Pros: "Very confusing going through security."
Cons: "Not being delayed at takeoff. We didn’t have enough time, as it was, to catch our flight to Boston and had to run to catch our flight. The scanners at passport control were also a problem."

When we arrived at Logan airport, we were told by TAP the flight is overbooked, but there is a chance we will get seats. We did get seats at the last moment, always kept abreast by TAP representatives. The flight was a non-stop flight, leaving at 6 PM arriving by 6 AM, far better than the connections with changes the day before."

Cons: "The flight was late boarding and late arriving in Munich. I had a connecting flight to make and that was a harrowing experience. I had no precedence offers the other passengers in deplaning. I was given no help in making my connecting flight. I had to queue up for border control. I had to go up and down numerous escalators. I was stopped by a policeman asking for papers which I had already given to border control. I had to take a train and change terminals. My connecting flight was departing from the farthest gate possible in the terminal. I was running the entire time, and I barely made it. Had I not been running, I would have missed my connection."

Cons: "Expect to pay $85 euro for a carry on bag that they will ask you to check in. This is our returning trip with the same set of bags for the round trip to Paris. At the gate we were asked to check in the other carry on bag which we bought right before the trip making sure it fit the new small size req. Still that was put into check-in. We ended up with no carry on luggages with us boarded. Only to find quite a lot of bags that are much bigger than ours were allowed to be in the cabin."

Cons: "The flight boarded late, and very slowly, and took off late as a consequence. Thus, landing late. The inflight entertainment is only accessible with aps that you need to download before you get on the plane, when, of course, you don't know you need them. A remarkably illogical process."

The elbow rest had a single layer and thus couldn't be shared with the adjacent passenger. I'm 220 lbs and he was around the same size. I literally spent the entire flight with my arms crossed to avoid pressing into him. That seat is meant for kids or very thin people. There should be a warning."

Cons: "The flight was delayed well over an hour. I was unable to check in the night before. I was finally able to check in online the afternoon of the flight, but no seats were left, so had a boarding pass with no seat assignment. Got to the gate and they sent me and about 25 other folks with no seat assignment to wait for a "colleague" who finally appeared after almost everyone else had boarded. I did get a seat, but I was one of the last to board. They ran out of salmon dinners, so the stewardess plopped a chicken dish in front of me--didn't eat since I am vegetarian. The stewardess did give me a free mini bottle of wine, which is normally free on Lufthansa. I am just not all that impressed with SAS. I will try to avoid them in the future."

It was ironic since it was 6am flight and the plane was half empty. It left a bad taste for us and we are not sure if it was kayak fault or sas."

Originating 10hr flight from Los Angeles to London was also uncomfortable, with small, packed coach seats, no air nozzles and poor headset connectors. I was very happy to get back on American Airlines for my return to Los Angeles. Wouldn't use BA again."

I was beyond disappointed with how little leg room there was and I am only 5'6". I completely understand that more seats mean more money for airline, but this isn't even safe in the event of an emergency."

Cons: "I paid to upgrade my seat and another passenger sat there and refused to move so I had to sit on the opposite side of the row causing me discomfort the entire flight. I have a titanium leg on my right side and always sit in a seat that allows me to stretch my leg right side of aisle. Very dissatisfied"

Pros: "Flight there was ok."
Cons: "British Airways customer service was terrible. Flight was delayed. We called BA and they told to us to arrive at the later flight and find our connection in London. This was not the right thing to do and we are still not home. We are now stuck in DC, have no clue where our luggage is. BA has provided no information. Not sure why they even have a call line."

Pros: "The staff was polite and the entertainment was good. The seats were ok."
Cons: "It was too cold, even after throwing the blanket over me. The breakfast was disappointing, just a small granola bar to eat, more like a snack then bfast. They did not distribute the hot towels or wipes after waking us up."

Cons: "The most tightest and uncomfortable plane ride in my life. Stop flying your customers on such an awful plane especially executive club members."

Pros: "I was travelling alone with a baby and a toddler and found most of the staff very helpful - stowing my bags, helping to carry my buggy, helping with seat belts etc."
Cons: "A member of staff at the gate referred to my 2 year old daughter as "a difficult child" to another member of staff because she didn't like having her photo taken. I felt it was very rude and unfair, particularly as I had to lift her to an awkward height (whilst also holding a baby) as the camera was in a fixed position. It was clear the staff member didn't have children herself!"

Cons: "Interior of aircraft was terrible. Seat back pouches and headrests torn. In need of a serious upgrade."

Pros: "Considering all the delays and cancelled flights (due to fog and all London airports closing) this flight was good."

Pros: "We were in coach. They would not allow us to take any water on board the plane unless we were in business or first class. Really wierd. This was a night flight, so we slept most of the way.."

Cons: "The seat rows are too close together. When the woman in front of me reclined her seat she was basically in my lap- not how I wanted to spend 7 hours. I finally had to put my knees against her seat to keep her from reclining. It took a lot of effort to cross/uncross my legs in the limited space. I'm only 5'4" 118lbs - I can't imagine how anyone bigger than me feels when they have to fly in the same situation."

Pros: "Good crew, friendly, detail orientated. Great coffee."
Cons: "Gate far away. No food, just biscuits, crisps and hot and cold drink. Less seat pitch than SWISS."

Pros: "safety was most important and the crew got us to our destination with no problems."
Cons: "They ran out of chicken meal therefore offered second choice of meal which was risoto and pasta as a salad. I would have much preferred a fresh salad with fresh fruit as a dessert and a simple meal of vegetables grilled than risoto and pasta. Too much starch and too heavy. Also, the entertainment choices of movies in English were poor. I would have preferred great classic movies that can be watched over and over than new ones with a low rating. I only watched one movie. Also, found the map hard to navigate and understand. Landing was painful to my ears as usual and not sure anything can be done about that. I did take a pill to help with the pain."

Pros: "Nice large plane that wasn't near capacity."
Cons: "Long delay with minimal compensation. Gave us a rebooked connection that we had near zero chance of making."
