Excellent except WiFi is a Must on Biz class 10 hour flight ! Didn’t work entire flight. SW doesn’t do that.

Boarding was a mad rush as people still had issues with boarding passes and groups 3- 7 were asked to board when travelers were still stuck behind the document check. Food was one of the worst I’ve ever had in an Economy flight. The crew was very friendly though

Flight was fine - however my husband's checked in case was damaged, and mine still has not arrived

The pilot was professional and very good. The flight crew, very young and often looked flustered and overwhelmed. The seats were among the most uncomfortable in the air. The boarding somewhat chaotic. The price reasonable. Overall it was an average budget airline experience...although Iberia is not a budget airline. I fear if Iberia doesn't up it's game customers like us will go elsewhere.

30 minutes still don't have gate number, ask many people can't get answer.

For what we are willing to pay for international air travel, our experience was very good. We had no problem checking in, we had very little wait time at the AA counter in Madrid, and the staff in Madrid were very helpful. The flight crew was helpful and courteous, the plane was on the newer side, and our assigned seats were together without us needing to purchase them. The flight took off on time and arrived early. Overall, it was a pleasant experience or as much as could be expected in economy for almost 10 hours.

Flight to get to Barcelona was cancelled and then the next flight was overbooked. Cancelled the entire trip and went elsewhere. Fighting with iberia to get my money back. Ill never book this carrier again!

We were delayed 2 hours because the crew was late. They need better planning by the crew, we had to sit in uncomfortable seats waiting for them.

Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor
