Pros: The crew did a good job dealing with so many customers and in one instance was able to resolve a minor conflict with seat way backs.
Cons: The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold.

I have to travel from Milan to San Francisco and I missed flight of my one leg ( milan to frankfurt) of journeyand I went for help and non of the Lufthansa staff at Milan airport helped me. Although my connecting flight was after 12hr they just gave me some random number which to call. I have never experience this in my 8yr of international travel.

Cons: The online check-in using my wife's iPad's browser in a don't have a printer scenario (which is the case when you're not home), was difficult to navigate. My wife wound up with my boarding pass on her phone and not one for herself. We did get our boarding passes at the kiosk, but then mine had my TSA-precheck but my wife's didn't and she had to go through an extra layer of security (near the gate area) because of this at the Munich airport.

Pros: It was my daughter's 16th birthday and one of the spunky crew members helped us to create a little celebration. That was very memorable! Otherwise the flight was late (which was OK, the captain kindly kept us informed), but the plane was clean and quiet. The bathrooms on the lower level provided a space to stretch, but as always, they get pretty dirty on a long-haul flight. Price was quite good. I always feel the flights originating from Europe are nicer than those originating in the US.
Cons: The food was stuck in the past, roll, white cheese, white cake with sugary fruit, somewhat wilted small salad and a pretty greasy chicken dish with polenta and by that point, stewed veggies. I am not accustomed to eating like that and was disappointed (though hungry!). Not a whole lot of room in my seat, I'm 5'6" and slim, but at least the seats recline and glide forward a bit and the head rest bends to catch your head IF you can nod off. I appreciate the civility that still exists under stressful circumstances.

The flight was Monday October 3rd 2016 Lufthansa 459 San Francisco -Munich, name of flight attendant Eva-Katherine Pfaffel, the passenger seat 44 Diana or E I think, they didn't provide me information about name or her seat. The flight attendant told me it is not big dealing, maybe for Germany it is ok, but in US it is really rude, original I'm from Russia, my daughter too, additionally she is black, it will be really good if I never feel this again, I was in really helpless situation. It is really unpleasant when you spend money and get neglect.

Cons: It is always so much easier to come up with the issues - wish I had more to add on the previous section. ENTERTAINMENT. Headphones provided required a two-prong jack option. There was only room for one prong - so only one ear had sound. The sound perhaps due to this limitation was poor and I couldn't hear the track. Consequently I choose one film with subtitles - which was helpful. The cabin comfort overall was on the chilly side and required the use of the blanket for the whole trip. Meals - the dinner meal served was a nice selection. However, the dessert was still cold - affected flavor. I think a nice bar of chocolate would have been equally welcome as dessert option. There was a small Ritter - which was nice. Lunch or pre arrival snack - really a poor excuse for what was served as pizza. Very doughy and little filling. The tomato was ok but the other selection served - was not a good choice. Not sure what it was. Also had anticipated a warm cloth before landing as a refresher. The seating is incredibly narrow. While most planes are forced into less space, this ride was particularly uncomfortable. I know that there are different model planes each with its own space limitations, advantages or disadvantages, but - frankly, I had expected better from Lufthansa. Finally, by chance having flown to Europe by Swiss Air - I reluctantly have to say that their comfort level, meals and refreshing cloth made it a more comfortable flight.

The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again.

Cons: In Dubai, British Air won't allow you check in more than three hours prior to flight time. Since you can't check in, you can't go through security. Since you can't go through security, you can't get to the actual terminal (where all the stores, restaurants, lounges, etc are). Therefore, if you arrive at the airport too early. you're stuck in the outer holding area prior to the check in area. Nothing to do. Nowhere to go. Still weighted down with all your bags. A real bummer. Once you're allowed to check in, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the real terminal (check in, emigration, security, train ride, etc). The flight starts boarding one hour prior to departure. This leaves about 90 minutes to make it through the entire terminal and get to the gate. Any extra time can be spent looking at all the things you could have enjoyed if you could have checked in earlier. Since nobody including British Air told this in advance, we ended up twiddling our thumbs for eleven hours in the outer holding area.

There was plenty of room to form lines, but the stanchions were not in place. Poorly executed. Also, there are FAR too many priorty boarding classes. People had to jump lines and go around barrier tapes to get to their positions in line when their priority class was called. Once on board, the crew did a fine job, but the boarding area is completely screwed up.

Pros: Punctual arrival. Vacant seats between myself and another aisle passenger in the center section provided additional comfort and privacy. Lots of attention from cabin crew.

Cons: BA lost one of our baggage. And it is been a week and we still haven't gotten our bag. We had some unique and good things in that bag.

Cons: No response from stewardess when I handed her the envelope with Money for the BA children's program. I kinda expected a thank you. But then I guess God wants us to give without expecting anything in return.
Cons: Very poor facilities at Terminal 3 London Airport (1) Bathrooms were cold. (2) No lounge type chair for long wait passenger. Only common waiting area. (3) Waiting area seats were dirty and food particles between two seats. (4) Cell phone charges and electric outlets at seating chairs does not work. (5) Very limited food choice. (6) Might they have to see and visit other international airports
Pros: I liked that we were on time getting to Phoenix.
Cons: The plane was old and the video screen in my seat was not working properly. In economy there are way too many seats packed into a row for that long of flight. It was extremely uncomfortable.

Cons: Old plane, no USB ports or WiFi for a 10 hr trip. Selection of movies not good. Seats lumpy and not very comfortable. Got stuck next to someone that had started the party before he got on, inebriated and smelled. Was taking over my legroom and armrest. Unfortunately full flight so nothing crew could help with

Pros: The stewards and stewardesses were great. They worked hard to feed and hydrate the people in their areas, and didn't get cranky when people got up to walk around and exercise. They were pleasant and always available to help if problems came up.. They maintained a good sense of humor and seemed to care about keeping people in good spirits.
Cons: We ran 2 hours and 10 min. over schedule getting from London to PHX. I can't understand why because pilot never said we were running late. When we landed we weren't told about the 2hr 10 min. time overage, but my sister said the plane reversed course around Iceland for a while, then turned around again and got back on track, but the PHX cell lot flight tracking board never said the flight was delayed or running late. She waited for me to get out of the airport an additional 3 hours. Luggage took a LONG time to get to the staging area and we had no clue what the problem was. It seems a simple task to put the PHX luggage in one area of cargo, and luggage going on to another destination in another area so 1st off clients could get their luggage and leave. There was a lot of luggage on the carousel that didn't get picked up. Very poor on the ground crew's part. When I have been in the air for 10 - 12 hours, I want to get my luggage and get home. Customs was a breeze compared to getting my luggage. BA lost my luggage at Heathrow on the way to Prague, and on the return had problems getting luggage to the passengers WAITING at the airport. You need to address how you handle customer luggage.
