Was extremely hot on the plane. Made for an incredibly uncomfortable hour and a half flight. Many other passengers complained as well about the heat on the plane but it seemed that no one did anything throughout the flight to fix the problem.
I love the crew, they're always so funny and make it easy for us passengers to pay attention. I love the cleanliness and, honestly, the temperature. I fall asleep so quickly!

We paid extra $60 for getting the wide seats in the front. Well, I can tell that we paid for be seated on the leftovers of the previous flight. Crumbs, papers, dirt and even full size nuts over the seats. Disgusting!!!

The flight crew seems rushed and totally missed the waves and verbal cues from the lady sitting next to me. They seemed rushed and I felt bad that this lady was overlooked every time they came through to check with us for drinks, snacks, and trash collection.
Except for my "complaint," I thought the flight was fine. People were helpful boarding the play. The crew seemed friendly and chatty. I had a good seat (upgraded to the first three rows for extra expense). The monkey white wine was good and the flight attendant was witty and helpful. Thanks!
The only thing that caused me some concern was that the ATL gate on the printed ticket read 1 but the actual departure gate was 1A. At first I went to 1 and the flight information said Trenton and I didn't see the 1A or even go there to look. I found a helpful Delta service personnel who said, "Oh these people, they are never around to help the passengers. I'll help you. He went online at a kiosk in the general hallway and pulled up the flight as departing 1A. Sincere there was no way for me to know about this. I could have missed the flight. Either post someone to direct passengers OR put the correct information on the electronic ticket. Thanks.
paying for carryon luggage and the price being 45. paying for snacks and drinks thats over priced and should be free like the other airlines. seats no longer recline and you have to pay for a seat if you pick one. by the time you pay for all of it the flight costs more or about the same as thr airlines.
