$176 Find Cheap Flights from Santa Rosa to The Big Island

Our flight when we finally got rerouted to a different destination than we were going was fine. But 2 days was taken out of our vacation because our flit was cancelled. We understand mechanical problems and of course don’t want to be on a plane that has mechanical problems.Wish there had been another solution.

Kayak wouldn’t refund me for a flight I was trying to cancel through Kayak. Alaska airlines said I had to cancel through Kayak. I called the customer service line and they couldn’t refund the flight that I booked through Kayak either. You stole my money. You will be hearing from my lawyer.

Due to plane delays on both legs of my flight home, I had to be rerouted from Santa Rosa to Las Vegas on Skywest and then to DCA on American. SkyWest airlines sat on runway in Las Vegas for 20 minutes waiting for gate to clear. My boarding pass for American that I was given by Alaska was incomplete and the Las Vegas airport lacked signage and departure boards. I barely made my flight bc it was so confusing. American Airlines has a much better wireless connection. I’ll never fly Alaska again. It clearly has problems.

The bathroom trash container under the sink fell out and was like that long before my flight. The plane smelled of canned fish and floor was Deteriorating

See previous. It was the flight from Honolulu to Kapalua that was cancelled.

Short trip from Honolulu to Kauai. Not a major issue. Only concern was the drop off of the luggage for departure. Only one person handling all of the passengers. She was busting her butt.

Good. Flight was good. Crew was good. Wish they offered coffee refills. Wish I didn’t have to pay for headphones. Otherwise good for a commercial flight.

Should have been forthcoming for reason for delay. Should have been able to check in for seat I'd like.

I didn’t order food so can’t really say how it was. Overall, it was a great experience.
