Cons: "Fed up with the .4 oz pretzels. The arrival in LAX was chaotic. We had left on-time and were told that we would arrive approx. 20 minutes early. Ha! First landing attempt had to be aborted, the landing not being cleared by the control tower. Then we cruised, circling over the Ocean, and the lights of the city again. Finally we landed. Taxiing on the tarmac was interrupted many times, and took overall 30 minutes. The pilot kept informing us. I was probably not the only passenger that had and urgent need to reach a bathroom... Of course, Delta should not be blamed"

Pros: "Everything was great from the check in process to the de-planing in Detroit. When we checked in at SLC the agent used my last name, which showed me the extra mile Delta staff will go to make the travel with them professional and curious. The flight left on time and when we arrived in Detroit our bags were already there waiting for us. Couldn't have asked for more!"

Cons: "I was told that my flight had been overbooked from SLC to FAT and to check with the ticket agent in SLC for my boarding pass or the possibility of taking a later flight & receiving a voucher. When I did this the woman was quite short with me and quickly said "The flight is not overbooked!" I was not looking for a hand out - just following instructions as I was not able print my boarding pass in advance because the flight was, at that time, overbooked. She was a bit rude. Lastly, the flight attendant was not very attentive- she stood in the front ate food & was reading something on her phone the entire flight after delivering beverages. She suddenly realized we were making our descent and then came back through the cabin. I just thought this odd.."

Most importantly we all missed that our roll-on bags wouldn’t fight in the overhead bins. As a result many people pulled their bags on and fought and struggled to force their luggage above, only to give up. The on-board agents recognized early the problem and then proceeded to allow many other passengers to stroll by them with their large roll-on bags, only to delay the boarding process and frustrate everyone. When making their safety announcement the flight attendant was clearly competing for fastest speaking human and rushed through at blazing speeds. In all my 30+ years of travel, I’ve never heard anything like it."

It is clearly an attempt to cheat out of their responsibility of home delivery of the luggage that was delayed the second time. Poor, poor service by American Airlines."

We entered our passport info including our expiration dates and we’re given no warning. We even had our boarding passes prior to showing up at the airport. We will not use Kayak in the future and will book direct through the airline moving forward."
Cons: "charged a surprise of $175 for my third bag although Kayak mentioned i should be charged $75 at the time of booking. AA says it is due to Jordanyan Airlines, why was I surprised by this extra charge?!"

Streaming movies is still of a mystery to me, not an intuitive experience in any sense of the word. the sites AA provides to answer one's questions don't give any real guidance on 'how', just state what, kept pointing me to the app which doesn't have any menu item to view movies. took me well over ten minutes to find any helpful information."

Rebooked using the mobile app but could not check in on mobile or at the kiosk. Waited in line for almost 2 hours for AA to simply check us in and print passes. The flight did not get catering refreshed after landing in DC so no refreshments or snacks were offered during the flight home."

I'm thinking the airline shouldn't book the front seats by the panel as 'better' for the extra price as they were definitely not."

Pros: "Had to de-ice and I think the pilot got lost looking for the pad. This added about twenty minutes to the "flight" before take off. Then in LA there was an issue with the plane at our gate this added another hour of tarmac time. I don't like being stuck in plane on the ground that is not moving any longer than I should have to be. There were some balls dropped on this flight. Makes me want to stick with Delta or Southwest."

Cons: "I was rather annoyed that the inflight video monitors played commercials for the entirety of the flight (almost no one elected to pay $8 for TV on what was supposed to be about a one hour trip). The cabin was obnoxiously bright as a result, and it was difficult to avoid being distracted and irritated by the flickering. United should have those screens turned off unless users pay for them-- it would save valuable energy too, wouldn't it? I was also frustrated that we were delayed a number of times because of mechanical difficulties, but I'm grateful that we took off knowing everything worked. Between the late in-bound crew and the mehanical hold ups, we could have all taken the bus and arrived sooner."

Not only was there no consideration of giving us compensation for food, but there was only a minimal snack and a beverage on the way to Cleveland. The airline told us the delay had to be at least 4 hours to get a coupon for food. Well, it was 6 hours before we arrived at our destination. The return flight made a potentially wonderful experience leave much to be desired. What can YOU do for US? I was flying with my husband. I would think twice before using you again for a trip."

Cons: "The amount of delays. The departure and arrival times was a major reason I flew with Frontier to begin with, so without that I have little incentive to fly with Frontier in the future. At the check-in counter it seemed unorganized. The automated check-in machines were not working properly and customers were not helped in an orderly line when I had to check-in at the counter."

Cons: "Boarding should have been back to front. Late both ways because of slow boarding. Being charged for every single thing is not worth the "cheap" price. Advertised prices are just to suck you in then upcharges for everything including seats, carry on, and water, make you feel like a chump because you fell for it. I only fly it because of the direct route but would avoid this line if I can."
Cons: "$45 for a carry on? Seats are like folding chairs. They don't even recline. Metal tray is so small it wont even fit an I pad. $3 for a bottle of water? no snacks, beverages and a barely padded metal chair that doesnt even recline?"

Cons: "Don't like the additional carry on fee, had 3 hour plane trouble and had to deboard and wait (which I know things happen but at least could of gave complimentary drink or snack to passengers/children)"
Cons: "The staff was atrocious, the time management was the worst I have ever had expierenced while flying. The staff on the plane was moseying along. I understand they have to be there but after a 7 hour delay we would've liked to see some ambition in getting us home. I could not have been more dissapointed. I should've paid the few extra bucks for a better company."

There was no time to get some food during the stopover in denver, so we ate nothing until 9 pm that day. Employees were kind of rude too for no reason. They kept advertising their creditcard. Wouldve been enough to say it once during the flight, but instead they kept on talking about it for the whole flight, which was super annoying!"

Pros: "The security line to the Frontier concourse was unbelievably long, and even though Frontier knew this, it insisted on closing the plane door right on time, at 10 minutes before departure, even though 6 non-related passengers were going to miss the flight. If they had kept the door open 2 extra minutes, all 6 passengers would have made the flight. Ultimately, the plane left 10 minutes late, so 20 minutes after the door closed. I've had enough of Frontier's inflexibility and will gladly pay a higher fare for a different airline."
Pros: "The flight was relatively short, and once we boarded we moved out pretty quickly. Bags were delivered quickly as well at the end of the flight"
Cons: "THe flight was delayed by close to two hours, but more surprising was the amount of extraunexpected money we had to spend for basics-close to $30.00 each to "pick" seats, $130.00 each for baggage (yes you have to pay for any luggage beyond one personal item like a purse), money for food, etc. There are not even basics on the lfight such as blankets, and the seats don't recline. Overall, not an airline I would choose again as the "bargain" price turns out to be full of hidden costs that weren't clearly explained upfront"

Cons: "Arrived at baggage check 40 minutes before flight and no one was working the check in area. There was just a sign that said kiosk closes 45 minutes prior to boarding. Not take off but boarding. I had checked in online early so I had my boarding pass. Just needed to check my bag but there was no one there to do it. Then while looking for a new flight I hear my name called on the loud speaker to come to the gate for the flight which was just salt on the wound. I have never had any issue making it onto a fight on any other airline when I was 40 minutes early to boarding. Frontier just had no interest in assisting. Will not be flying with them again"

Cons: "I think the cost of the carry-on bag is to pricey. I would suggest bringing the price down $15.00 or $20.00 less than it's currently price. Another option would be to just based the price with a carry-on included. I think you would get a better response from your customers. Also take the last row off of the plane no window even though you have a window seat."

Cons: "My luggage filled with Christmas presents for my family was lost. Frontier doesn't even have the capability to scan a checked bag recite to locate a missing bag. They also did not even have a baggage claim counter like all of the other airlines. I had to go up to departures to the ticketing counter. They were not able to me where my bag was. My flight was a direct flight from Denver to Cleveland so I was incredibly surprised my luggage was lost. I had to handle the whole thing myself. I called Denver airport and was told 2 bags didn't make it on my flight. I was told they couldn't verify it was my bag but it "probably" was. I rushed out Christmas morning to the Cleveland airport to get my bag on the flight it was supposed to be on. It wasn't there. I sat in Cleveland airport for 3 hours on Christmas Day. I was told I would be compensated for my troubles from one Frontier worker then when I got my bag and asked about it I was told no. I will NEVER fly with them again. You get what you pay for....cheaper flight with the worst possible customer service."
Cons: "Terrible experience. They charge you $40 each way to carry on a bag with no heads up about this at the time of purchase. Try to charge you to select any seat on the plane. Try to charge you $2 for a non alcholic beverage. Rude crew. Uncomfortable plane. I won't fly Frontier again now that they've made these changes."

Cons: "The flight was delayed, which is understandable. However, the lack of communication about the delay is frustrating for passengers. It started with a 30 minute delay and turned to a 120 minute delay on the monitor without any announcement. The only announcement they made is that they would only be assisting certain passengers with connecting flights. The flight left over three hours after the original departure time. The desk associates assisting other passengers had poor attitudes and communication skills. Also, $90 (round trip) for a carry on is absolutely ridiculous."
Pros: "I read other's reviews about being charged for a carry on; my experience was that I was only charged for checking a bag. It did add an extra $80 to my total expenses but considering how cheap my round trip flight was, it was by no means a problem. The crew on both flights was extremely nice. On both flights we arrived at our destination a little early. I got water at one point and was definitely not charged for it. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be using Frontier Airlines again."

I have to fly to Florida in March and I don't believe I will fly frontier due to this incident and the price I paid plus my check in attended was very rude. Cons: "e-ticket was never emailed to me. Phone service rep was totally incompetent. Showed up at the airport, and the boarding pass I printed from the Frontier website would not scan. Apparently some kind of problem with frontier. Was forced to walk back upstairs to print another boarding pass. Triad 4 kiosks and none of them worked. Then had to wait for a desk agent and then wait in the securit line again. Completely unacceptable all around. This is one of those nickel and dime you airlines. FORTY DOLLARS for a CARRY ON bag. Then had to pay for a seat even after paying for a ticket. That should be illegal. They aren't clear about seat fees up front. A ticket doesn't get you a place to sit on the plane?!? Come on."

Cons: "I had no idea about their baggage policy and had to pay $45 for a carry on suitcase which in my mind defeats the purpose of carry on. Had I known this I would have chosen a more expensive airline and probably would have saved money."

Cons: "First, We never received an update the plane was delayed, which meant we would not get on our connecting flight. Was told this at the counter in Salt Lake, we drove 4 hours to get to the airport. Said we would have to fly out the next night at the same time. We needed to be in Orlando for court the following day,( we ended up going with Jet Blue.) The man at the counter must have been new or something. Seemed to be spacey and not sure what he was doing. He just told us I'm sorry. When we found a flight we asked if we could get a refund on the ticket going to Orlando and use the return ticket for coming back. He verified I had a ticket for return. Ended up that I did not have one and had to pay more for the ticket, to get back. On our way back to Salt Lake from Denver, we were delayed because the crew was not there. Once they got there, they complained during the flight about working a lot of hours on Thanksgiving. I would not recommend this airline to others. It was a terrible experience. Just not professional all the way around."
