Internet didn’t work for this leg either. The seat was fine but didn’t have seatback screen, which I knew when I booked it. The biggest letdown is Deltas new policy on beverage/snack service not being served for flights less than 350 miles. I know this is a cost cutting measure, but how much does it really cost to give a drink and a snack for inflated airfare? I really am surprised that with Delta Comfort they don’t provide beverage/snack service given these seats cost extra to purchase. Really need to reconsider this, even if it’s for the Delta Comfort and above.
I am a die hard Delta flyer, but they missed it on this flight. It was on their very dated 717-200 aircraft, which I knew when I booked it so I knew it wouldn’t have seatback screens. However, the internet was awful and it wouldn’t even send texts a lot of the time, much less even connect to the delta app. It was also very hot while in the air, which never happens. What was even more disappointing is that the crew only gave me cheezits and a beverage, even though I was in Delta Comfort. The main cabin fare gets these items. I didn’t get any kind of improved snacks and that was unacceptable. The crew wasn’t very visible at all either. If this was my first delta flight, it would be my last. I am just going to assume it was a one-off flight.
Flight attendant was very poor in taking care or showing attention. I slept up front for a few and missed the snacks. She saw me many times, went by me many times and never once asked if I needed anything. The whole 2 hours flight. And this is to a Diamond member in first.
The seats were really comfortable. Flight crew were friendly with passengers. Overall was a great flight.

Unfortunately I was stuck next to someone who should have purchased 2 seats instead of taking up their space and mine. I couldn’t move the entire 3+ hour flight. Very uncomfortable flight.
More extra space was awesome. Even though I was on the first groups to board, bin compartments were already occupied by passengers seated on other seat numbers. That is unacceptable.
Crew went over and above to be helpful. Plane had mechanical problems that caused us to depart late.
The flight was excellent, I recommend people to fly with Delta
When we enter the airplane there were many water drops falling from the ceiling all the way long to the seat , and when it departs were even more over us getting the hair wet , and later on was too hot , the A/C not work well.
AA was a very good experience. The employees are wonderful
Am still mad at American airlines. You should know it's us travel nurses who are your customers and you treat us like nonsense it's not ok. American airlines took my money, no refund for whatsoever. A trip that was of 466 and I paid 466 and 833 then they chose for me where to sit and refund my seat choices and gave me expensive seats for 79 USD. Kayak doesn't help at all after booking you are on your own. Skyscanner is better
We had a very pleasant flight with very comfortable seats and nice staff.
Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight
Seems every time I fly American airlines they switch gates and terminals and I always have to run to make my connection. American airlines flights are always delayed departing and arriving .
My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.

If we travel with carry on expected to being able to carry the luggage. Could be good if take in consideration the date of reservation to do that
Uncomfortable seats at row 40 A and 40 C, they didn’t recline. Also, my prior seat selection was not honored.
No foot service or entertainment. Just a Trip from one place to the other. Not much different that a bus ride except it is faster and more expensive.
