). Fine. But they were so disorganized about the process. When trying to reclaim the devices after the flight utter chaos ensued. That was their fault. Passengers were on the verge of violence and it could have been avoided by simply being more organized."

Food was good, seats were comfortable, and entertainment was good. For the money and time spent on this flight we felt we got an extremely good deal and would take this airline again, and recommend."

It did cool down eventually so they must have turned on air or fans, but I know the heat was on at some points which made it a bit uncomfortable for such a long flight."

It took an extra 20 minutes for me to board the plane because of this and when I arrived to my seat an Arab woman was sitting in my place and refused to move to the middle seat. She said she could not and would not sit next to a man who was sitting on the other side. If this is a problem from the start, there should be a way to choose a seat according to gender. The stewardess found me another place in front of this woman who kicked my seat the whole way. She even argued with the stewardess about putting her suitcase above her in the rack and security was almost called. There should be something included in the flight information program about being polite to other passengers."

Wine was poured on my back, water splashed on the person next to me, children were climbing over my head... etc. No parents or flight attendants could help the situation. Boarding was a mess. 10-15 passengers surrounding me sat anywhere they wanted creating a delay to push back because everyone just sat with their family and disregarded the chaos it created for those individual travelers wanting to sit in "THEIR PROPER SEAT". This was the worst / never ending flying experience I've ever had. I will never fly Turkish Airlines again."

Cons: "Raising this for complain actually about egypt air ground staff in kuwait and the transite desk which gave me wrong information as the ground personal working for egypt air which case losing my suitcase for 4 days of my vacation. None of them were welling to do ther job as the flight were delayed"

Cons: "Chaotic boarding. Rude crew. Cramped seating in n outdated plane. Repearing things in Arabic to someone who doesn’t understand doesn’t male it easier to understand."

Pros: "Big plane, multiple boarding points. Food did its job & helped with the long flight. Movies weren't expansive, but good choices to kill the time."
Cons: "The crew did not have the key to unlock to doors leading to the plane, which forced everyone to wait 30 mins standing in line. It was quite silly! It delayed our flight about 30-45 minutes - not much, but really painful when the flight is almost 12 hours. The crew didn't tell us what was happening either, but it was pretty obvious."
Pros: "Service was good Airplane was good .while some European air lines are cutting on service Egypt Air was generous. Entertainment was good too."

Cons: "The flight crew didn’t provide any kind of leadership when the passengers were causing a delay. Then we landed 20 minuets later than schedule, but the pilot failed to recognize the delay, he announced the schedule arrival time rather than the actual time. Then the freaking airport is so bad, that I decided not to come back here anymore. The luggage were delayed for an hour and half and we asked the supervisor he said that’s usually what happened, and we have to wait, he didn’t even care to provide any explanation for why all this unnecessary delay."

Cons: "I complain to the manager and he doesn’t do anything about how the customer service treat us And if you know the manager you don’t charge for extra luggage - and if you don’t know him you charge for anything extra"
Pros: "Good meals and equent tea, coffee and water in cups available. Headphones provided for entertainment."
Cons: "More garbage pickup needed- computer screens were dirty from previous flight use"
Pros: "Amazing hospitality. Flight attendants were so friendly. The meals and gifts made for a very pleasant flight experience"

Cons: "The plane, supposed to take off at 6 pm crashed into another plane on the JFK tarmac around 7 pm. An hour later we were deplaned and then were uncoordinatedly brought to a shuttle... took 90 minutes to get transported to a hotel... that didn't have capacity for all... then another hotel... still no capacity for all... so I took an uber to another hotel on my own. It's 1 am before I get to my room and crash (no pun intended). Besides the incompetent organizational response in a crisis: The plane was not cleaned Dry -- no alcohol on board Food was meh. Looooooong 36 hours with Egyptair."

Pros: "The boarding time was exact , the flight was relaxing, staff was professional It was really a five stars."
Pros: "They have some interesting old films like Charlie Chaplin in their silver screen entertainment choices. Accommodating flight attendants."
Cons: "There did not seem to be any air vents to adjust for cooling down when I felt hot."
Pros: "This was a return flight from Cairo to Washington. I called the Cairo office multiple times to add a pet to my ticket. I couldn't check in online and when I called to ask they said that's because I'm making changes (pet) that's why I can't do it and I should do it at airport.. I'm Cairo airport the check point is as soon as you get thru the main door.. Waited in line for check in only to find that all 4 tickets (me and 3 kids) were cancelled and that we had to go outside again to the reservation office (had to go thru check point again) to reissue the tickets. They didn't even appologize for their mistake and they blamed the travel agency.. Very unprofessional and irresponsible people."

Cons: "الاجراءات بطيئة جدا جدا في منطقة الجوازات .. والامر الاخر لا يوجد لوحات ارشادية الى منطقة الصالات الخاصة .. الامر الثالث نوعية الاكل والاثاث الموجود في صالة درجة رجال الاعمال سيئة جدا"
Pros: "Plenty of space, arrived 40 minutes sooner than expected"
Cons: "The flight attendants were a little rude. She skipped me quite a few times."
Pros: "They had a couple of good new movies to watch during the flight."
Cons: "Crew and food are just wrong!"
Cons: "This is the last time that I will book here for Egypt Air. The entire experience was horrific. My time and money were wasted. I was disrespected."
