No neck rest for head on seat. Entertainment system was slow to respond and had problems throughout the flight (needed to be reset by crew). Overall just an old and outdated plane, which was terrible for an international flight - especially the longest of my 3 legs home. Once again, entertainment was far too limited. Only one recent hit movie, which I already watched in my 1st flight during the 16 hour journey."

My friend booked the flight and even she didn't realize 1c was business class. I had a wonderful flight back to LAX in 1c. The crew was special as well. I would fly TACA over Spirit to Latin America whenever possible, that's for sure! I also found it kind of curious how the passengers from El Salvador to Miami on this flight were rather snobish and conceited. It almost felt as if we were flying on a higher-end airline like LAN or United."

Did not expect to have to go through full security (pat-down; open carry-ons and dig through) when going from one gate directly across to another for the connection. Realize that this was not the fault of Avianca, but they made up for it by waiting for us! BONUS! Thank you!!"

How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."

Then when they rebooked our connection on a British Airways flight, BA couldn't pull up the tickets and we wasted yet another hour while Virgin Atlantic and Delta both passed the buck as to who was responsible for correcting it so we could get on our rebooked flight, which we BARELY did with only 2 minutes to spare!"

Ground crew airport check in at the Delta counter and at the Boarding gate was helpful and efficient. However request for Special Assistance in Toronto was poorly handled. We did not accept the conditions offered to us as one wheel chair operator had to push 3 passengers and I had to wait for him to return to me after two people were brought to their gates. My Husband had to wheel me in to my gate."

The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. You people clearly do not deserve it. You are still in the stone age when it comes to professionalism which requires total honesty, a quality which your luggage handlers consider to be dispensable. If this is the case with booking through third party sites, I won't do this again."

I normally make a point to take window seats because it's the only comfortable option for me. Because I was cammed into the remaining seats on the plane, I was stuck in middle seats for both legs of my flight and forced to squish my shoulders in (even in the 'comfort plus' seats). Now my back hurts for it."

Cons: "The tickets we paid for back in August of 2017 were bought for a direct flight. When checking in for our flight back to JFK on March 18th, they told us there were no seats available. They then put us on a connecting through Orlando, all of us had to sit separately now. We had to each spent money we did not intend to use for this vacation on food since our day was well extended beyond expected and parking fees for keeping our car at JFK longer. Once arrived in Orlando, two out of the four of us missed our flight to JFK because they gave us the wrong boarding passes and because we are students in college, lost multiple hours of studying tonight. We had to then work with Delta who was kind enough to find us a flight multiple hours later. Like said before, this split our group up and caused multiple difficulties. We will never fly Copa again. They believe a $400 Copa airlines voucher is justifiable for what happened but it is not. I’ll never fly with them again for this inconvenience so a voucher doesn’t do anything."

Con mi esposa perdimos el vuelo a San Fco el 26 de dic 2017 por estar esperando en la gate del ticket. Era otra!"
Cons: "When you select the meal options in advance through the Copa Airlines site the phrasing of those ptions is not very clear and I was stuck with a choice I didn’t want (“meal with fruits” - it was pretty confusing in English or Spanish - while I assumed perhaps the dessert items would be substituted with fruit, instead they brought me a pretty mediocre fruit platter). They said there was no way to change this. Copa airlines personnel at Panama airport actually were kind of rude about it."

Cons: "Coming back from Guatemala, we had a stop in Costa Rica, which was longer than they said. They mentioned 15 minutes but was more than 30 minutes. I think they just should be honest, then the passengers would not complain. If they had to drop off passengers and get another group in, it was obvious that would take more than 15 minutes."

Once everyone was seated I was told plane was full and no seat left. When we arrived to N.Y. one of our suitcases did not arrived. It is now Sat. and still no suitcase. We contacted Copa and suitcase will be Fedex on sure when it will arrive"

Though, me and the AA rep., had to cross-run about a mile up and down the escalators at terminal 8 , my baggage was left behind and did not make a transfer to FinnAir 6. At final destination I was asked to file a lost baggage claim. If not the initial flight from Logan, everything should go smoother."

The attendant couldn't have been less helpful. I joined a line to check in with a counter clerk. The counter positions were seriously understaffed. The clerks seemed to be working quite slowly and were quite unconcerned about the growing line. I'm glad I checked in early for my flight!"
Pros: "I like that they let a 70-yo wobbly old man hobble the length of plane to get some hot tea because there's no climate control i the air craft, and let the poor old man hobble back by himself juggling the hot tea in his hand and trying his best not to fall. Plus I truly admire one of the air stewardess's ability to chew gum - she was chewing vigorously throughout the 7-hour long flight. Amazing."

I drove 5.5 hours to another city to catch a flight to Europe, believing my return ticket was valid as AA first told me, only later to learn they cancelled it. Thanks to AA, I currently I have no return ticket. Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."

Last, after I ate the food served on board, I went to the bathroom twice, I took I modicum before!!!!"

The staff at the airport gate wasn't helpful at all, they offer no emotional support but asked us to "make a complaint in baggage reclaim". There, the staff was a little more helpful and gave us a new stroller (very small, not close to ours, but we used it anyway). I had to call many times until I reach a spanish speaker that showed concern for our problem and finally found our stroller and sent it to our hotel."

I was placed on 2 other flights with 2 other airlines and wasn't notified until AFTER I was already checking in with another airline (this is also after calling the airlines regarding the cancellation, several hours before heading to the airport). Worst experience. Do not recommend."

My first luggage was delivered quickly, the 2nd luggage arrived 3 days after we arrived home."

Cons: "The trip to Dublin two weeks or so before was not as comfortable as I was assigned a seat in the very last row on the aisle which meant that even if I was able to fall asleep, I would have been jostled repeatedly by people using the lavatories in the back of the plane. Also those seats do not fully recline and if they are going to charge more for other seats in the plane, then they should be charging less for those seats which offer less space and on the aisles, unintended bumping by fellow passengers walking through tight aisles."

Pros: "I've only used United a handful of times between London and New York. They've been okay. The worst flight was on an older plane that felt like it'd been built in 1975, and the entertainment was rubbish. The staff however are always pleasant and accommodating. Their service was just as good on my heavily delayed return flight, and managed to handle the tired, short fused customers with aplomb. Hats off to them."
Cons: "My return flight from EWR to LHR was delayed by 4.5hours. Initially it was a 20minute delay; then we boarded the plane, only to sit still for an hour due to technical difficulties. Then we were delayed by another 30 minutes. Then we were asked to leave the plane as a replacement jet was required. It was meant to take 15 minutes, when it actually took at least 1.5 hours. It was a 6.10pm flight, and we boarded the new plane at 9.30pm. We eventually jetted off at 10.30pm. I'de received 10 text messages stating each each rescheduled/delayed departure time. Sadly, it's the worst flight I've ever had. I ended up 3.5 hours late for work, missed an important business meeting. Shame."
