I was flying business class, and the French fellow passengers were super noisy. It was not a comfortable flight. And the crew was not helpful.
Seats were awful. Media should have been included for such a long flight.
Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.
We were in transit from Lima (flight at 1.10am) and we were in stand by in our flight from Panama to Washington. We wait from 4.30 am to 18.30pm in the Airport. The company give us 2 x 15 dollars for eat during the day and a personnal travel voucher of 400 dollars each. Do they buy food one time something in the Airport ??? And one of us live in France so the voucher is not usable. More than 24 hours travel !! And our place were near the toilets, with 8 children around us. The boy behind my seat stamped his feet on my back all the flight. Really Wonder full ! So we are totally unhappy with our travel. Thanks Copa Airlines....

Check in person said there would be lunch. We were first class passengers and lunch was chips.

Boarding was a complete mess. The whole system went down. People got wrong seat for the first half an hour.
Cree was organized and pleasant. Plane had good seating but as it’s a shuttle toilets hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned (eg. bins too full)
It’s been awhile since I have traveled on United. I, along with my family who were on the flight noted how smoothly everything went . Boarding, flight crew and service was excellent.
We had to wait almost an hour for the wheelchair porter to be ready to pick up my mother. And when she arrived in Newark airport the porter was not there and she started walking with her cane and her poor mobility. When the Newark porter found her they didn't want to transfer her bags to the wheelchair for her.
Cabin crew was very friendly, requests were satisfied promptly and cheerfully, and the cabin was reasonably clean when I boarded. The United lounges at Newark and Heathrow are always well-run and comfortable, especially Newark. I look forward to the new lounge that will be part of the rebuild of Terminal 2 at Heathrow.
Like all other airlines United makes you pay for everything. Like everyone, you have to pay for checking in a bag on top of your already expensive ticket. Hence no one does it and we all show up with our luggage at boarding which forces the company to push people to drop their luggage as there is no space. Well, that delays the boarding process a d generates frustrated passengers who lashes out on the poor crew. Please go back to the simple past: charge my original ticket 30 dollars more and make one bag check in included (even in basic economy). I won't even see the difference on price but will definitely notice the beauty of having the chance to ship my luggage !
All went fine. Boarding was efficient, staff was really friendly, and we were kept up to date on any changes to our itinerary. My only note for improvement is that on this particular plane, the recline in economy class was negligible. I know it's a coach seat, but I had another UA flight (SFO to BWI) and the seat was more comfortable with better recline.

One of my suitcases was left in Frankfurt during the layover. The suitcase arrived the next day so, I had to get a cab to drive me for over 200 kilometers to go back to the airport to pickup the suitcase. After I picked up the suitcase and left the airport, I realized that one of the wheels of the suitcase is broken. When I tried to submit a complaint, the system did not allow me to do that because I have to do it at the airport and I have only three days to submit the complaint. Given that I am staying 200 kilometers away from the airport, I am not going to go back again to the airport to submit the complaint about the suitcase. I spent all that money on airline tickets to go to Algeria to be on vacation not to go back and forth for 200 kilometers between where I am staying and the airport.
Flight was delayed. Connecting flight left 5 people - pulled away from the gate 10 min early with no connection options until the next day !!!
Delayed flight led to missed connection which led to new flight with 3 hours of delay so our family of 5 went from a 7pm arrival time to 1am Absolutely terrible yet again.
Little time between flight from Dallas to flight to Gainesville. We chose this one, 43 minutes between, because the price for a connection with at least an hour between, was so much higher. Had to ask passengers on the Dallas flight to please allow us to deplane ahead of them. The economy passengers allowed this. We had to walk very fast to the next gate, 35 gates away. Thankfully all in the same terminal. Getting to the small Gainesville plane was a little confusing as you enter an area that is boarding many small planes at the same time. We stood in the wrong line for about 15 seconds before realizing it was not our Gainesville flight. Since I had boarded at this gate in the past, I knew to check the signs carefully so we weren’t lost. The first class seat experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed the upgrade. We were offered an alcohol drink as soon as we sat down. I got something different but it was a great gesture especially since we really had to hurry to make the flight. We had packed expecting we might miss this connection, but made it. Our luggage didn’t miss the flight. American Airlines delivered our bags to our home the next day. That was very convenient!

Fourth consecutive trip that American has run so far behind they disrupted the days travel entirely. No more American Aieli ea. time to try delta.
Internet service was erratic. Crew service was poor and slow. My luggage on this non-stop flight was lost and not recovered
Attendants were rude. Scowling. Seats were miserable and we paid extra.
I can say I will not be taking this airline again any time soon. Seat were uncomfortable and too tight. Lack of chair screen and little overhead space.
The boarding experience was chaotic. I was group 2. Immediately after calling group 2 they immediately called groups 3 & 4. There was no benefit to being group 2 as I was boarding after people in group 4.

Gate changes 30 minutes before boarding was a real inconvenience. Especially since it was from Terminal A to C. This is the second time this has happened on our trips within a month of each other

Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.

The flight was delayed 14 hours and communication was very poor. No one seemed to know what was happening and the gate agent was trying to help people for several flights. She was by herself trying to help 100s of people.
Even though the weather made a lot of flights become cancelled Jet Blue made the flight that was supposed to leave at 9 pm and we left at 12:15 am and I was so grateful- Thanks to the Senior Jet Blue Staff who made those decisions
My flight got delayed and eventually canceled, then rescheduled. I and several others had a connection from Boston to Paris and asked several times if we would make it. They assured us we would and then rebooked us mid flight without our consent and closed doors early even though they said they communicated we were a bit delayed. We got stranded in Boston and I opted with being rebooked for a different connection to France since they refused to pay for a Hotel. I've now been in Europe for 5 days and still haven't recieved my bags. There was absolutely no urgency for the fact that I'm in a foreign country with absolutely no change of clothes or any of my medication. Such an overwhelming and frustrating experience.
No WiFi No TV Bag of chips I guess it could be worse.

Flight departure late. Got late in Colombia making us take a different flight next day. Avianca airport crew messed up my ticket so when a I got in Brazil I didn’t have a ticket for my destination. Had to buy a new ticket out of my pocket.
Wasn’t able to take the trip and no one could help me with a refund or rescheduling
Terrible Business cabin from GRU to BOG. I also flew from BOG to CUN on Premium seat, another disappointment. Not even water is offered for free! Avianca should be ashamed about this poor service.
