The Polaris experience is top notch. From departure lounge to arrival lounge. Everything was top notch. One of the best first class experience

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

More storage space and leg room, but all-in-all a wonderful experience.

Seats in economy were VERY tight for such a long flight. Food was pretty good, flight attendants were fine, it was just pretty uncomfortable.

It was terrible because the flight was delayed for 3 hours.

The food needs to be improved, up to the standard of the people and the accommodation.

Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!

Because there were games on the TV on the back of my chair, the person behind kept hitting the screen for hours and there was nothing I could do about it

I liked being upgraded to first class. The flight was a redeye, so I did sleep most of it.
