Comfort, don't think I will fly United again not worth the money to be packed in like a sardine.

From Freetown to Monrovia was good. Leaving the USA was terrible because all my connections flights got delayed.

They were fast and I like how they used to entertainment system to play video about the safety.

They never clean the toilet, and the food is worse

Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.

Crew was great (professional, attentive, prompt). Snacks for 4 hrs flight is deplorable.

No plug in for phones. I met a few fun passengers and beverage service was very friendly.

Seated dude next to me even though lots of empty rows. But main thing was we sat on the tarmac after landing for 30 minutes because of, in the words of the dude who sat next to me, “operational incompetence”. We got changing directions about where to pick up gate checked bags. Pilot and flight attendant were awesome though.

Very good. Because of the delays with my previous flight, I missed my connection, but I was able to book another flight through the United app easily.
