The food was good. Most the staff was pleasant. The flight would be drastically improved with WiFi on a long international flight.

Each flight we took was late with little or no updates or information.
All the flight to USA were arranged to E terminal whereas from Dubrovnik arriving on Zurich is on A80, have to walk all the way from A to E, even need transfer bus , for short transfer time like in an hour, we have to work fast, as soon as arrived at E, it is about time to boarding, pretty tight schedule, I hope Zurich airport can make some rearrangement so that transfer people do not have to walk long way. For short transfer time people, such as 50 min, this is even impossible if still like this.
The flight was generally good but was delayed departure meant a very late arrival for a connecting flight.

The cushion of the seats are old and very thin. The food can be more tasty or come with salt packages

All flight attendants could benefit by taking an international flight on Qantas Airline. Qantas attendants are much more hospitable in every way. Much superior than and attendants on any US airline.

The pork noodles were disgusting. The tuna sandwich had hardly any tuna and the bread was stale. A salad would have been better. An apple or a muffin.
Did not happen. After being late over and hour we had to embark and get rescheduled . I got my hotel voucher 1:36 am !!!! . The flight was cancelled past 10pm. I had to pay for my hotel and camp the next day till 23:30 for flight to london. Then change airport and pay myself for transportation to Gatwick airport. Never again I will use your services. Unfortunately I have to come back.
