Excellent food excellent services
Not prompt and boarding wasn’t great ..
The food and the attention from part of the crew were beyond excellent.

I loved the amount of attention and consoling that was given to an ailing elderly woman on my flight to Turkey! On my flight to Ghana the attendants were so gentle and provided a lot of ammenities. Oh and the hotel was an amazing experience and respite especially after the run-around at the airport. Thank you
I did not enjoy the run-around I was given in trying to find the hotel desk. “50 meters then turn left” was the anthem. All someone had to say was go outside the airport and you’ll find the hotel desk! Hehe thank you Turkish Airlines however! Thank you.
This was my first time flying Turkish Airlines and they are exceptional! The crew was very friendly and helpful and their food! It was delicious! They also have a way of making you feel like a first class passenger in economy! Will definitely fly with them again!
For a long international travel, there is nothing bad to say. They are superb!
Late into the flight there appeared to be a medical emergency taking place just a few rows ahead of me. No announcement was made; it was as though we were expected to ignore the situation. But with the lights in the cabin turned on, a small crowd gathered, and the passenger being vocal in his distress .. . a brief announcement would have been nice: Situation under control, no need to worry, flight will continue as scheduled. The passenger had a relapse a few hours later - again no acknowledgement from the crew to reassure those of us who could hear his cries of distress.

They made me sit next to a special needs person and did not warn me. I didn’t signup to keep helping the elderly.
Crew is very friendly, seats are extremely comfortable and good room overall, comfortable flight.
Hi, To be honest, it was embarrassing to serve that dish on such a major airline. Chicken with bbq sauce and corn or something like that. Was distasteful I couldn’t take more than 2 small bites.
Great crew, extensive options for entertainment, comfortable even in economy
Weather delay -- but Lufthansa made all the connection corrections prior to landing!
Flight out was delayed by four and a half hours, missed connection was a pain. Was not aware that Lufthansa changed their policy. To reserve seats you have to pay hundreds of dollars, which was not made clear while booking. Further the quality of their food was significantly degraded.
The volume controls on the tv we’re pretty poor. Was either too loud or too soft with only 5-6 volume settings.
The crew were so polite and happy!

Even though I was disappointed by not being able to get the boarding passes from Delta for Aeromexico’s connecting flight to Bogota, I had an agent greet me after customs in Mexico to issue the boarding pass so I could use the transfer flight line. Excellent service throughout the entire trip.

Flight was on time, crew was friendly, plane was clean, and boarding was painless and efficient. Food was served which was a huge plus. I appreciate having a choice of almonds for a snack.
Comfort Plus allowed us to board early, useful USB ports.
