Very nice staff , good in-flight entertainment and food/snacks. Our luggage didn’t make it on the way there, but picking up luggage at the airport was a straightforward process.

Hated every minute of it. This flight should have only taken 1.5hrs but was delayed over 10hours. Now I am being told I cannot be compensated or refunded my ticket price or extra leg room, which I purchased but did not receive, because the airline is throwing the blame on the 3rd party I purchased tickets through and 3rd party putting the blame on airline. No one wants to help. They received their money and that's all they care about. Im going on 3 days of still trying to get to my final destination, had to cancel car rental, car insurance and hotel. Currently staying in airport until hotels open up. Thank you Lufthansa, Kayak, Underpricer and United for making this trip the worst ever.

the flight from Tampa departed with a delay. The food on board was poor, usually on international airlines alcoholic beverages are offered free of charge , but here it was for a fee, the cutlery was wooden, there were no hot drinks (tea, coffee). Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the portions of food, but it wouldn't have been enough for a child either.And in the future, I will try not to use the services of this airline

Flight from CLT to DUS via MUC ticketed by United Airlines and operated by Lufthansa. 2nd leg of flight from MUC to DUS was cancelled and no notification provided. At check in , Lufthansa agents at airport were unable to locate record and wanted us to contact United Airlines directly.

Boarding went well, staff was friendly. Food was not goods at all. I had ordered vegan meal. The seat I picked didn’t have storage area in the front and so had to put my small back pack at the top.my flight to Bangalore from Munich, the tv was broken so I got complimentary wifi which never worked. Food there too wasn’t good. I had paid extra for the seats. The only good thing is that the fact we have a flight direct from Charlotte to Bangalore with one stop in Munich!

6 plus hour delay with no explanation. No wheelchairs to transport us on arrival. Very disappointed.

Plane was good but was delayed. probably not AA fault but caused a 1 hour delay. Seating was cramped.

Gossipy flight attendants talked the whole flight about bar hopping and dating.

Il y a eu 2 heures de retard, ce qui n' a pas permis de prendre la correspondance prévue. L'absence d'information claire et précise a entraîné des tergiversations avec les autres compagnies et a failli entraîner un retard encore plus conséquent. Seul un renseignement de l'aéroport de Francfort a permis de trouver une solution. Au final, c'est avec plus de 4 heures de retard ( 9h50 heure arrivée initiale, 13h50 arrivée finale) que notre fils et son ami sont arrivés. Cette différence s'expliquant uniquement par la responsabilité de la compagnie aérienne. Une indemnisation est-elle envisagée. Cordialement Mme Giraudo

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

2 hours late, because they gave our assigned plane to another flight and left us with one needing maintenance!

It was a short flight on small plane. We luckily had the first row after 1st class so lots of legroom. No complaints.

I have traveled with American for decades since I am based in Dallas, it is rare that I do not use them. I upgrade or I get upgraded to business class regularly. I notice the difference in the crews based on when they take drink orders. Before we take off or waiting until we are 20,000 feet up. This crew was exceptional. We had two people working business class while the plane loaded and everyone was served before takeoff. The attention to detail by the crew was exceptional. All I had to do was look up and eye contact was made and I received what I asked for. This is truly why I fly American. There are some routes where the crew do the very least and some that are exceptional. This was certainly service that other crews should strive for.

The announcements for loading at the gate for my flight from Phoenix to Mex City was all in Spanish. The English only speaking flyers had no idea the plane was loading.

Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

An average flight experience. For our transatlantic portion, they provided a main meal and two snacks. However, the food was not very tasty and the drinks far too small and infrequent for such a long flight. The regrettable part of the flight was that the toilets were extremely filthy. I feel this is unacceptable.

Both flights were delayed. I lost my connection on the way back. No voucher or anything was givenx I had business ticket and no support to make it on time. I got to the door running 5 min after they close. Food really bad. Breakfast in business was worst that I what I remember in economy. Even though I have accumulated many miles, I don’t think Inwill keep buying Iberia. I am a frequent business traveler.

Appalling! The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty.

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

Everything was fantastic except the Iberia website and app… they left a lot of questions and induced much stress. But once on the plane, all was awesome.

I liked that the seat belt fit so I did not have to ask for an extension.

They changed our seats on us and ended up giving us the last row in Business class. We added wheel chair service and did not get it at any of the airports. My mom had to walk everywhere which was just unbelievable that they didn't provide this service. Just terrible

The Air Canada agents in Newark are the best in the system!

As usual with Air Canada, being on schedule would be nice. Tv kept shutting off and having to reset it by staff every time. Irritating.

They canceled my flight last minute, no hotel provided and they rescheduled Sunday night, hope they refunded some money

I arrived to check in at Budapest airport to discover the My flight had been voided and ended up purchasing a new ticket at Budapest airport 2 hours before my flight for $2,000 US$ Total BS, I called Canada Air for an explanation and was told that this happens because the purchase was suspicious 🤨 really ? It was also explained after the fact that an email was sent to me, this is also incorrect! To add insult to the situation i was told by air Canada that i could have repurchased the same ticket at the airport? Really you tell me this after? Very disappointing
