The flight was on time and arrived early. The crew were friendly and helpful.

I take this flight about 6-8 times per year. It is convenient and saves an hour or two by skipping PDX, SEA, PHX, or ORD (but it takes longer to get bags to the carousel than Alaska Airlines). I wish the food service were better (but they might cut back on it because it is a red-eye). The WifI seems to go down about an hour out of Anchorage, and then comes back about an hour later...so be warned if this is an issue for you.

this plane was really old, had exit row seats and tray was in arm of seat so super uncomfortable to use. another seat they could t even use the tray it was broke. seat i. front of me had duct tape on it cause seat was ripped open... this plane should either be updated or retired.

the trip to madrid was uncomfortable with my legs touching the seat in front of me

Pretty good. The food was just mediocre, the boarding and crew were good.

Our flight was 1.5 hours delayed. There was no weather for the inbound flight, so I don't understand why. This meant a VERY late arrival and only a quick nap before my morning flight.

Delayed because of weather in Nashville. I think God or some higher power generally has cursed me when it comes to flying out of Charlotte on American. I'm delayed pretty much everytime. We need Team Cobra Kai types to come in and "sweep the leg(s)" of the Charlotte ops people on principle. Don't let the sweet southern rocking chairs fool you, Charlotte is a sinkhole

This flight didn’t happen because AA agents didn’t let us board the flight

This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH AMERICAN AIRLINES IF YOU HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL NEEDS. Great flight, crew etc. it wasn’t full so had space to stretch out Only downside was there was no GF option for my partner. We booked through American and it was a Qantas flight so despite contacting both airlines to confirm, she didn’t have a gluten free meal for the 16 hour flight (nor the flight in the other direction). The flight attendants did their best to accommodate but it was not super substantial.
