Our gate agent was absolutely amazing. Personable, kind, and helpful. She alone makes me want to return to use Alaska Airlines.
Alaska airlines has gone from excellent to budget. Food only for purchase. Entertainment only on your devise, no headphones
Don’t fly with Alaska if you have a layover in Seattle. Guaranteed to screw you over. We waited at terminal S3 &were >2 hours delayed(mechanical issues)and told to change terminals to a different plane that required riding 3 shuttles to get to new terminal N14. Then they delayed the flight even further and changed gates again. when I went to the customer service in terminal N, the manager turned me away without apologizing & refused to assist me but mandated I leave her alone as her shift is nearly finished and insisted I totake another 2 shuttles to terminal C so I can just talk to another service rep while dragging my family of 4/ kids in tow.
Everything was good. Please have a wheat free option for snacks in the future.
Not delay for a few passengers. That was uncalled for. If idiots can't make the flight on time thats their fault. Why should I be punished for them? No more holding the plane for one or two people
How can I review what was denied to me. Instead of offering to let me pay for the ticket I got booted of my flight with no way home and no choice but to purchase another ticket for 12 hours later. Filing a complaint with the DOT
The flight was good, there were no problems at all. The only thing that was very disappointing was how filthy the bathroom was, it was discussing.
The leg room is way too small for my 6’ husband.
Alaska Airlines is horrible. They notified 30 minutes before boarding that they needed to reroute my flight, causing a 22 hour layover and 42 hour travel experience they could have been avoided if they adequately informed me when I did online checking, 24 hours in advance, that I would need to reroute. This would have avoided a horrible experience if they truly demonstrated customer care
besides flight cancellation due to over boarding - diverted flight and lost baggage - no customer support whatsoever and 2 months of traveling lost
Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.
Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.
There could have been better food options in economy on the long 7hr trip from IAH to AM.
Great experience. Boarding was fast, staff were very nice and funny, everything at the seat worked well.

It was good, although we could not get our preferred seats, we did enjoy the whole experience from Costa Rica. I still don't understand why our luggage is not the first to come out at the band.
Movie selection is good. Crew did not understand mileage program and were no help. Sick later. Food?
I love United was disappointed we had a two hour delay, however the Pilot did say safety first.
Since when do I have to pay for my checked bag? I have a United Explorer mileage plus silver card and I was charged for my checked bags. This also is an international flight. So I would like an explanation to be clear before I choose an airline please?
Boarding was terrible. My wife uses a wheel chair and she was in an incredibly hot closed metal cargo box for close to 20 minutes before getting on board
