The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

Everything from the price to online checkin and the flight being on time to the crew and food was very good. The comfort level is fine--the seats are very close to each other in Economy. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Overall a good experience, the flight was on time, the crew very attentive and friendly. However the seats are too cramped, there is no space, and as soon as the person in front reclines the seat, it's literally in your face.

There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.

Not exceptional but all good. Business class seats are like the domestic Mint class on Jet Blue. Comfortable but not exceptional. Food is good but not superb. Flight attendants were better on India leg than Miami to Zurich. All India staff was more professional and service oriented. Very polite and service with a smile.

Luggage did not make it to Miami still not today! Screen did not work for couple hours- got a bate of chocolate as a peaceful offering. Crew tentative, seats are getting smaller- isle seat arm rest foes not fold- problem getting other 2 passengers to go to the toilet without hitting themselves

Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

Two flights,both poor. No entertainment. Cramped and uncomfortable seats, little space, the rest was OK. Staff were acceptable good.

One problem, but a serious one - the plane is built with electric windows that tint dark to reduce light. Sitting next to the window is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE as it emits so much HEAT in the face when tinted.

Your app is impossible to use. I couldn't load it. Then i couldn't open it. When i finally got both those things done -with much help -then i couldn't open the app to install a credit card. The upshot was 4 flights without access to food or drink. When i first tried to download united app some company called starlier opened instead and i would up signing up for some 49 dollar a month music service which i still have not been able to cancel.

It was delayed several hours which delayed our connection in Denver. Not happy.

No in flight entertainment, gate employees were very quick and impatient, plane was uncomfortable

Awful…flight was delayed more than 12hrs, missed all connections to Fort Wayne, IN, had to get flight to another city 2 hours from my destination, flight was again delayed by 40 mins because they did not have enough fuel, again missed a connection, finally arrived in Indiana at 11pm…but before my 2 hour drive home, ay, no Five That Our Luggage Never Made On The plane and Still In Chicago

Seats are way too snug for my hip to knee ratio and the recline on the seat in front of me made my experience worst. My legs had no room at all. Not a plane for people 6 ft or over unless you fly first class.

The plane was delayed coming in and on the tarmac. I was coming from another flight so it made for a very long day. The stewardess kept trying to slam the overhead bins closed and I was worried that she had damaged my new luggage. They ran out of snacks and lccdsddd me a hummus box which was nice. It took them a very long time to pick up the garbage so I could not go to the washroom and had little time. To prepare for disbarment. The TV system was hard to control from the armrest and picture wasn’t clear. The crew did apologize several times for the lateness. It took the Denver airport an unusually long time to de-ice the plane.

The Palm Springs to Chicago O’Hare was on Time and Palm Springs airport is easier navigate. As our connection was only an approximately 50 minutes, we asked staff for insights for the Chicago airport in terms of transferring into the other terminal from which our flight left, and they were unhelpful. However, the United App was very helpful in terms of notifications and even providing directions. The Chicago to Detroit flight was significantly delayed which we all know does happen. However, there were very few updates or notifications as to why this was happening when we would actually arrive. It took nearly 30 minutes for bags to make it to baggage claim. We arrived nearly 1 hour late on a 40 minute flight.

You could have been ON TIME! And I was miffed because I spent an extra $82 to get my seat and the steward put a woman from the back in my aisle for nothing because her movies wouldn’t work. I’ll try that next time and save $82!

It was great to check carryon luggage at no charge when there was no room for ours. A hidden benefit of having low-tier tickets. Also great to stay off plane as long as possible. Airline gave us seats we wanted on this last leg, again at no charge.

It was good. They ran out of snacks, which we didn't get the first time through. Free movie selection was great. Glad my husband had extra headphones with him. Airplane was still cramped, but we survived. I had to squish between him and another man. I'm glad I was smaller than them, but still tight.

The crew could have been more gentle passing thru the isles rather than violently hitting/bumping into isle-side seats. They were always running through the isle.

Well you cancelled our direct flight to Austin from Toronto granted you got us on another flight but sent us to Denver then onto Austin delaying our arrival time in Austin by 7 hrs I was flying with 3 other people none of us were happy with our Air Canada experience

Nothing can please you when you leave with five hours delay and boarding the airplane twice.

I would highly recommend Air candidate to anyone that wants to fly and enjoy the experience. The crew is friendly. The seating was comfortable all the amenities you would want were available.

No food provided and the tickets are expensive. At least provide a snack, it is a 4.5 hr flights for 600 dollars. Snack would be welcomed.

Terrible. We waited for over an hour to get our bags. After a 14 hour flight is was extremely frustrating

This is my second time taking Air Canada‘s non stop flight from Sarasota to Toronto. The flight lands much later than it has in previous years which I don’t like and both times it’s been delayed. I spoke to other passengers and they have had the same experience with this flight almost always being delayed. Also they force passengers from zone 4 and up to check their carry on bag as there isn’t enough over head space on full flights.

The first class flight itself was first class, however getting to the airport and getting through the airport was agony. The BA flight sat on the taxiway for ages and caused us to miss our connecting flight which meant half a day lost. Our return flight on BA was cancelled so a dawn flight was made and we lost another half day. Goodby BA

Crew was more interested on looking at their phones than welcoming passengers during boarding.

The FA told me that the dinner was vegetable curry which turned out to be vegetarian (tofu) which I don’t care for but that was the only disappointing part of my trip.

Leg room was better than expected. Lavatory’s were easy to access.crew was grea!

The flight was good the crew excellent…but take off delayed three hours!!!

Lost one checked bag.and wasted 30min waiting and filing missing baggage report. Very unsatisfied.

The layover time was barely 1.30 hrs and the security clearance sucks. I almost missed my flight but for the help of a manger. She held the flight for me. My baggage did not arrive. The entertainment did not work, I had to switch my seat 3 times for different issues. The travel was not fun

We have business class seats from Los Angeles to London. The crew is friendly and provided great service. The flight was very comfortable and very smooth. Will use this airlines again in the future.
