Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again

Some entertainment and food/snack service would have been nice

All the pessengers should be wait in a line útil the creo and piloto are arrived.

Planes seat could be bigger very uncomfortable for tall humans.

Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico

1 hour waiting for suitcases to come out traveling in business class and food in business class is a sandwich? Avoid Aeromexico .

Business class was economy with a table in the middle seat. That is worse than economy. No food and no entertainment. Very poor representation.

Newer plane with large seats. No meal, but snacks were plentiful. Inflight entertainment was good but movies were dated.

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.

This is the Spirit of Latino travel. And don’t even get me started on customer service.

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

Awful. I checked in online and there was no option to pay for baggage, at the airport when I checked in my baggage was received and Iwas not charged. When I got to LA during the boarding process I was told I didn't pay for baggage, the crew resolved I was let in the plane. When I got to my final destination my baggage was not there. It took me two days to receive my baggage. Bad service ever!

I flew with my service dog unfortunately they didn’t allow it to flight on the canine, but ok, the only problem was that when I arrived to Quito it took 1 hour to deliver my dog, they were supposed to deliver it the moment we get off the airplane.

Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.

I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.

Ac was broken so we deplaned, waited 2 hours, taxiing for takeoff they said the plane would not fly so we went back to the gate and got a new plane which took another hour. In all a 4 hour delay for an 80 min flight.

Was as expected. Good leg room on planes - much appreciated.

The flight crew was really wonderful, incredibly helpful as well as patient. I was able to watch entertainment on my phone but didn't have access to my headphones and I didn't want to bother the flight attendants. The food wasn't an issue for me because I am a vegan and brought my own food on board. The flight left on time and arrived ahead of schedule. It was overall a good flight.

Terrible, oxygen masks were deployed mid-flight. We returned to airport. Took additional 12 hours to get home.

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

Food choice is limited, entertainment better than average, seat leg room terrible

Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.

Ground crew forced me to double pay for infant international charges, when I complained about this and told them, with proof, I already paid they threaten to not allow me on the plane because I was “being rude”. Horrible ground management, horrible airline.

Do a bit better with n first class offer some real food and pillows

I paid just under 200 for flight and luggage, then paid 200 to change the flight, then paid 100 for a carry on. Then the cancelled the flight. Of the 500 I spent they refunded 250. I bought a delta flight for 270 never flew with spirit, but spirit kept 250, not even refunding the 100 for the carry on though they cancelled the flight (for weather on a day with only a slight rain ).

Flights are great except for the ticketing service on the terminal.. Too little employees taking care for lots of flights.

the landing was terrible. the plane touched down and had take off. the plane flew around and landed a second time.i understand the weather might of been the problem. It was a scary experience and no explanation from the captain.

Smooth flight flight attendants were extremely helpful kind friendly. I had Glenn he was by far the most outgoing

The flight was over two hours delayed from Honduras and over 3 hours delayed from the connecting flight. Ridiculous!!!

Flight on time, crew gave great service, clean and updated plane.

Our flight was changed from a direct flight at 7am to 10pm the night before with a 9 hr layover which we had 24 hr notice and then had to pay for a hotel room. I asked for one free carry on for the inconvenience and they said no.

Very bad. Plane delayed. Crew not nice. Luggage weight limit is 40lbs and they overcharge for over weight

I liked the customer service but I disliked the airfare I paid. Prices of drinks could be somewhat less expensive.

Notsure if it was an issue with the airline or Guatemala Int airport, but boarding information, times posted, and boarding to aircraft where contadicting n confusing - relied on gate airline staff n fellow travelers.

The flight was cancelled 2 time as. The airline was stranded me in Guatemala with no solution.
